At the hospital, Kim orders Patrick to start CPR and then orders everyone else from the room. They watch from the door as Patrick, Kim and the other doctors work to save Robin. After they have Robin's pressure back up, Kim tells Patrick he has to go now. Matt leads him from the room. Anna and Mac ask what is going on; Spinelli and Maxie watch from a few feet away. Patrick can't talk so Matt tells them that Robin's blood won't clot and they might lose her. "No, we won't," Anna says and stalks away. Mac sits down and Spinelli offers to get him something to drink in his Spinelli way. Mac turns him down and starts talking about Robin and Patrick. "She's come close to happiness and something has always happened to take it away," he says. Spinelli tells Mac that Robin is strong and will be okay.

Patrick stands over Emma in the nursery and introduces himself. He whispers her full name – Emma Grace Scorpio Drake – and tells her how much she is loved and wanted by both of her parents. He says he doesn't know how to be a dad; Matt walks in and listens. "I probably shouldn't tell you this, but without your mom, I don't think I can pull this off," he says. Matt comes inside and asks about the baby; Patrick says she is fine and offers to give Matt some time with her but he says no. He turns to go but Patrick stops him, wondering how he can be a father. He tells Matt about the patient he and Robin lost last summer. Matt says Robin is getting the best care available. Patrick says without Robin, he would become a workaholic dad. Matt tells him that Robin isn't dead and says he will figure out how to be the best father for Emma. Patrick worries about that because of Noah's example. Matt says he just has to put Emma first. Patrick walks down the hall to Robin's room. He says Emma is perfect but he is scared that he won't be a good enough father for her. "You're the answer to everything," he says and tells her he loves her.

Cliffhanger Monday!

Out in the waiting room, Anna is very upset and Mac tries to remain calm. Maxie sits next to a very sullen and quiet Spinelli. Matt doesn’t know exactly where he fits in so he rambles out the periphery of the family members and the staff.

Sonny Swims With the Fishes!

Sam arrives at the hospital and tells Nadine about her drug bust. Jerry watches from the hall. She sees Matt at the desk and asks him about the clinic fire. Jason watches them. Matt says he remembers a man standing near him but says he only saw shoes; he says the shoes looked like something Jerry would wear! Jerry calls Sam for a meeting.

I Do...Believe My Water Broke.

The OR at General Hospital is very tense. Anthony's brain is bleeding and Patrick is doing his best to stop it. Matt asks Patrick if he's sorry that he's left his fiancée at the altar to save the life of a criminal. Patrick tells him to focus on the patient, not the clock! Matt notices that Anthony's leg has twitched, but Patrick says that's impossible for a paralyzed man. Leyla asks if they can run tests, but Patrick says that he's going to suture the bleeder, close up and go get married.

An Oath Trumps a Vow.

Patrick is still at the hospital, much to Epiphany's dismay. He tells Matt that both he and Robin would like him to be at their wedding because they are brothers. Matt reminds him it's a mere technicality in their case, but Patrick says that Noah was absent from both of their childhoods, so they're even. He says they can build on their relationship or not, but he's making the offer. Leyla stops by to wish Patrick every happiness and then he heads to the elevator.

Instead, Johnny and Claudia, along with Anthony on a gurney, get off the elevator and Johnny tells Patrick that he'll pay any amount of money if Patrick will stay and operate on his father. Patrick does a quick evaluation and says that there's blood leaking into Anthony's brain from an aneurysm and he needs immediate surgery. Johnny insists that Patrick put his wedding on hold so that his father can have the best surgeon. Matt overhears, and quietly offers to do the surgery and if another mobster bites the dust, so be it. Patrick learns that the doctor on call is at least twenty minutes away and then announces that he'll do the surgery, with Dr. Hunter assisting. When Matt reminds him that he's supposed to be 'getting shackled to Robin', Patrick says that she'll understand.

In the OR, Matt keeps looking at the clock, but Patrick tells him to focus on the patient. He says that he'll be where he's supposed to be, but first they have to repair the aneurysm. Matt offers to keep the patient stable in case Patrick needs to make a phone call, but Patrick can't be derailed. When he finally finds the bleed, the intensity picks up in an effort to save Anthony's life.

No Wedding Jitters for Robin.

Patrick shows up at the hospital and Matt asks why he isn't at the church. Patrick says that he has time, and explains that Robin was the one who insisted that they send him a wedding invitation. Matt says that he's not coming anyway. Epiphany tells Patrick not to tempt fate and get home and get ready for his wedding. Patrick says that he has time to make rounds first.

Maximus Casts a Long Shadow.

Nadine and Matt run into each other at the free clinic, which is closed for renovations after the fire. Nadine says that the cops suspect arson and that they both could've been killed. She says that it's imperative that they find the drug counterfeiters. When she asks if Matt remembers anything before he passed out that day, he says that he recalls shoes with a dragon. Nadine swears that she has seen those somewhere.
