That's what the General Hospital Fan Club Weekend Events are like if Rick Hearst's (Ric Lansing) mother Ann Polin has anything to say about it. Not only are her son and his cohorts hosting the biggest GH fan event of the year this weekend, her catering company, Nonna's Family Catering, has been known to provide some of the food in the past. Soaps.com has learned that she is behind the food at Rick's event on Sunday, July 13 at Studio City's Sportsman's Lodge. Ann's Los Angeles and Santa Clarita County-based company is based on recipes of her Italian grandmother (Nonna). Her catering menu includes appetizers (Crostini, Caprese), salads (Caesar, Greek, Pasta), pastas (Lasagna Rolls, Penne Alla Vodka, Rigatoni Ragu), greens (Eggplant Parmigiano, Eggplant Rolletini, Grilled Asparagus), meats (Chicken Marsala, Beef Brisket, Baked Salmon) and desserts (Espresso Brownies, Ricotta Cheesecake, Lemoncello Cheesecake Squares, Chocolate Almond Torte).
