The honeymoon's over for Carly and Jax, Kate and Sonny recall old times and Sam makes an important decision.

Mr. Craig/Jerry is holding Lorenzo at gunpoint because he was to blame for the briefcase exchange that turned into the fiasco at the Metro Court. Lorenzo says that if anyone is to blame, it's Sonny Corinthos for shooting him in the head and rendering him unable to conduct business. Craig agrees that Sonny and Jason need to pay for their part in it. In fact, he says that if Lorenzo kills them, he's off the hook. Lorenzo tells Craig that it appears that he came out nicely since it appears that he kept the 10 million that was supposed to change hands. Craig gets back to the matter at hand - the hit on Sonny and Jason. Lorenzo says that it'll take a couple days before he can make the arrangements. (They don't realize that Skye has overheard their conversation.) After Craig leaves, Skye goes to Lorenzo and begs him to let her see their daughter. He tells her that it takes time to rebuild trust. He holds her and promises to make it up to her soon.

At the Metro Court, Amelia is stunned as she watches Sam loudly tell Jason that she is going to be a huge TV star. Then, she slurs the million-dollar question, "Do you want to be with a TV star…or do you want to be with the mother of your child?" She smiles and bats her eyes at him while she waits for his response. Her coyness quickly turns to drunken anger and she starts to make a scene. Amelia tells her if she doesn't leave, she could hurt the show. Sam whispers, "It's all I got left!" then gets up and leaves with Jason.

Sonny and Kate are walking in the park and discussing what it's going to take to get her flash drive back. He tells her that he wants her to show him her hopscotch moves. It turns out that Connie used to think she was the best at everything, especially hopscotch. She tries to get out of it, but he flashes his dimples and insists. She takes his keys, throws them on the sidewalk and demonstrates her best hopping in spite of her heels. They talk as they walk and end up back at his coffee shop. She whips him up a cappuccino and he tells her that if the couture gig ever falls through, she can work for him. She says that she knows he's much more than a coffee importer. She dazzles him with all the info she has dug up on him and his organization. She does have one question for him though, "Is it my fault that you're in this life?" Sonny doesn't have the answer to that. He says they could've had a big fight after they ran away with each other, or they could be married with five kids by now. But one thing he knows is that he has three beautiful children that he wouldn't trade for the world. She says that they both got what they wanted then, once she has her flash drive, that is. He gives it to her and she says, "Bye Dimples."

Carly has shown Jax the picture of Mr. Craig and told him that he is the Metro Court hostage mastermind. Jax starts out sad, but then grows defensive as Carly says how volatile he was as he shot people. Jax says that Jerry is a master marksman and he must've shot to wound Robin only. Jax says that maybe Jerry was forced to do what he did. Maybe Lady Jane was being threatened or something. Carly says that Jax is grasping at straws! She tells him that Jerry forced her to sew Robin up after her makeshift surgery, he let Alan suffer a heart attack without getting him help, and that he almost shot Lulu for getting a glass of water. She tells him that she's calling Jason. Jax yells that if she calls Jason, then one of them will die.

Tracy is sitting at the Metro Court bar, talking to Alan while she waits for Luke. The bartender tries to take her drink away because he thinks that she's drunk. "I’m not drunk, I'm haunted!" she insists. Luke arrives and tells the bartender that he doesn't need to cut her off because he can escort her home. Then he reminds Tracy that she is in public and her brother needs to rattle his chains INSIDE the Q house only. Alan takes his leave, so Luke uses his "vacated" barstool next to Tracy. She takes the opportunity to warn him what will happen if he continues to go up against Scott Baldwin. She says that Scott will drag up every nasty thing that he's ever done and put it on public display in the courtroom. Does he really want Lulu to hear all of that? For starters, he'll use the fact that Luke raped his teenage bride. Tracy goes on to say that Laura will seem like a frightened, battered wife and the love that Lulu grew up to idolize will be shattered. Luke says nothing as he stares into the distance.

Sam and Jason arrive home and she goes straight to the bar and starts swigging directly from a bottle of vodka. She asks Jason that of all the men who have used her, how did she end up with him? He warns her not to drink more because she will get sick. She says that if she gets sick, at least she won't hurt him or the baby that she'll never have. She swigs again and says that they can cover her puffy eyes at work tomorrow. As she starts to drift off, she says that maybe this will have never happened when she wakes up. Jason puts the bottle away and carries her up to bed.

Michael and Morgan hear Carly and Jax yelling and ask if they don't love each other any more. They sit down and explain how important it is that they don't mention to anyone that Jerry has come to their house. Jax explains that he might have done something wrong, but until he's sure he has to protect him because that's what brothers do. After they go upstairs, Carly says that she will love and honor him until death do they part, but she will NOT protect the man who terrorized her. Jax quietly asks "What will we have left if your best friend kills my brother, or if my brother kills your best friend?" He asks for the chance to go to Jerry and get an explanation at least. She says that it doesn't matter if he helps his brother get away or if her best friend kills his brother, Jerry will always be between them.

Lucky is hovering over Liz's hospital bed as she feeds the baby and tries to come up with a name. She makes him promise to be honest if he doesn't like it. She says, "What do you think about Jacob? For short we can call him Jake." Lucky likes it. Later, he pushes his baby back to the nursery, and Amelia slips into Elizabeth's room. She introduces herself as the producer from "Everyday Heroes" and asks Liz if she can use her in a follow up story. Liz says that she's not interested.

Craig has found Alexis crying in the park. She admits that she schedules 15 minutes per day to cry. Then she asks if he'd like to hear what she cries about. For one thing, her best friend Jax just married a woman who will break his heart. They sit on a park bench and she continues to tell him about Jax's idealistic view of romance. She explains that they had a marriage of convenience once and that she should've just slept with him when she had the chance. Jerry pats her on the back and says that she's crying because she's jealous. You can tell by Alexis' face that she can't believe that "Mr. Brosnan" is actually touching her.

Spinelli comes home and sees Jason with a bottle of vodka. He assumes that Stone Cold is celebrating his fatherhood. Spinelli blurts out news of "Jacob Martin" and explains that the baby's name has just been posted on the hospital mainframe. He excitedly says the name has the same initials and same number of letters as Jason Morgan. "It's Elizabeth's super stealthy way of acknowledging that you are the father of her baby!" Spinelli blurts out. Jason reminds him that he agreed to give up his son because Elizabeth is afraid of sharing custody with him -- due to his line of work. And besides, it would break Sam's heart if she knew that someone else made him a father, Jason says. Sam is listening from the top of the stairs.
Later, Sam comes down stairs and asks Jason what happened. He asks her what she remembers. She says that she remembers celebrating the premier. She asks if she said or did anything embarrassing, and he tells her not to worry about that. As she rests her aching head on his shoulder, Sam's eyes shift as if to say that she's made an important decision.
