Sonny Swims With the Fishes!

In the hospital, Claudia is pleading with Anthony to make a change so they can be a real family. He wakes up and calls her by another name; she tells him who she really is. "You're a viper," he whispers and accuses her of trying to kill him. Johnny comes in and Anthony tells him that Claudia left him to die. Johnny says Claudia saved him but Anthony won't listen. He keeps telling Johnny that Claudia tried to kill him; Johnny won't listen. Sonny comes in and Claudia agrees to marry him! Sonny says the organization needs him and he is willing to step in to ensure that their organization doesn't fall apart. Johnny hates the idea but Anthony interrupts and says he approves the marriage. Sonny walks out. Johnny can't believe it; Claudia says she understands why it has to happen. "This is for your benefit," Anthony says.

I Do...Believe My Water Broke.

Laura and Scott have settled into a hotel room in LA. They have enough new clothes to last for a while, and Laura recognizes Grauman's Chinese Theatre from the window. He reminds her that "Kramer vs. Kramer" was playing when they were on their honeymoon and suggests that they should go down to the Hollywood Walk of Fame to see if they can recognize all the names. She tells him that the nice clothes and nostalgia won't win her back because she's moved on. He shows her their marriage certificate that he has kept all these years. He says that he did move on, and loved other women, but he never gave up on loving her again. Laura reminds him that her recovery might not last long and she'd like to see her children. She tells Scott that she did love him once, but Luke came along and overwhelmed her. Scott says that he's just asking her to consider a future with him. She reminds him that he stole her away from a mental institution, but Scott says that her ex-husband just wants to spoil her rotten, that's all. She laughs and agrees to go to dinner.

An Oath Trumps a Vow.

Out at the Zacchara mansion, Anthony is lying on the floor seizing as Claudia gives him a little kick to see if he's bluffing. She says that she used to pray for this when she was a little girl and maybe God is finally answering her. Johnny rushes in and races to the phone. Claudia begs him to hang up because their lives would be so much better without the old man. Johnny says that he is their father and he can't just watch him die.

Instead, Johnny and Claudia, along with Anthony on a gurney, get off the elevator and Johnny tells Patrick that he'll pay any amount of money if Patrick will stay and operate on his father. Patrick does a quick evaluation and says that there's blood leaking into Anthony's brain from an aneurysm and he needs immediate surgery. Johnny insists that Patrick put his wedding on hold so that his father can have the best surgeon. Matt overhears, and quietly offers to do the surgery and if another mobster bites the dust, so be it. Patrick learns that the doctor on call is at least twenty minutes away and then announces that he'll do the surgery, with Dr. Hunter assisting. When Matt reminds him that he's supposed to be 'getting shackled to Robin', Patrick says that she'll understand.

No Wedding Jitters for Robin.

Claudia shows up at Anthony's house and says that daddy really does know best. She says that he needs her for the first time in her life and she's going to work it! Anthony says that she's just like her mother and won't get away with manipulating him. He calls her a disgrace, but she says that he must be desperate or else he wouldn't be showing his cards so soon. She gets right in his face and tells him that he can pimp her out, but it has its price. Anthony is enraged and as he screams at her, he suddenly starts choking.

Sam Can't Get Anyone to Believe Her.

Claudia goes home and tells Anthony that he can't marry her off to the highest bidder. Anthony is encouraged that Sonny has already come to her with his proposal. He tells Claudia not to disappoint him after redeeming herself during her brother's trial. Claudia says that he's probably planning on killing her and her new husband and giving everything to John anyway.

Here Comes a Different Bride?

Sonny is out at the Zacchara mansion. He tells Anthony that if he takes over the Zacchara organization, he has to be the one in charge. Anthony asks if Ric could stay on because he's done very good work lately. Sonny agrees, but Ric is to stay on a limited basis. Sonny says that his first order will be that Karpov must die. Anthony says that he didn't fall off a turnip truck and land in a wheelchair and that before he accepts Sonny's terms, he will need some proof of loyalty. Sonny reminds him that this whole thing wasn't his idea! Anthony says that he just needs a little assurance, and if Sonny marries Claudia, he'll have it. "Hell no," is Sonny's immediate answer. Anthony says that a man doesn't turn against his family, so he needs Sonny to be family before they wipe out Andre Karpov. Sonny walks.

Next Jason pays Anthony a visit. He immediately tells Anthony that he'll have to take him down if he ends up with Sonny. Ric walks in and taunts Jason for betraying Sonny.

Spinelli's Committed. Literally.

Sonny shows up at the Zacchara mansion and tells Anthony that he's ready to run his organization.

Team Lulu Comes Together.

Out at the Zacchara mansion, Johnny is cleaning a gun while talking with his father. He says that he needs a faster boat and then pretends to shoot him. Anthony doesn't flinch and Johnny asks what it will take for him to get out of the chair and run away? Anthony contends that he is crippled, but Johnny says that he must have something pretty big planned to have shot Sonny's bride.
