Jason, Sonny AND Kate are all cuffed and taken to the PCPD, Lulu defends Spinelli and Jax brings DNA results to Jerry.
Coop enters the PCPD crime lab and finds Jerry snooping around in search of his blood sample. Jerry draws his gun, but Coop claims that he has no idea where it is. He says that he provided the card key to get him in there and that's all he can do. Jerry is ready to slip out, but first he taunts Coop by saying that "fiery little Maxi" could run into some trouble if the blood work doesn't come out in his favor.
At the coffee warehouse, Liz takes Jake from Jason's arms as Lucky places Jason under the arrest for Lorenzo Alcazar. She tries to convince Lucky to stop, but he tells her to take the baby home so that they don't have to watch this. As he's being taken away, Jason tells Logan to call Sonny's lawyer.
Ric and Skye are talking in hushed tones in his office. He admits that Lorenzo had a flash drive that could incriminate him, but he didn't kill Lorenzo and she knows it. He says that Sonny and Jason could suddenly decide that she knows too much and that he is the only person left to protect her. He wants her to help him put Jason away once and for all.
Sonny tells a very soggy Kate that he is still a gentleman, so she should come inside and let him help her dry off. She follows him inside, but is only interested in presenting him with an invoice from her insurance agency for the loss of her statue. Just then, Detective Rodriguez arrives to see Sonny when Kate demands that they arrest Sonny for having her expensive artwork shot out of the sky. Rodriguez says that no one could make such a shot, and then he says that he's there to question Sonny in the disappearance of Lorenzo Alcazar. Kate says that is absurd and Rodriguez asks if she can vouch for Sonny's whereabouts the night Alcazar disappeared. Sonny demands that Miss Howard not speak until she has an attorney present. Kate starts to fight with the cops and then is arrested and cuffed right along with Sonny.
Lulu has asked Spinelli to come over and he is thrilled to oblige. He thinks that she is finally ready to set their date, but he's wrong. She wants him to know that she won't be dating him, Milo or Dillon after all. She explains that she doesn't want to have love in her life because it's all a big lie. Then her voice warbles as she tells Spinelli that her dad raped her mom. Spinelli is so sorry. Lulu says that now she knows why everyone wanted to keep her away from court. She says that she wants to figure out how her mom could forgive and marry and have kids with a man who could do that to her. She says that the worst part is that she can't even ask her! Spinelli says that falling in love isn't what caused Laura's illness. Lulu says that she can't take that chance with her own life. Spinelli says that he is glad to remain her trusted and loyal friend, and Lulu is glad to hear it.
When Jason is brought into the PCPD, Ric tells the press that he'll file a formal statement later in the day. Then he goes into the interrogation room with Lucky and Jason. Lucky is dismissed and then Ric tells Jason that he has proof that he killed Alcazar. "You fired your last shot for my brother," he says.
Georgie and Maxi have just finished a yoga class that Georgie insisted on. Maxi grumbles that it was way too early, and Georgie says that if she would sleep at night instead of having sex with Coop it wouldn't be hard to wake up. Maxi defends her right to fall in love no matter what Georgie and Mac say. Georgie just wants Maxi to find something more productive to do with her life.
Carly is trying to convince Jax that Jerry is only out for himself now. Jax doesn't see how she can know such a thing and she admits that she ran into Jerry in the park yesterday. She tells him about their conversation and how he betrayed the woman he loved to save himself. Jerry finds them arguing over him and admits that he let Rena die so that he could live, but it broke his heart. He thinks it's a good idea that Jax knows the whole truth about him, so that he can finally let go. Then he tells Carly that he was just doing some "work" at the PCPD and saw that Sonny and Jason were just brought in wearing cuffs. Carly kisses Jax and then takes off to see what's going on. When they are alone, Jax tells Jerry that he isn't sure if he's going to bail him out anymore. Jerry says that he hadn't planned on sticking around Port Charles any longer than he needed to, but Lady Jane spotted him and things got messy. He tells Jax to look on the bright side -- he'll never have to bail him out again. As he turns to leave, he asks Jax to give their mother his love and advises him to "write me off for good this time."
Carly storms into the PCPD and tells Lucky that as her cousin he needs to let her in to see Jason and Sonny. Lucky lets her in to see Jason, but just for a minute. As he leaves, something falls out of his pocket but no one notices. Carly tells Jason that she's worried that this time it's serious and asks what she can do? Jason tells her to just go home, but she asks why he hasn't at least called Sam yet? She says that she'll fix this and then turns to leave. Jason yells after her to keep her mouth closed, but she's gone! Then, he spots something on the floor.
Kate and Sonny are both handcuffed and taken to the PCPD. She asks the cops for a Scorching vanilla latte with 2 sugars. Sonny tells her that the cops aren't caterers and then tells her that she'll need a good PR person to get out of this mess. Then he apologizes for getting her in trouble again, like he did when they were kids. He warns her not to put on her "Kate Howard/High Society" thing because it won't work. Just then Ric comes in and asks if she wants to press charges against Sonny for the loss of her statue. She says that in hindsight, the cable was probably faulty. Ric leaves and Kate is smug because she cleared everything up. Sonny says that Ric is his step brother and Kate can't believe that he didn't play the "family card." Soon, Ric comes to let Sonny go because there isn't any evidence to tie him to Lorenzo's murder. Kate doesn't understand why she's not uncuffed and Ric says that she assaulted an officer and will have to be processed. Sonny tries to take responsibility and just then Carly rushes into the room and asks Sonny why he is defending her?
Lulu and Spinelli go to the coffee warehouse and are surprised to see Logan "working" there. Logan tells them that Lucky came down and took Jason to the PCPD. Logan says that Sonny is going to need a right-hand man and that is going to be him. Spinelli tries to push through to Sonny's office and Logan attacks him. Lulu insists that Logan let him go! Logan says that the guy is supposed to protect the girl, not the other way around. As Spinelli starts to fight back, Logan punches him in the mouth - and then kisses Lulu!
Jax goes to Jerry's hotel room with the DNA test results from the PCPD. He informs his brother that the results prove that there is no match between him and the blood of James Craig. Jerry doesn't get how that could happen. Jax says that he got in and swapped samples so that they can never tie him to Mr. Craig. Then, he tells his big brother that if he ever does anything to hurt people, he'll turn the original blood over to the cops.
Lucky arrives home and Liz is angry at him for arresting Jason. He says that he doesn't choose his assignments. Liz doesn't see how he could arrest the man who gave them their son!
Coop goes into the interrogation room and tells Jason that he doesn't know what the evidence against him is, but he'll keep looking. As he escorts Jason out to be processed, Jason bends down and picks something up off the floor. It's Lucky's photo of Liz and Jake. Jason puts it in his pocket.
