Claudia goes to see Johnny at the garage, who is less than receptive. She tells him Jason is home and she’s alive and well. Johnny is still skeptical, but Claudia remains positive Jerry didn’t rat her out. Johnny remains cold to his sister.
Claudia overhears Sonny and Alexis talk about Kristina being responsible for her accident. Alexis thinks they have to help her deal with it and then help her get over it. Sonny agrees, but he doesn’t want to be kept out of her life anymore because it’s time she gets what she needs from her father. Alexis agrees to allow Sonny in Kristina’s life, but wonders how she changed into this ‘delinquent’. She says noticed the change in her daughter once Michael woke up.
Claudia goes to see Johnny at the garage, upset Alexis and Sonny are covering for Kristina. She tells her brother they won’t get away with it.
After everyone leaves, Sonny tells Claudia Kristina is the one responsible for her accident. Sonny is sorry he didn’t pay enough attention to his daughter, but Claudia doesn’t blame him for his children’s actions. He tells her he and Alexis agreed that no one should know Kristina was responsible because they don’t want to destroy another life. Claudia says she remembers how screwed up she was at Kristina’s age and she will agree to move past it.
Across town, Sonny tells Johnny that the only reason he's still breathing is because of his sister. He insists that Johnny thank her for that and then apologize for disrespecting her. Johnny turns and apologizes to Claudia and then spins it to say that she and Sonny are perfect for each other. Sonny gets the call about Michael and leaves in a hurry, making sure that Claudia is coming along shortly, too.
Sonny tries to convince Alexis that Kristina made a mistake and needs to own up to it - for her own mental sake - but Alexis insists they stay quiet. "The truth always has a way of leaking out," Sonny warns. Neither realizes that Claudia is listening from the doorway!
Johnny arrives at Sonny and Claudia's house, but won't let his sister give him a hug. He insists that he's come for business and is eager to rein Anthony's people in. When Carly and Morgan arrive to ask about the World Series tickets, Claudia says that she has a good feeling that Michael will be home in time for it. Johnny glares at her.
Claudia shows up at Johnny's garage to ask if he's trying to get her killed with his actions. Johnny rants at her and reminds her of all the things she has done to hurt people, especially Michael. He chastises her for her lack of compassion, but she comes up with an excuse for everything. He says that Michael and Kristina are in even more danger now because of Jerry and that she's a selfish, lying, evil witch. Sonny pushes into the door and yells at him for talking to his wife that way.
Claudia is stunned by the scholarship Sonny set up in the memory of their baby. She thought he’d want to put it behind him as soon as possible, but Sonny responds that at the end of the day she is his wife and he doesn’t want to change it. Claudia thinks he just feels guilty about the baby, but Sonny thinks they should build on a friendship because he saw a different side of her at the hospital. Claudia wonders why they should stay married and he tells her he’s been with a lot of women who have tried to change him, but with her it’s all out there on the table. Sonny asks what she wants and she tells him she’d like more respect from him. Sonny agrees and she adds that she’d like to have another baby.
Sonny comes back from upstairs and Claudia asks him if her wanting another baby is a deal breaker for him. Sonny doesn't know because he didn’t want to bring any more kids in the world before she got pregnant. She acknowledges that was an honest answer and assures him their kid wouldn’t be raised to fear him, but to be proud of him. She says the mothers of his children don’t really understand him like she does and this would be the first time a child would really be his.
