In the office, Claudia tells Trevor she wants to meet Sonny Corinthos ASAP. Trevor puts her off. Claudia grabs a letter opener, puts it to Trevor's throat and orders him to get her a meeting and to make a few decorative changes, too! She walks off; Trevor tells Johnny, who has been listening, that they'll have to work together to keep Claudia in line. As they talk Claudia listens to them. Johnny leaves, sees Claudia outside the door, but keeps on walking. Claudia follows. She says he is stronger than he knows. Johnny is sarcastic and says he is just like their father - insane! Claudia says no; she brings up being sent away, and reminds him of the piano she bought and that he wrecked and asks if he still plays. Claudia returns to Trevor, who says he set up the meeting with the five families so she'll meet Sonny soon enough.
Everybody's Got a Secret.
At the Zacchara house, Claudia informs Trevor that she's going to shake things up around here. Then she tenderly tells Johnny that over the years their Uncle Rudy gave her the impression that he needs some attention. Trevor offers to "guide" her through some paperwork and Claudia won't hear of it. She says that Uncle Rudy told her not to trust him. She recalls that before she was shipped away, "Trevors" was a family servant and nothing else. "You're going to work for me, is that clear?" Claudia asks.
After Trevor leaves the room, Claudia tells Johnny that she thought it was best for him all these years if they didn't have any contact. She asks him to fill her in the Corinthos organization and Johnny tells her to get to know a guy named Jason Morgan. They talk about business for a while, and then she asks if there's a girl in his life. Johnny doesn't answer, so she points out that he grew up "dark," just like she did, and there's no love big enough to brighten it up. She warns him to stay away from it altogether.
Trevor brings Claudia a rose and asks if they can clear the air. Claudia tells him that he's made some mistakes since her father's been gone - like his feeble attempts at taking over the waterfront. Trevor tells her that he knows things about her, but Claudia says that she's the one who knows things. He threatens to destroy her and the whole family if she doesn't let up on him. She tells him that if he knows his place, she'll keep him around. Having established that, she says that they need something to shake up the crime families and she knows just the thing.
Hit, Run and Hide.
Claudia smiles as she greets Johnny. She can't believe what a young man he has turned into. Anthony, however, asks who the heck she is. Claudia sours and asks Trevor why he sent for her. Trevor says that her father is failing, that's why. Claudia says that she doesn't buy it. She asks for some alone time with her father and hugs Johnny as he leaves the room.
Still at Anthony's bedside, Claudia says that she remembers the day he sent her away. Anthony says that it was Maria who sent her away and then slings some insults her way. She grabs him by the cheek and informs him that he's an old man now and he's going to listen to her! She tells her daddy that he's never been a nice man - not to Johnny, or Johnny's mother and especially not to her mother! Who, by the way, is dead now. Anthony says that nobody knows what happened back then, except Maria. Then he says she should bring the little girl with the red sneakers, and Claudia tells him that was her. She tells him that she loves him, but if he tries to stop her, she will kill him.
Trevor and Claudia are still at Shady Brooke. He tells her that she needs to pull them all together. She tells him that the faster he learns to stay out of her business, the faster they'll get along - if that's even possible.
