Anthony tells Johnny and Claudia that Ric and Trevor will do better work next time. Johnny makes light of his time in jail. Trevor and Anthony tell Claudia to get out and then Anthony makes her stay. He says they need to get Alexis under control. Just then Jerry walks in, pushes Claudia out of the way and pulls a gun on Johnny!
At the PCPD, Anthony asks Johnny how he's doing after spending the night in jail. He says that he listened to "the Monkey's" version of the brawl and now he wants to hear from his son. He says that Trevor mentioned something about attempted murder just because he's a Zacchara and promises to get him out of there no matter what it takes.
Upstairs Anthony is wheeled into Alexis's office. He asks her how her daughter is enjoying her day camp? He asks if she's nervous about having her child so near a lake and reminds her how quickly Kristina can drown. Alexis throws him out and on his way Anthony tells her to ease his worries and he'll ease hers.
Instead of Diane coming back through Alexis's door, it's Logan behind the wheel of Anthony Zacchara's wheel chair. The old man immediately starts telling Alexis about how "uniquely positioned" her little daughter is with a D.A. for a mother and a mob kingpin for a father. Alexis coldly tells him that Sonny is retired and if he ever hurts her daughter she'll make sure he's gone forever.
Johnny and Claudia are starting their first day in their new penthouse. Before coffee is even poured there's a knock at the door. It's Anthony, who has come to tell them that there are plenty of rooms at The Metro Court. He doesn't like the looks of the penthouse and tells them that the house will be ready for them to move back into before too long. Johnny says that he and Claudia are staying in the penthouse. Anthony says they've lost too much family time together due to his madness. Claudia demurely says that she and Johnny will move home if that's what he wants. After Logan wheels Anthony away, Johnny tells Claudia that he's not giving up his freedom and moving back home. Claudia says that their daddy might not even be alive by the time the house is livable.
Kate is in high gear at Crimson and she's asking her assistants their opinions on editorial matter. Giselle shows up and drips with false sincerity about how divine Kate's new space is. Kate is able to whisper to Maxie to go get Jax to keep Giselle out of her hair. As Giselle starts to insult Lulu for her lack of fashion sense, Logan wheels Anthony in for a little visit. He says that they are neighbors in the hotel and wants to introduce himself. Giselle recognizes his name and Anthony comments that Kate's boyfriend Sonny was so afraid of him that he took an early retirement. He tells Lulu to tell John that he stopped by. "It's nice to know that I can find you whenever I want," he says. After he's gone, Giselle tells Kate that if her business is financed by mob money they could have problems.
As the fire trucks race towards the burning Zacchara mansion, Anthony snarls at Jason about the 40 years he has spent in this house. His snarl evolves into laughter as he thanks Jason for helping him get rid of all of his crap because he wanted to rebuild anyway! Before he leaves, Jason says that the next time he retaliates he won't be so nice.
Johnny, Trevor and Logan are all at Anthony's side by the burning building. Johnny contends that the fact that Jason didn't kill anyone proves that he wants peace. Trevor begs to differ and wants them to strike back right away. Johnny insists that they let this be the end of it because Jason is younger and stronger than Anthony. Then he takes off out of frustration with the whole conversation.
Ric returns to the fire scene and tells Trevor and Anthony that Sonny didn't do this and that Jason is in charge and should be their target. Anthony says that he is going to do what his son advised. He says that Jason can run his business as usual - until he lets his guard down. His calm demeanor dissolves into fury as he seethes, "Nothing is going to stop me from putting that guy in the ground!"
After meeting with Trevor, Johnny and Ric earlier in the day, Anthony is finally alone in his office. He yells for his "monkey" (Logan) to come because he has to "use the can." Unable to find him, he wheels himself out the door and Jason promptly comes out of hiding. When Anthony returns he finds his office in flames. Trevor comes running and pushes him outside. Anthony is flustered and tells Trevor to go make sure that the firemen don't trample all over Maria's rosebushes. As Trevor runs off, Anthony yells that someone's going to pay for this!
