Thursday, January 29 2009: There's Something in the Air.

A hazardous materials team arrives shortly and Patrick is the first to put on a suit. After they secure the air ducts and the doorway, they enter the operating room and bring Elizabeth out first. When Patrick reaches for Matt, he tells them to get the others out first. One by one, the surgical team is brought out. When Jason sees Monica unconscious, he is speechless. Next Andy Archer, the anesthesiologist, is brought out dead.

Wednesday, March 12 2008: Nikolas Makes a Decision.

Inside the OR, Nik grabs a scalpel and fends off Nadine and Dr. Andy with it. Andy wants to call security, but Nadine says that Nik won't hurt them. She slowly talks him into giving her the weapon and then walks back to his room with him. She tells him that he almost died and can't leave the hospital without the surgery. Nik explains that Emily came to say goodbye to him and he followed her, but she left anyway. As he tries to explain what happened, he hears "Daddy!" and Spencer rushes into his arms.
