A Few Surprises Today.

Out at the Zachhara mansion, Johnny tells his sister that he thinks it's time to turn her shooter over to the cops. Trevor strolls in boasting about the fact that his alibi held up. That's when a Dr. Devlin is announced. He claims that he's come to follow-up on Claudia's injury but it's clear he's referring to their other business arrangement. She calmly tells him that she'll come into the hospital for a private consultation. Once she's finally freed herself from the men, Claudia calls Jerry and says that she's going to take him down with her if Devlin talks. Jerry tells her not to threaten him! After they hang up, Johnny comes in and tells her that he saw through her conversation with the good doctor. "Devlin shot Michael, didn't he?" Johnny says. Claudia assures him that no money changed hands and nothing can tie Dr. Devlin to her.

As if that weren't exciting enough, Ian is showering in the doctor's lounge when Jerry shows up with a gun.

The Haunted Star Re-Opens!

Jerry intercepts Ian on the waterfront and asks if there's any evidence to link him to Michael's shooting. Ian says that if they both just keep quiet, they won't be discovered. However, if he is busted he won't hesitate to implicate Jerry and Claudia as well.

Surviving is One Thing, Living is Another.

Down in the parking garage, Jerry has Dr. Devlin by gunpoint in his car. Ian pleads for him not to pull the trigger and he finally puts the gun down, but not before he pistol whips the good doctor in the face first. Then Jerry releases him to face Claudia for what he has done.

Nikolas is in Dr. Devlin's office waiting for him. He tells Leyla that her job is at risk if she doesn't produce his doctor. Leyla tells him that just because the doctor isn't answering his page doesn't put her job at risk! Leyla returns to the desk and tells Nadine about it and Nadine says that she's going to go put Nikolas in his place. She walks into Dr. Devlin's office, but Nikolas has left. Just then, she can hear Nik and Dr. Devlin coming down the hall, so she ducks under the desk. Once inside the office, Nikolas tells Ian that the pills he is giving him aren't working because he can't see Emily anymore. Ian tells him that he never promised they would work and that he still needs the surgery or else he'll die! He leaves Nikolas behind and walks out of his own office.

Ian returns to his office and finds a livid Claudia waiting for him. When she attacks him, he threatens that if she turns him in for the shooting he'll admit that he uses Zacchara resources to smuggle drugs. He tells her that they can both walk away from this tragic mistake and Claudia leaves in a huff.

Little Victim, Big Fallout.

Patrick is at the nurses' desk when the call about Michael comes in. Before long, Dr. Devlin shows up and asks where Dr. Drake is. Leyla informs him that Patrick is in the OR waiting for a young shooting victim. Jason rushes in and Robin tells him that Michael is on his way and that all she knows is there is head trauma. Carly arrives and falls into Jason's arms.

Claudia shows up at GH and tells Dr. Devlin that she needs to talk with him right away because something has gone very, very wrong. Just then, Leyla tells him that he needs to scrub in and help Patrick in the OR. He leaves a steaming Claudia and prepares for surgery.

"A moment of your time Dr. Devlin," Jerry sneers at Ian when finds him at the nurses' desk. The two men go outside and Jerry holds a gun to his face. Ian says that he can't be blamed for a ricochet and Jerry says the only thing he can think of to do is shoot him and deliver his body to Sonny's doorstep.

Not Michael!

Down at the warehouse, Sonny is in good spirits as he oversees bags of coffee beans being unloaded. When Kate and Michael arrive he greets them warmly. Ian, however, is less than pleased from his perch up in the rafters. He struggles to get a clear shot as Sonny tells Michael that the coffee beans will be served all along the New York seaboard. Michael hugs his dad and then goes off to play. Sonny sees the flicker of a light from up above and quickly dives for Kate. A shot is fired and Sonny and Kate both realize that they are fine. That's when the foreman yells that the boy's been shot!
