Alan proves that he's really haunting Tracy by sharing his marital sex positions, Sonny wakes up to see Carly's face and Skye tells Ric that she's prepared to do anything to protect her child.

Tracy goes to Luke and says that they need to talk about what didn't happen last night. Luke says that he's an open-minded guy and if she wants to believe that her brother is haunting her that's one thing. "But when you reach under the covers and start to noodle me…" Tracy cuts him off and thanks him for understanding. He says that it's only one night and by his count they are doing pretty well. As they kiss, Alan appears and tells Tracy that Luke isn't understanding at all, he must have found someone else! "You cheating bastard!" Tracy yells at Luke in the middle of a kiss. She continues her conversation to Alan and Luke says it sounds like her brother's ghost is working her. Monica comes in and asks why Tracy is talking to Alan's chair. Tracy comes out and tells Monica that Alan is haunting her. Alan taunts her to go ahead and tell Monica that she changed his will and that's why he's hanging around. Edward joins them and shames Tracy for intruding on Monica's grief with her delusions. Monica says that if Alan were going to haunt anyone it would be her. Tracy says that Alan is sitting in the chair right in front of her. Monica tells her to prove it, "Ask him what I like most in bed." Edward and Luke spew Brandy out of their mouths in unison. Alan turns and gives his widow a playful, sexy look.

Jax and Carly have just learned about the shooting in the cellar below Kelly's. She says that she should've closed her former club a long time ago. He tells her that they can go to the hospital to see how Sonny is. When they get there, the first person they see is Jason and Carly is thrilled that he is okay. Jason tells them Sonny has a concussion. Jax tells Carly that he'll walk her to Sonny's door so that she can see that she can see him. Just then Sam and Amelia arrive. Sam runs into his Jason's arms and tells him that she'll wait with him until Sonny is okay. Amelia interrupts and says that they need to get back to their shoot. Sam tells Amelia that she loves Jason and she is entitled to stay with him instead of going to work on a night like this. Amelia tells him that it seems like shootings are part of Jason's chosen lifestyle. Jason tells Sam that he is going to be fine and that she should go finish her work. Amelia thanks him for helping.

From her hospital bed, Liz is telling Lucky and Lulu that it seems like the contractions are stopping. Just then Spinelli fumbles into the room with a video camera to record the birth. Lucky and Liz can't imagine why he would think that is okay with them. Lulu covers and says that it's her fault - she mentioned that she might like to see the birth. She takes him out in the hallway and tells him that it looks really weird for him to be hanging around for the birth. She tells him that she can feed him any information that he wants, but he needs to leave. She goes back into Liz's room and hears that Dr. Lee wants her to try walking around to see if the exertion triggers new contractions.

From home, Lorenzo tells his accomplice that Sonny and Jason should be in the morgue. The accomplice explains that two new guys came down to the cellar and started shooting. Lorenzo says that now they'll have to plant evidence so that it looks like other rivals are to blame for the ambush. Lorenzo tells him that Skye knows everything now and that she has promised to maintain the charade. He demands that his employee do the same. "No problem boss" are the last words this guy says because Lorenzo shoots him in the back as he turns to leave.

Meanwhile, Skye and Ric are talking at the hospital about what it's going to take to keep Lila safe. Ric says that she'll have to use Sonny and Jason to do it. She'll have to tell them that Lorenzo is faking his brain damage. She guesses that this plan works best for Ric because Sonny and Jason will kill Lorenzo and then they'll go to jail. Skye cries as she wonders if she can possibly set up her baby's father. Carly and Jax come upon them and Carly tells Ric to arrest Skye for trying to murder Sonny tonight. Ric says that he is in the process of looking into just that. Carly and Skye duke it out, verbally, and Skye tells Jax that he's a fool for thinking he can "top Sonny in what passes for Carly's heart."

Later Ric sees Jason in the halls and proceeds to question him. Jason says that he won't talk without his attorney. Ric says that the dead mean were traced back to Venezuela - Lorenzo's home base. Jason walks away and Scott arrives to harass Ric. He says that the DA's office is corrupts and fortunately, Mayor Floyd just hired him as a special investigator. He explains that he's in town on personal business and this job will enable him to expedite it.

Back at the Q mansion Tracy doesn't want to delve into her sex life with her brother, but if that's what it takes to prove that Alan is truly haunting her, she asks him Monica's question anyway. Alan tells her "Oopsy Daisy." Tracy seems grossed out at the term while Luke, Edward and Monica think she's stalling. Finally she says, "Oopsy Daisy" and Monica gasps. Luke wants to know what that means and Edward doesn't. Monica asks how Tracy could have listened outside her bedroom door all those years. She tells her to let Alan rest in peace and then leaves in a huff. Edward tells his daughter that she needs to see a shrink. She agrees because the connotations of a sex position called "oopsy daisy" are permanently seared in her brain.

Jax and Carly are sitting alone at the hospital and she thanks him for being so supportive and non-judgmental. He tells her to go check on Sonny. She goes into his room and talks to him. She says that he has to be okay and he has to live a happy and fulfilling life. He comes to and she tells him that he's going to be okay. "Don’t leave me," he whispers. She tells him that Jason is fine and that as far as she knows, the boys haven't heard about the shooting yet. She wants him to be more careful and he asks her to keep reminding him of that. She kisses him on the forehead and he asks if that's the best she can do. "Do you remember when I went tonight?" she asks. He does. Carly tells Sonny that Jax proposed and she said yes. Sonny says that she is still married to him and it's not just on paper -- she was the first person he saw when he woke up so that tells him something. She tells him that she does love him, but she loves Jax in a healthier way. He says that he's not going to give up that easy.
Lulu spots Jason outside of Liz's room and before she can ask him questions he says that he knows he shouldn't be there but he needs to know how Liz is. She tells him that she's willing to be his source of information. As they talk, Liz and Lucky walk by and Lucky tells Jason about their close call. Jason excuses himself to go check on Sonny. Lucky says that it was nice of Jason to come by and check on them.

Sam is back at her shoot at the Metro Court. She learns that the press has followed her back there. Amelia is thrilled for the limelight and tells Sam to take this opportunity and make it count. So, they let the press in so Sam can give a statement. She's able to spin her message from what happened tonight with the ambush into a preparedness message about how NOT to end up in dangerous situations.

After Edward has left the Q study in frustration, Luke says he thinks he should go too. Tracy begs him to stay. She says that she never believed in ghosts because she doesn't believe in guilt. She tells him if the price of forging his will means that Alan will stick around, so be it. Then she turns to Alan and tells him that she loves him and hates that he is dead. She goes on to explain that there's a part of her that is glad he's still around. Then she tells Luke that he's greedy and unreliable, but he "gets her" and is probably the best thing that ever happened to her. She says that she can't choose between her and her brother. "Holy mackerel, you really love him!" Alan says. Luke says that he hit the jackpot when he married her in more ways than one and that he's not leaving. At least not permanently. Alan says that he can't believe that Tract really loves Luke and that's more punishment than he could ever inflict. So he bids her a good night. Tracy tells Luke that they are blessedly alone for the night anyway. Luke tells her that they should figure out what it is that makes some body say "oopsy daisy."

Just as Tracy and Luke are getting into it, Scott shows up. He announces his new job as special investigator for the prosecution office, and then hands over paperwork that states that he's going after guardianship of Laura.
Jason visits Sonny and Sonny tells him that Carly got engaged to Jax again. Sonny says that he has 5 months left to win her over. Jason interrupts and says that Carly doesn't want to be with him anymore. "Sometimes the best way to love someone is just to let them go," he says his sad friend.

Skye goes home and tells Lorenzo that she had a run-in with Carly at the hospital. She worries that Carly will tell everyone that he set up the ambush and that they will retaliate by hitting her. She is tearful when she tells him that she's glad he told her the truth though because know she knows exactly what she has to do. Lorenzo tells her since the hit went wrong his "getting well" is a long way off. The baby cries and he goes to her. Skye picks up her phone and calls Ric. "You're right. I have to get out while I still can. I will do what is necessary to take Lorenzo down" she seethes.
