General Hospital's Nikolas Cassidine may have his hands full with one crisis after another at the moment, but Tyler Christopher's life seems to be filled with all things good. He recently finished performing as Max in Bent, a play at the 68 Cent Crew Theater Company in Hollywood. And boy did he perform! He received rave reviews such as "… Beyond Max’s courageous façade is fear and despair – brilliantly conveyed in Christopher’s poignant and indelible characterization…"

The Tyler Tymes Newletter (distributed by Sheri Evans) reports that although L.A. is a difficult market for stage plays Bent performed to sold-out audiences night after night. What's more, Tyler received one standing ovation after another as each audience was "wowed' by his work. The GH cast came out to support their friend in droves. Rick Hearst (Ric) said that the play was so great it was hard to put into words. Other friends who attended were Scott Clifton (Dillon), Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis), Anthony Geary (Luke), Bergen Williams (Alice), Kimberly McCullough (Robin), Jason Thompson (Patrick), John Ingle (Edward), Amanda Tepe (formerly Colleen), and Stephen Nichols (formerly Stefan Cassidine). Fans came out to see Tyler, too! They came from Maryland, New York, San Francisco and Connecticut.

On other Tyler news, fans won't want to miss his 5th annual Theater 68 fundraiser event. It's to be held on Sunday, July 15 at the Sportsmen Event Center in Studio City, California. Sebastian Roche (Jerry Jacks/James Craig), Julie Marie Berman (Lulu) and Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) will also be on hand to share in the fun. Join Tyler Christopher for an evening of fun, laughter, drinks (cash bar) and a delicious hors d'oeuvres buffet. There will also be raffle, a silent auction, and a cash prize in a 50/50 drawing. In any case, fans will certainly get plenty of chances to interact with the Tyler Christopher himself.
