Claudia calls Olivia and orders her to book a suite at the Metro Court. Olivia says no, but Claudia demands she will do whatever she wants or else she will tell Sonny about Dante.
Sonny tells a disappointed Claudia he doesn’t want another child because he isn’t doing his kids any good now by exposing them to what he does for a living and distancing himself isn’t helping them either. Claudia thinks it would be different because she grew up in the business and she would teach their child to love and accept them and what they do. Sonny apologizes for leading her on, but he can’t bring another child into the world. Claudia wonders, what if she’s already pregnant? Sonny would never ask her to have an abortion, he just wants to prevent it from happening if she’s not pregnant. A teary Claudia says if she isn’t pregnant she won’t bring it up again.
Claudia takes a pregnancy test, but is disappointed by the results.
Molly tries to come up with more name options for the baby and as they discuss it, Michael has another memory of Claudia. Carly tells the kids to come up with one name each and if she doesn't like it better than Jocelyn John, then they are finished with the discussion. She sends Michael out of the room and questions Kristina about Michael, as he returns, furious they are talking about him.
Dominic goes to Sonny’s house to find Claudia who tries to seduce him. He puts her off wondering what her agenda is. As she kisses him, Johnny flies into the room threatening to crush Claudia’s skull if she doesn’t tell him what she did to Olivia.
Olivia denies that Sonny is Dante’s father, but Claudia knows better and threatens to tell Sonny unless she dumps Johnny. Olivia tells her she’ll be the one to lose in this whole situation because Sonny will come after her once he finds out she and Johnny are done. Claudia tells her it’s not a negotiation and insists Sonny’s feelings for her are gone because they are trying to have a baby. Claudia warns that if she doesn’t break up with Johnny tonight, she will tell Sonny about Dante.
Jason comes to see Sonny who asks him to make sure Dominic follows through on Tommy Soto. Jason agrees and walks past Claudia as he leaves. Sonny tells his wife he is afraid having a baby will make things worse and it’s not fair to the child. He is absolutely clear that he doesn’t want another baby.
Claudia explains to Michael that they are a lot alike growing up in a mob family and she empathized with him, but insists she never said his shooting was her fault. Michael is sorry if he got it wrong and wishes he could get over it and move on. Claudia wonders if Jason put the idea in his head about her being involved in the shooting because she would hate it if Jason turned him against her. Sonny walks in and wonders why Jason would do that. Claudia says she just wanted to make sure the reason they haven’t spent any time together lately wasn’t because of Jason. Sonny and Michael catch up on school and Carly and then Michael leaves. Claudia says if they have a little boy she hopes he turns out like Michael, but Sonny tells her they may have to put that plan on hold because he has a lot of business to handle. Claudia gets emotional talking about their baby and Kristina’s role in his death.
Claudia goes to Olivia’s and tells her she knows Dante is her and Sonny’s son and she will go to Sonny if she doesn’t do exactly what she says.
At the Metro Court, Claudia sees Olivia and needles her about the carnival and her concern for Dominic in front of him. Dominic stops her and tells her not to use him in order to get one over on Ms. Falconeri. Olivia says she can fight her own battles and Dominic says this is between him and Claudia. Olivia instructs them to keep their matters out of the hotel and walks away. Dominic orders Claudia to leave Olivia alone and she wonders why he is so concerned. She says, “It makes me wonder.” She leaves and Dante calls someone saying they have trouble.
