Patrick comes home and finds Robin with a tub of beer his ex-girlfriend, Lisa, sent him as a thank you for the consultation. Matt, Mac and Coleman join Patrick to partake in the beer and he tells the guys about Lisa as they watch the game. Louise comes by and Patrick asks Robin to tape a video of the guys and Louise thanking Lisa for the beer. As they watch the game, Louise impresses the men with her football knowledge. Robin comes out with food and asks Mac if he can babysit on Friday, but he sheepishly tells her he goes out for Karaoke on Fridays. Patrick gets a call from Lisa and Robin takes note when he tells Lisa, "I wish you were here too."
Private and Confidential.
Patrick calls a babysitter for Emma while he’s at the hospital and Matt chides him for being so domesticated. Patrick tells his brother his wife and baby are the best things that have ever happened to him, but Matt isn’t convinced. Matt walks away and Louise comes off the elevator and recognizes Patrick as her friend’s ex-boyfriend. Robin walks up and meets Louise, who tells her she must be an amazing woman because her friend told her Patrick was the kind of guy who would never settle down. After hearing some stories, Robin has to get back to work and Louise follows suit.
Patrick tries to get Matt to go to Karaoke with him, but he has a date. Louise walks up and asks if she can join Patrick and he happily says yes, as Robin watches from afar worried.
Cutting Loose.
Patrick wants to do another karaoke duet, but Robin is okay with letting everyone else take the stage. She says she has something else in the works and eyes Matt and Lulu. Patrick warns her about setting them up, but Robin thinks they just need a little nudge.
Robin brings Lulu over to Patrick and Matt and invites the singletons over for a dinner party. After Lulu awkwardly agrees and walks away, Matt calls Robin out on being so obvious. Mac runs up and whispers something in Patrick’s ear and they run off.
Not Bound By Society's Rules.
Matt comes to the party, as Robin introduces karaoke. Spinelli wants to sing to his lovely non-bride, but Robin says they all want to sing to them. Coleman cues up “I Want to Know What Love Is,” and the crowd serenades the happy couple.
Sacrifices.
Maxie tries to find reasons to cancel the wedding, but fails. Matt walks off the elevator at Crimson and realizes getting married is the last thing she wants to do. He offers to take her to the Bahamas and reminds her she told him she just wanted to have fun and work on her career. He suggests she leave Spinelli at the altar, but she tells him there was a time she would have done something that horrible, but she’s changed because of Spinelli and she will prove it at the wedding.
The Aftermath.
Lulu bursts into the hospital to tell Epiphany and Matt what’s going on outside and Matt runs off with her.
The Danger is Real.
Patrick sits in the dunk tank and taunts Robin who can’t hit the target. Matt and Lulu approach and Matt misses as well. Lulu steps up and hits the mark, but thinks it’s rigged when Patrick doesn’t fall into the water. Robin tries again, but fails and then a woman walks up to try and dunk Patrick. She hits the target, but it doesn’t work. Max walks up, flirts with the woman and gives it a try. After Max has no luck, Sonny and his brood walk up and Molly says she can do it based on mathematics. She grabs a ball and dunks Patrick on the first try. Molly then proceeds to dunk Ethan, Johnny and Dominic as everyone cheers her on.
Dominic flirts with Lulu in the hospital lobby and Matt walks over saying he has to work. He asks for a rain check and walks away. Dominic smiles and asks, "Where should we go first?”
