Kate Finds Out.

As the proceedings get underway, Scott paints Logan as an American citizen who wanted to serve his country. Ric points out that Logan was so brutal that one of the two men were going to die that night and Johnny was merely defending himself. They get into various knives, motives, witnesses and the jury takes it all in. Ric is able to get Detective Harper to admit they don't have an eye witness, and Trevor is impressed with his son's work. Then, Claudia is called to the stand by Scott.

On Death Row?

Anthony arrives at the PCPD and tells Johnny that he looks as innocent as a newborn babe in his new suit. Johnny only wants to know where Claudia is and wants assurance that she won't say the wrong thing on the witness stand. Anthony tells him that he puts his trust in the wrong people. After he leaves, Claudia shows up and asks Johnny if he really thinks she'll stay quiet about something that could set him free? Johnny begs her to respect his wishes. Just then he is told it's time to go and Claudia says she'll be late because she has an errand to run.

Liz and Jason Revisit Their Decision.

At the PCPD, Claudia tells Ric that she saw Johnny kill Logan in self defense. Johnny tells her not to say anything else, but Claudia continues. She admits to burning the bloody rug and replacing the door, but Ric tells her that it is a total lie. "Doesn't have to be," she flirts. Ric says that the cops have forensics on their side and her lies will put her brother away. Lulu is the only viable witness, he adds. Johnny protests vehemently and Claudia asks to talk to her brother alone. After Ric leaves, Claudia puts two and two together and tells Johnny that Lulu killed Logan. Johnny denies it, but she tells him that she won't let him throw his life away for Lulu. Johnny threatens that he'll wreck her life if she hurts Lulu to save him. Claudia tells him that's exactly what she's going to do.

Liz & Jason Kiss!

Anthony is wheeled into the PCPD interrogation and busts Claudia and Johnny plotting to kill him. He asks them to tell "Popsie Wopsie" what's bothering them. He tells them that Shakespeare wrote entire plays about patricide and it never ends good. Johnny clarifies that he would never turn on his father - his sister or Lulu for that matter. Somewhat assured, Anthony tells Johnny to sit tight and let him take care of his court case. Just then Ric comes in and tells Anthony to leave his client alone. Anthony leaves seething. As soon as he's gone Claudia says, "I saw Johnny kill Logan in self defense and I'll testify to it." Ric calls her a liar.

Fevers & Spinelli are an Odd Combination.

Ric is working on Johnny's case at the PCPD when Claudia comes into the room. They argue back and forth and before long their banter seems more like foreplay. Johnny is brought to the room and tells them to put their libido on hold. Ric laughs at him and says that he should thank Claudia for bringing him in on the case. Then he asks them what they are keeping from him. When Johnny doesn't cooperate, Ric leaves. Claudia tells Johnny that protecting Lulu will get him convicted and Lulu killed by their father. Johnny challenges her to find a way to kill Anthony first.

Laura Sheds Light for Lulu.

At the DA's office, Claudia tells Alexis that standing behind a desk doesn't qualify as evidence tampering. Nikolas arrives and uses Alexis' questionable relationship with Jerry to get her to back off. When Alexis asks why he's defending a Zachhara he says that Claudia's brother sacrificed his freedom to get Lulu help and she deserves the benefit of the doubt. Against her better judgment, Alexis lets her leave.

Claudia has slipped off to Manhattan and right into Ric's hotel room. He's in bed with a woman and they both snap to attention. Ric orders Claudia to leave, but Claudia says that Johnny has been caught and Ric needs to come back to Port Charles. She glances down at Ric's body and reminds him that he can have whatever he wants from her if he gets her brother off. Clair, a partner in a big NYC law firm, gets dressed and tells Ric that whatever Claudia is paying him isn't enough.

Laura Speaks to Lulu!

Lulu is at the PCPD visiting Johnny but it's Logan that she sees. She makes such a ruckus that Lucky, Claudia and Scotty bust into the interrogation room. Lucky is able to calm Lulu down and convince her to leave with him. After they're gone, Claudia assures Johnny that Lulu is in good hands. Scott comes in and tells Johnny that was a good performance but Lulu will still have to testify. Johnny grabs at Scott but Claudia pulls him off. Scott leaves and Claudia asks Johnny what really happened the night Logan died to spook Lulu so much. Johnny sticks to his story. Just then, Trevor busts in and asks why Scott is petitioning for emergency relocation to Pentonville?!? Claudia says that they need a better lawyer and it's time to call Ric. Johnny agrees and Trevor furiously tells them that Ric is on vacation and can't be reached.

Alexis's office is finally dark for the night. Claudia sneaks in and starts digging around for Ric's cell phone number. Alexis returns and catches her in the act. She promises to have her arrested for evidence tampering.

Dr. Robin Drake?

Johnny asks Claudia to prove her so-called love for him by getting him to see Lulu. She won't do it and reaffirms that Lulu's mental problems aren't his fault! He laments over the mistakes he has made that has lead them into this mess. Just then Lucky comes in and yells at Johnny for what he's done to Lulu. Claudia tries to get him to back down, but he rants on. He ends up jerking (a shackled) Johnny around and Claudia screams for help. Detective Harper pulls him off and tells Claudia that all he saw was an officer trying to subdue an out-of-control prisoner.
