Everyone Has Secrets.

Sonny walks in the house and sees Claudia in a rocking chair that she forgot to cancel. Sonny feels bad about it and wants to call the store to pick it up, but Claudia enjoys sitting in it and remembering the day she bought it. As she happily talks about the chair, Sonny instructs her to stop it. Claudia is trying to move on, but she’s not as strong as he is. She starts to cry and says she doesn’t want to forget what they almost had, but Sonny doesn’t think it’s smart to create a shrine. She’s not doing that, she just doesn't want to forget. Claudia wants to know what kind of father he was to Michael and Morgan and he recalls reading to them and his shared love of trains with Michael. He talks about his own childhood and how he wanted to build a life for his kids where they wouldn’t have to run and hide like he did. Claudia talks about the hopes she had for their son, which included him going to college, and Sonny abruptly gets up to leave.

Johnny comes to Casa Corinthos and sees Claudia in the rocking chair. She tells him about the conversation with Sonny and how he left. She assumes he went to Olivia’s and makes snide remarks. Johnny doesn't want to fight with her, but doesn’t think she can be happy with Sonny. He tells her she is holding on to something that never existed in the first place. Claudia makes more biting remarks about Olivia, but Johnny defends her saying she is real and honest. Olivia says they all have secrets, even his cougar, he just doesn’t know her whole story yet.

Sonny returns home saying he didn’t go to see Olivia after Claudia accuses him. He hands her an envelope and she assumes it’s divorce papers. He opens the envelope which reveals papers setting up a college scholarship fund for chilren whose parents can’t afford it. Claudia is surprised it has both their names on it and asks if he wants a divorce. Sonny says no.

Don't Spoil the Fun.

Dominic finds Claudia at Sonny's house and they discuss whether or not he can be trusted by anyone in the organization. Johnny comes in and Dominic apologizes for walking in on him and Olivia. Claudia calls Olivia names and Dominic gets defensive. Claudia continues to badmouth her and Johnny defends his lady. Sonny walks in and his employees update him on a Zacchara shipment and he tells them to go take care of it. Johnny and Dominic leave and Sonny asks Claudia to stop insulting Olivia. Claudia retorts that it’s insulting to listen to him talk about Olivia.

Claudia yells at Sonny about Olivia, but Sonny doesn’t want to fight anymore. He thinks they should find common ground instead of tearing each other down. She’ll try if he will and he goes to cook them dinner and asks her to come and watch.

Not a Pretty Sight.

Claudia wonders why Sonny wants her to come home with him saying she doesn’t want his pity. Sonny doesn’t know where they stand right now, but he wants to show her he’s a better man than she’s seen and she deserves that consideration. He just wants the chance to be decent. Claudia would like that and Sonny says he’ll have her room ready and leaves.

Jerry calls Claudia and she tells him to leave Michael alone, but adds Jason and Sam are tracking the kids. Jerry perks up at the mention of Sam and Claudia says she hopes he finds Jason and kills him, but makes it clear if the kids are hurt she will give him up in a heartbeat. Jerry can’t vouch for anyone’s safety and warns she will have to deal with the consequences on many levels. Johnny walks in assuming she is talking to Jerry. He is furious that she sent Jerry after Michael and Kristina and says she deserves everything she has coming to her. Claudia says it’s about Jason now because Jerry will kill him and then she will be safe. Johnny is done with this and threatens to tell Sonny what she’s been up to. Claudia says he can be as mad as he wants, but they are all they’ve got. Johnny tells her not to contact him because from here on out, she’s on her own.

Realizations.

Claudia tells Sonny about her dream and he empathizes over dreaming about people you’ve loved, but lost.

Patrick stops in Claudia’s room and says she can be released tomorrow. Sonny comes in and after Patrick leaves, tells her she deserves his respect and thinks they should at least be kind to each other. He tells her he wants her to come home with him when she gets released.

You Don't Have to Hurt.

In the hospital, Claudia gets a call from Jerry who is on a jet and asks about his fee. Claudia tells him she doesn’t need him to find Michael anymore, but he declares this is his game now. Jerry is counting on Jason coming after Michael so that he can now make Jason the target.
