Lulu's family begs her to stay away from the courtroom, Sonny doesn't understand why Jason would trust Spinelli, everyone tries to get used to Jerry's face.

Jax and Carly are busy assuring their employees that Jerry Jack's resemblance to the Metro Court terrorist will just take some getting used to. Soon Jerry arrives and chastises Jax for not acting thrilled to see his long-lost brother. Jax tells him not to expect him to go out on a limb to protect him. "Because of my loyalty to you, you may never pay for the crimes that you committed," Jax says. He goes on, "You're not the brother I loved. You are a stranger." Jerry says that he has no choice but to play out the bluff and hope that they continue to support him. Carly says that it's too late to back out now, and then goes to talk to Logan and make sure that he doesn't shoot Jerry on sight.

Jason has gone to Sonny's office to tell him how Jerry was able to fool the cops. Sonny's not interested in Jerry's recent "change of status" at the moment. He wants to make sure that nothing will tie them to Alcazar's disappearance. Jason says that he is gone and there is no possible trace of him. Sonny warns that Ric will be all over it and would love to prosecute Jason as a way to go after him. They have to table the conversation when Spinelli arrives and tells Jason that he has Alcazar's bank records. Sonny says, "Since when to you trust this fruit cup with our business?" Jason says that Spinelli has proven that he's trust worthy. Sonny angrily says that he may be computer smart, but he's "real world stupid!" Then he asks Jason about his "secret pain" that Spinelli has referred to. Jason asks for a moment alone with Spinelli and then scolds him for having loose lips. Jason tells him to keep his mouth shut about the baby!

Luke is dressed and ready for today's custody hearing. Tracy approves of his clear eyes and nice suit, but Alan keeps hounding Tracy to speak to Lulu beforehand. Finally, Tracy asks Luke if she can talk to Lulu to prevent her from "finding out." Just then, Lulu walks into the room and asks what she's going to find out? Luke stands up and says that it will get ugly in the courtroom and he doesn't want her to be there. Lulu says that the whole family needs there to make sure that Scott Baldwin doesn't win. Tracy and Luke contend that Scott will drag up old ugly things that she shouldn't have to hear. Lulu tells Tracy that this is a Spencer family matter. Just then, Monica and Edward come into the room and offer their two-cents worth. They gently tell Lulu that they think it would be too hard for her to go today.

Alexis arrives at the court house first, and then comes Scott -- who runs directly into Bobbie. She tells him that Luke and Laura have loved and forgiven each other over the years. "Scott, Laura loved Luke, not you," Bobbie says. She says that his own vindictive purposes aren't good enough of a reason to drag Laura's painful past out into the open for her daughter to see. She tells Scott that if Laura woke up tomorrow, she would NOT thank him.

Nikolas, Emily, Liz and Lucky are at Kelly's talking about the hearing. They are concerned that Lulu may finally learn about Laura's rape. Nikolas says that the record is sealed so the only place that she would hear about it is in the courtroom. Liz says that she could ask Lulu to watch Jake today instead and they all agree that would work - for one day at least. Over at another table, Amelia and Sam are having coffee. Sam says that she has an idea of how she can get Jason to tell her the truth about his baby. She is planning a picnic in the park.

Jax has called Edward and Monica to the Metro Court to "clear up some confusion before it starts." When they arrive, Jax re-introduces his brother Jerry after his recent plastic surgery. They don't understand why this involves them and Jerry politely says that there is some confusion on the part of the police. He explains that he apparently looks like James Craig. Monica's jaw drops open as she thinks about the monster that let Alan die. Edward smartly says that if Jerry looks like James Craig, then he IS James Craig. Jerry apologizes for the stress they've been through, but he is not the man who sent their loved one staggering to his death. Jax adds that a forensics lab is working on proving it. Later on, Jerry is munching grapes as Carly expresses her unhappiness over their newest situation. He tells her that he's risking his freedom so that he can stay with his brother and he's not going anywhere.

Sonny comes back into his office and tells Spinelli to get out of there. Jason says that Spinelli needs to keep working on Lorenzo's bank files so that they can see what he held over Ric's head. Sonny says that he's not confident enough in Spinelli to risk their future. Jason sends Spinelli away and tells him to keep working and then turns to assure Sonny that he is ready to dig in on the matter at hand today. Just then Sam peeks in and asks Jason if he wants a picnic in the park. Sonny looks annoyed as she tells Jason how much it would mean to her. Jason sends her to wait outside and then Sonny says that his "secret pain" is showing. Sonny explains that Jason must be guilty of something if he's willing to dump their work and go on a picnic.

Lulu meets Elizabeth and her boys in the park. Lulu asks Liz why she, too, is trying to keep her from the court room today? Liz says that she really just wants to clear the air in their relationship. Lulu says that's already done - if she really loves Lucky. Liz doesn't get why Lulu always asks her that and Lulu tells Liz that she "turned on a dime". She says that from her point-of-view, it looks like Liz's entire relationship is based on Jake, not her love for Lucky. Liz explains how she and Lucky went astray last year, but they are back on track and in love with each other - as much as ever before. Lulu seems satisfied and stands up to leave. Liz tells her that Lucky takes his role of big brother very seriously, so would she consider doing what he wants her to do and stay away from the courtroom?

Lucky goes into the courtroom and assures Luke that Lulu is in the park and won't be there today. Luke thanks him and suggests that maybe he should take off too. Lucky tells him that he won't judge his parents for things that happened before he was born. Lesley arrives and asks Nikolas if he's ready for battle. She assures him that if she's called to testify, she will say the he has made a wonderful guardian. As the judge arrives, Luke asks Tracy if she'd rather be somewhere else, and she says no.

Skye goes to the PCPD and asks Ric to help her file a missing persons report for Lorenzo. Ric says that he'd be happy to. He asks if she's gone through his safe yet, and Skye assures him that she hasn't found the incriminating evidence against him but she'll keep looking. A little later, Mac tells Ric that Skye has filed a missing persons report. Ric says that he is glad to hear that because now they can search his place for evidence that may turn up a killer.

Lulu and Spinelli meet up at Kelly's. Lulu says that her entire family is in the courtroom and she can't be there. Spinelli reminds her that she's supposed to stay silent about what they learned about Scott in order to protect her father. So he, too, suggests that she stay away.

As the custody hearing gets underway, Alexis questions Lainey about Laura's state of mind when she "came back". Lainey says that she spent time with Luke and her family and made a conscious decision when she chose her eldest son as her guardian. Scott asks Lainey to read Laura's report from when she first slipped into catatonia a few years ago. Lainey is forced to read that Laura screamed at the sight of Luke and that it was partly due to his "badgering" that she slipped away in the first place. Next, Alexis asks Nikolas how he feels about his responsibilities toward Laura. He says that he is honored to be her guardian. Scott asks him if he knows of a time that Luke abused Laura. Nikolas says that Laura never told him anything of the sort. Scott asks if Nikolas knows about what happened on Oct 5, 1979, at the Campus Disco. The judge allows the question and Nikolas is forced to say, "There was a rape." Scott made him say it again and just as Lulu walks into the court room, Nikolas clarifies, "Luke raped Laura."

Sonny calls Stan and asks him to go through the information that Spinelli forwarded via email. Then, Logan arrives to pass on some information. He says that Mr. Jax's brother resurfaced and he's a dead ringer for James Craig. Sonny says that he's convinced that Logan is worth trying out in his organization. "I'd better not regret this," Sonny says with dead seriousness.

The cops bring a warrant to Lorenzo's house and tell Skye that they want to start with the safe. When no one is looking, Ric puts the tape recorder back where he found it under the desk and then makes sure the cops do a clean sweep of the room. He quietly assures Skye that it's police procedure and that they both know she had nothing to do with Lorenzo's disappearance.
