A storm is brewing and it's more than just the rain outside; Sonny orders a hit on Lorenzo, Jerry tries to slip away and Elizabeth starts to bleed.

Jason asks Liz if they should tell everyone the truth about the baby right now - rather than have her worry as she goes into labor. She tells him that she still thinks it's best to raise the baby with Lucky, and only in the event of an emergency does she want Jason to come forward. She promises to raise the baby with everything that Jason would want him or her to have. She apologizes for coming to him, again, with her panic attacks, but she just wants to cover her bases. She tells him that she is due on Tuesday, but the baby could come any time. Jason tells her to concentrate on the miracle that's about to happen and she tearfully hugs him.
Lady Jane protests as Jerry tries to leave, but he says that he doesn't want to involve her and Jax in his problems. Just then, Sonny knocks on the door. Jerry hides and Jane tells Sonny that the boys are playing Ninja video games. He says that he can't take them to dinner, but he wants to see them for a while. Before she gets the boys, Lady Jane tells Sonny that she doesn't want him to put any strain on Carly and Jax's relationship. Sonny says that he wants Carly to be happy and he won't interfere anymore. (Jerry is listening from the kitchen hallway with his gun drawn.) Michael and Morgan come downstairs and Sonny tells them to be good for their new "Grandma Jane." Michael asks Sonny if he's really okay with Carly being married and Sonny says that Jax is a nice guy and will be a good step dad. He assures them that nothing else will change and they'll see each other all the time.

At the hospital, Emily, Nikolas and Robin realize that Nikolas is deadly serious - Craig has indeed left town without leaving the counter agent behind. They have to act fast! They get him to a bed and draw blood. Emily tells him not to give up hope because Patrick and Robin are brilliant doctors. Patrick admits that it could take an hour…or a day to come up with the counteragent. "I don't have a day," Nikolas says. He is growing weaker by the moment. He tells Emily that he needs to tell Spencer goodbye. Emily doesn't want to talk that way, but Nikolas asks if she'll raise his little boy. He tells her that he loves her and then starts gasping for air. Emily checks his vitals and he's slipping fast. Before long, Robin and Patrick come in with what they think might work. There might be risks but there isn't time to test it. "Give it to me," Gasps Nikolas.

Luke is questioning Lulu and Dillon in the Q study. He wants to know why they are both so convinced that Scott had something to do with Rick Webber's murder. Lulu quickly comes up with a story that she HOPED Laura didn't kill Rick and that maybe Scott had framed her, but as it turns out, that wasn't the case. Luke sadly tells his daughter that he's sorry it turned out that way, and then asks what put that thought in her mind in the first place? Dillon says that he should let father and daughter talk alone, and then leaves the room. Lulu explains that when Laura relapsed, she just couldn't accept it. She explains that she hoped Laura would wake up if she were to hear that someone else killed Rick Webber instead of her. Luke admits that he has had the same fantasy, but the doctors say that it's now a physical thing instead of a mental one for Laura. No amount of new information can change her condition at this point. Still, Luke says, "I'd like nothing better than to tell her that I made a mistake and that she's innocent." Luke explains that he did everything wrong four years ago when he found Laura in the attic rocking back and forth and holding a candlestick. He thought he could help her better than anyone, so he grabbed her and ran instead of getting her to a doctor. He thought that she wouldn't win a murder trial and that his love would be enough to heal her. He sadly shakes his head as he says that it was a terrible mistake that he made.

Sam is being blackmailed by who she thinks is her former husband, Todd Sullivan. She agrees to do the best she can, hangs up, and then tells Amelia, "I need $500,000 in thirty minutes or we don't have a show." Amelia asks her to explain and Sam admits that years ago she married a guy, lived with him for six months, cleaned his bank account and she thought that she covered her tracks. Then she says that all of the show's publicity probably helped him to find her and he threatened to go the police or the press if she doesn't come forward with the money ASAP. Amelia tells her to go to Jason for the money. Sam says that she doesn't want Jason to know because he has already forgiven her for so much. Amelia reminds her that Jason is a gangster and all she did was steal a little money. Sam says that it's the lie that Jason would have a problem with. Sam says he can't find out that she was a con artist who played rich older men…the phone rings before she can finish. This time, Amelia grabs it. She tells the voice at the other end of the phone (who is just her assistant) that she will send $300k and not a penny more. BUT he is to go away and never come back. After Amelia assertively hangs up the phone, Sam is grateful but worries about the money. Amelia says that she'll take it from the production budget and it falls under the category of "Protecting my star."

Ric goes to Lorenzo's under the guise of official business. Skye tells him that he can drop the act because Lorenzo is in South America pretending to get a 2nd opinion about his "condition." Ric asks if Sonny or Jason have made any overtures yet. Skye says that they don't need her help in putting a hit on Lorenzo…but she'd give it if they asked her to.

As Sonny is saying goodbye to the boys, Jason arrives at Carly's and wants to talk to Sonny about business. Sonny sends Michael into the kitchen for cookies, but Jane doesn't want him to go back there because that's where Jerry is hiding. She covers and says that cookies will ruin his dinner. Sonny promises to take them to dinner and for a boat ride tomorrow night. After Sonny and Jason leave, Jane tells Michael to go upstairs and she'll bring him a special treat. Jerry comes out and when Jane sees that he has had his gun drawn the whole time, she asks where his streak of violence came from? He says that seeing Jax's enemy Sonny Corinthos made him angry, that's all. She does her best to convince Jerry to turn over a new leaf and stick around. "You never give up on us Mum, do you?" She softens as she begs him to ask Jax to help find a solution to whatever his problem is.

Sonny and Jason are back in the warehouse. Sonny says that Grandma Jane seems like a decent lady and he has to accept Carly's choice. He says that he has to do what's best for his children, even though he feels like someone else is raising will be raising them. So, for now he wants to step up and protect them from Alcazar. "It's time to make him disappear." Jason says that he has the specs on Lorenzo's house and can get in and out of the there without Skye even noticing. "Take care of it tonight," Sonny says. (Thunder claps, of course.)

Skye welcomes Lorenzo home with open arms. He says that he left a paper trail from the medical center in Caracas and soon they'll be ready to challenge Sonny for the northeast water channels. Thunder is cracking outside as Skye succumbs to a hug. He tells her that they will have long and happy lives together. She goes upstairs to see if the baby is awake and Lorenzo pours himself a drink. He reaches beneath his desk for a bug that he planted before he left. After he turns it on, he hears Skye tell Ric that she would help Sonny kill Lorenzo and his face grows cold.

Lulu learns from the PCPD dispatch that Lucky has dropped some paperwork off at the hospital, so she meets him there to talk. She says that they need to do whatever they can to help Luke block Scott Baldwin from access to Laura. Lucky tells her that they are family and will do whatever it takes. They agree to leave together because there's a storm brewing out there.
As Jerry makes his way to the door to leave, Lady Jane begs him not to leave the family again. She calls his name and Michael comes down the stairs and says, "Jerry? You're Jax's brother?"
Liz is at home sleeping during what is now a full-fledged storm. She wakes up to what she thinks is a contraction, but she soon realizes that she is bleeding. As she stands up to go to the hospital, she collapses to the floor.
