*Tamlyn Tomita will start playing the recurring role of Giselle, Kate's competitor, on May 16th. Tamlyn has been on Commander In Chief, Stargate: Atlantis and 24.
*Seamus Dever (Dr. Devlin) will be leaving GH on May 5.
*No official news yet, but all eyes are on Ingo Rademacher (Jax) as his contract is up soon. He's engaged and about to become a father, that much we know for sure!
*Jason Cook (Shawn Brady from Days of our Lives) has just signed on to be a new doctor with a mysterious past at GH. His first air date is June. His story lines will involve Maxie, Sonny and Claudia.
*Although Natalia Livingston (Emily Quartermaine) will be leaving GH on May 7, that doesn't rule out a return to the soap. Natalia is welcome back to the show at any time, according to Head Writer Bob Guza. In fact, he told sources recently that if the young actress decides to come back, he already knows the "path" her character will take! It's interesting to note that he reminds us that Emily, however, is dead and gone.
*Finola Hughes returns as Anna Devane on April 25! She'll be around for five or six episodes - this time. It is reported that Anna will return to the canvas this summer for a longer run.
*Jason Thompson (Patrick Drake) will be absent (time off for personal reasons, we're told) for four episodes starting on April 23. He will return on May 2nd. In his place will be Ethan Erickson. You might recognize him from his recent role as a womanizing dress designer on the MyNetwork TV telenovela "Fashion House" or from his portrayal as J. Chamberlain on Guiding Light.
*It's official - at least half of it is! Although ABC has extended an offer to Vanessa Marcil (Brenda Barrett) for a limited return, the actress has yet to respond. Various cast members have expressed their desires for it to happen, we only need to hear from one more person - Vanessa!
*Dylan Cash's six-year run as Michael Corinthos III has come to a close. Although his final air date (in a coma) hasn't been released, his character will eventually be aged and recast by an older actor. Dylan will be sorely missed by the cast, according to our sources.

*Although Yeniffer Behrens (Marianna) will be departed her stint on GH, she has high hopes of returning some day,however,because as an actor she fell in love with Marianna and Ric.
*Rumors of Sebastian Roche's Jerry leaving PC any time soon are not to be believed. According to our sources, Sebastian is happy with his current storyline and isn't considering leaving. As long as he's happy with where his character is going, he's on board, the actor has said.
*Don't let rumors of Kirsten Storms (Maxie) returning to her roll as Belle on Days of Our Lives fool you. Storms' official fan site buts the kabash on such tales by quoting the lovely Kirsten. She tells fans that she's having a ball working with Bradford (Spinelli) and plans on staying in Port Chuckles as long as they will have her.
