Down at the court house, Claudia's very first statement on the stand is that she saw her brother kill Logan Hayes. When Rick asks her why she didn't say that when she testified earlier, she said that nobody asked. Claudia says that she was having a sexual affair with Logan while he was her father's 'chair pusher' to get inside access to her family business. She says that Logan was obsessed with Lulu and it 'creeped her out' when he used to call her by Lulu's name during sex. Finally, Lulu walked in on them one time and Logan was furious at her for setting him up. She reports that Logan didn't even seem to care that Lulu was in love with her brother and he ended up attacking Johnny at the Metro Court. She says that Logan went on to make one last attempt at Lulu's workplace to beg her to come back to him. She says that later he showed up at her penthouse and tried to kill her. (Over at the defense table, Anthony looks down-right entertained.) She says that he axed through her door and she grabbed a kitchen knife and tried to back him off. She gets increasingly upset as she relives their struggle and Ric gives her a tissue. She says that Logan unbuckled his pants and was going to rape her but Johnny came in. She says that Johnny picked up the knife and Logan ran right into it. The jury looks shaken, the defense, hopeful, and Scotty is clearly disgusted by her testimony. She ties up a few loose ends by saying that she insisted that they cover it all up. Ric provides the list of people she called to replace the door and the carpet to prove it. Scott gets a chance to redirect and he jumps at the chance. He calls her story a 'cooked up fairy tale' and tells the judge that he is done with the liar. Ric tries to enter Logan's military record that proves he stabbed a fellow soldier over a girl. Scott objects and calls Logan a victim, but Ric says that there are times when a victim has it coming.
Claudia is weeping when Johnny meets her in the interrogation room. He asks if she's okay and says that nobody has ever fought so hard for him in his life and that he loves her. Claudia says that he just might be the only person she can ever love.
ELizabeth, Carly's Mini Me?
At GH, Patrick tells Claudia that it's her life to risk if she insists on going to the court house. She invites him to watch her dress and Robin turns to walk out of the room. Patrick follows her and thanks her for believing it when he said that Claudia came on to him. Robin smiles and says they love each other and she's totally secure in that. She starts to say more, but he assures her that their baby will grow up knowing that they love each other and he's okay with that because he doesn't want to put any more pressure on her.
During the court recess, Trevor assures Anthony that he'll appeal if the jury convicts John. Anthony makes his own promise, "If the jury convicts John and I lose my son, you're going to lose yours. Just so we're clear." Across the room, Claudia shows up and begs Ric to put her on the stand. When the judge returns, Scott rests the prosecution's case and Ric calls Claudia to the stand.
Scott Calls Lulu to the Stand.
Claudia wakes up in a hospital bed and finds Ric sitting with her. He asks how she's feeling and she says she would be feeling better if he would put her on the stand to save her brother. She promises that she can convince the jury that Johnny is innocent, but Ric tells her to concentrate on her recovery. Later Patrick does rounds and tells her that she needs to stay put for 48 hours in case she has a potentially fatal cranial bleed.
Later, Patrick finds Claudia in her room half dressed as she prepares to leave the hospital against his wishes. He tells her to get back into bed and she asks if he wants to get in with her. When he says no, she says, "Your mouth says no, but your eyes say 'bring it'." Just then Robin walks in and Patrick is quick to say that it's not what it looks like.
Girl Talk for Jason?
Along a darkened roadway, Claudia comes around as Sonny asks how she is. She says that she can't feel her legs. Sonny tries to call 911, but it takes a while to get through. After he finally does, he gives their location and quickly hangs up because he smells gas. He scrambles to pull Claudia from the car, but her seat belt is stuck. Sonny digs through his pockets and produces a pocketknife to cut her free. They barely limp away as the car explodes.
After the dust from the car explosion has settled, Claudia tells Sonny that he saved her life. Sonny says that Michael did. He explains that the pocketknife he used to cut the seatbelt was Michael's and he never goes anywhere without it. Claudia is in pain, but tells him that she owes him and will repay him when the time comes.
Crash and Burn.
When Claudia visits Johnny, he thanks her for avoiding the truth on the stand today. She tells him that he will die of a lethal injection if he doesn't give Lulu up. She tells him that if he's not around to fight for her she will become a monster just like their father. To prove her point, she tips the table upside down.
Sonny has gone out for a drive. He takes his eyes off the road for a minute and crashes into another car. When he walks over to check on the other driver, he sees an unconscious and bloody Claudia.
