Maxi and Logan hatch a scheme to blackmail Scott Baldwin, Alexis promises to bring Molly home and Sonny's interests expland.
Carly is at her office when Jax pops in to discuss "a few things." She tells him that she'll always have time for him – as long as it's about business. He doesn't want to talk about new office furniture; he wants to talk about their relationship. She says that they have no relationship because he can't accept that Sonny will always be a part of her life.
Skye visits Lorenzo in his hospital room to tell him that all of his shipments are being turned away. She warns that his business will go bankrupt if this doesn't stop. After Lorenzo says that he feels badly for not being able to help, she tells him to focus on getting better and she'll see to it that Sonny stops his sabotage.
Stan and Sonny are talking at the warehouse. They are scheming how to shut Lorenzo's business down. Stan warns of retaliation but Sonny says that Alcazar has never been more vulnerable.
Outside Sonny's office, Spinelli is telling Milo that "The Hostile One" (Stan) is upset that he is going to usurp his position with The Godfather. Just then, Lulu arrives and Milo is excited to see her, even though she has brought Dillon, too. Lulu tells them that nobody can know that Laura is innocent of Rick Webber's murder. She says that she hates the fact that Scott Baldwin will get away with the killing, but she can't risk losing her dad over coming clean with what she has learned. She feels that her mom must have wanted closure for her, and that is what she has achieved – thanks to their help.
Skye breezes through the warehouse lobby on her way to see Sonny. When she gets in front of him she says, "Back off of Lorenzo, or I'll finish what he started." She threatens to have his piers closed down and give him the war that he's looking for. Sonny tells her that she's in over her head. He says he'll never turn a blind eye toward Alcazar again. "He's not doing business in this town!" Sonny says as he scoots her out of his office.
Alexis and Kristina are having breakfast at home. Alexis says that as soon as they finish they will go check out Molly's new room at Ric's. Then, Alexis explains that she has to go to the hospital for some more yucky medicine. Kristina is upset to hear that, but Alexis reminds her that once the medicine makes her all better, they can bring Molly home.
Meanwhile, Ric is trying very hard to get his crying baby girl to eat her breakfast. His phone rings and he explains that he is NOT coming into work today.
Cooper and Maxi are at work at the Metro Court when Logan comes in to sniff around about Lulu Spencer. He asks Cooper if he knows anything about the murder of a guy named Rick Webber. Maxi overhears and explains how Laura killed him in the attic above her house and, as a result, she's catatonic. Logan says that he overheard Lulu saying something about Scott Baldwin killing the guy. Maxi's face lights up with the scoop. She explains that Scott Baldwin inherited a fortune from his 2nd wife…and Logan finishes her sentence, "He'd probably pay a lot of money not to go to jail." Maxi says that if they blackmail him, they'll have to make him think someone else is doing it. Cooper is uneasy with the scheme.
Just then Carly and Jax come arguing through the lobby about her decision to use marble for the wine bar reconstruction. Carly hasn't met Cooper yet, so she introduces herself to him and to his cute friend, Logan Hayes. Then, she starts openly flirting much to everyone's surprise. Jax pulls her away and tells her not to make a fool of herself. Furthermore, he's not signing off on the marble! Carly tells him that she's already ordered it! The phone rings and Carly says to the voice at the other end, "What do you mean there's a problem with the marble shipment?"
Scott goes to the hospital to ask Bobbie to lunch. He tells her that Luke attacked him for no reason and he's going to press charges. Bobbie says that Luke only reacts that way when Laura is involved. Bobbie tells him that Laura wouldn't thank him for having Luke locked up.
Luke is in lock-up at the PCPD asking Tracy to post his bail. She says that she is his wife and she shouldn't have to put up with him getting into fights over Laura all the time. Alan's ghost is also in the room – unknown to Luke – badgering Tracy. He tells her to face the fact that she will always come in 2nd to Laura in Luke's mind. Tracy decides to cut the check anyway and as they are leaving, Bobbie shows up with Scott. She has talked him into dropping the charges. Scott taunts Luke right in front of Mac – that he'll take good care of Laura when Luke's locked up in Sing Sing. Mac tells them to behave.
Alexis and Kristina arrive at Ric's and meet the new nanny. Alexis tells Ric that his new house is nice, but she's surprised that he picked a place so far out in the country. He talks of a pony for Molly and Alexis stops him. She tells him that she is having chemo and getting strong and will bring Molly back with her when she can. Rick says that he wants her to be well, but the judge's decision is final. After Kristina and Alexis tear themselves away from Molly and leave, he's has a little one-sided chat with his baby daughter. He tells her that she will get to see her mommy and big sister all the time. He says that in the long run she'll be better with him because that she needs someone who is going to treat her like the most important person in the entire world. And, that's what she is to her daddy.
Scott runs in Lulu and takes the opportunity to ask her why she has a problem with him. "Simple, it makes me sick that you're never going to pay for what you did," Lulu spits.
Skye is back at Lorenzo's bedside reporting about her visit with Sonny. He wishes he could help, and she tells him that she's a fast learner. In fact, she's already set up a meeting with some of his people. After she leaves, Lorenzo's double secret cell phone rings. Lorenzo reports that the situation is under control and that Mr. Corinthos will pay."
Carly is arguing with Jax because she thinks he quickly bought up all the marble that she wants so that she can't get her hands on any. Sonny barges into their office and Carly tells him that unless there's a problem with the boys or he has a truckload of marble, he has to leave. Sonny has a glint in his eye and Jax just shakes his head. Sonny says, "You're looking at the only distributor of marble in the state of New York. You're going to have t deal with me."
