She reminds him that she has no conscience. Then she tells Alan that if she agrees to confess to altering the will with the help of Luke, will he go away? Luke starts to protest any such confession, but he's interrupted by a jubilant Edward who comes rushing in with a tape recorder in his hand. Edward tells Tracy that he won't use her taped admission if she agrees to give him ELQ stock. They bicker over the percentage and finally agree on 45%. Edward hands over the tape and skips out of the study. Luke is turned on by Spanky's ability to wheel and deal and as they start to kiss, Alan makes lightening strike. Tracy continues her debate with her invisible brother and Luke decides to pour himself a drink rather than attempt romance for the moment.

At Jason's penthouse, Spinelli and Lulu are shocked to look up from their embrace to see a gun pointed at them. They angrily ask Dillon and Milo what they are doing! Dillon reminds Lulu that he is allowed at least 2 hours of uninterrupted conversation - according to the rules of their dating plan. Lulu angrily says that there were never any such dating rules. She slams out of the penthouse yelling, "I'm not going to date any of you…ever!"
Amelia has answered Jax's cell phone. She tells Carly that Jax is busy at the moment. When Jax returns to the table with 2 cups of coffee, Amelia hands him the phone and says that Carly just called. She admits that she tried to make Carly jealous in order to give her a wake-up call. He tells Amelia that he might just leave town for a while and tend to one of his many business enterprises around the world. He wonders if that's the only way to get Carly out of his head.

After Carly hangs up, she has to face the problem at hand - Michael! She and Sonny explain to Michael why locking them in the basement was wrong. Michael doesn't get why they can't just stay together and they try, again, to explain. Sonny grounds him for a month. "If I get punished for trying to fix my family, it's worth it," Michael says. Sonny tells him that he is also going to counseling because it helps to have a place where you can express your feelings. They hug him and send him upstairs. Carly says that if he signs the divorce papers now, it'll make for a clean break for Michael. He tells her that he's had to fight for everything in his life, and this is no exception -- he's going to fight for his family.

Stuck in the elevator at the Metro Court, Lucky asks Sam why Liz and Jason's friendship bothers her so much. He says that he is glad that Liz had Jason to look out for her last summer. "If that's how you want to look at it," Sam says. She admits that she used to be jealous of Liz because all she ever wanted was a family with Jason. Now she realizes that a baby isn't a magic solution for her. Lucky agrees, but in his case a baby built the bridge back to his family.
Liz is talking with Jason in the dining room while they wait for their respective dates. She begs him to let Lucky believe that he is the baby's father. Jason says that he won't change his mind, but seeing the ultrasound and feeling her belly makes it harder for him. He says that he thought he would be able to watch the baby grow from a distance, but he can't do it. Just then, Sam and Lucky arrive and explain that they were stuck in the elevator together and kept each other company.
Alexis is brought into the hospital by Mr. Craig, with Kristina trailing behind. Epiphany tells Alexis that Kristina can't come into the exam room, so Alexis asks Mr. "Brosnan" if he'll keep an eye on her until she can make arrangements. A little later, Robin peeks in on Alexis in her room. Alexis asks Robin to go check on Kristina because she's in the lobby with Mr. Brosnan. Robin is startled.

In the lobby, Mr. Brosnan is playfully teaching Kristina to play Baccarat. Patrick asks Kristina what she is doing there. Then, he introduces himself to Mr. Brosnan. Craig changes his accent and explains that he's only watching the little girl until her mother is cleared to leave. Robin comes out and tells Patrick that she needs to speak with him. She comes up with a lame argument so that he'll leave the lobby in a huff. Then she goes to Craig and tells him to leave the hospital immediately. She says that many of the hostages work or visit the hospital often and he'll be recognized for sure. Before he goes, he tells Kristina that she is to hang out with Dr. Robin because he has to leave.

Lulu is at the coffee shop alone, but not for long. Her posse arrives and tries to talk her back into their "dating plan". She tells them that the whole dating thing is proving to be more trouble that it's worth. She says that she doesn't want to lose her friendships with any of them. She says that her final offer is to remain friends or never talk to them again. Dillon says, "We're going to have to get back to you on that…gentlemen?" They guys stand up in unison and leave. After they have a discussion, they return and plead their case to Lulu. They apologize for making dating rules and then not keeping her in the loop. They ask for one date each and will stop fighting. After each date, she is to choose one, two or all of them for more dates. She agrees, as long as they all stay friends no matter who she chooses…and then says that she probably won't commit to any of them. She tells them they can start another day because for now she just needs some air.

Skye and Lorenzo are having dinner at the Metro Court, too, even though they know that Carly doesn't want them there. Max sees them arrive and calls Carly to let her know. When she arrives she lets Skye and Lorenzo know that her staff has been alerted to the fact that they had something to do with the hostage situation, so they shouldn't be surprised if something strange ends up in their food.
Jason and Sam have been seated for dinner. Sam wants an apple martini and Jason stands up to get her one. He bumps into Lorenzo, literally. He notices something strange about him and calls Sonny for a meeting. Across the room Liz and Lucky are looking at their menus. Liz notes that the prices seem high, but Lucky says that this might be the last time they can have dinner alone so they should celebrate.

After dinner, Sam goes back to the penthouse alone and finds a manila envelope on the desk. Inside is an old photo of herself that she immediately rips up. Spinelli comes home and asks what she's tearing up. "It's a picture of someone I never want to be again," she explains. She sits and talks to him for a while about how she ended up in Port Charles, then got pregnant and found Jason. She says that she would've been a great mom. Spinelli agrees. She tells him that she has finally realized that she can have a pretty good life - one that she builds for herself.

Carly is happy to see Jax and the Metro Court and they have step out on the balcony. He says that he's going to have to learn to deal with Sonny if he wants her in his life. He asks her if she wants to work on their relationship again. She says that they should leave for Montreal right away.

Alexis returns to the lobby to find Robin sitting with Kristina. She asks where Mr. Brosnan went. Robin says that she sent him home because she had time to sit with Kristina. "So much for chivalry," Alexis deadpans. Robin offers to drive them home and Alexis accepts.

Lucky and Liz go to the coffee shop after dinner and run into Lulu. Lucky goes to pour the coffee and Lulu tells Liz a little about her dating situation. Liz offers sisterly advice. She says that you can love more than one person, but you need to choose one person and make a commitment. Lulu's eyebrow shoots up as she asks if it's really that easy.

As Skye and Lorenzo are eating their meal, they can't help but wonder if there is something dangerous in their food. After Skye goes to the ladies' room, one of Lorenzo's business associates comes over to the table and reports that Corinthos has changed his operations location to the old nightclub in the cellar. Lorenzo comments that is the perfect place for an ambush.

Sonny and Jason are meeting in his office. Jason says that he knows now that Lorenzo is faking his brain damage. Sonny says that they will go after Skye, which will force him to drop the act. Then-- his covert guys will then get rid of him and they won't have to do it themselves.
