GH is Starting to Feel Like The Wedding Channel!

Johnny shows up on the terrace and she rushes out to warn him that he could've been shot by the guards! He tells her that she'll be the one who is shot as soon as Sonny figures out that she was behind Michael's shooting. Claudia assures him that won't happen and rushes back inside.

Love Is An Illusion!

In the garage, Lulu asks what Johnny's plan really is! He says he is doing whatever he has to do to protect her. She says his actions were crazy because the cop was backing off. Johnny says it doesn't matter because his father has tons of cops on the payroll and he is tired of their duplicity! Lulu says the cop and the punch aren't the problem, Johnny's reaction to the man is! Johnny says he is tired of getting away with everything just because of his father. Lulu says they can fix that. She suggests that they get away from Port Charles and their families so that they can live their own lives. Maxie and Spinelli arrive to help them escape. Maxie doesn't want to help and argues with Lulu about the 'desperation' of their escape. Lulu says they need food, water and clothes from a discount store. Maxie is even more opposed at the thought of shopping at a discount retailer but Spinelli backs up Lulu and Johnny. Lulu says with her out of the picture she'll have Crimson all to herself; Maxie admits that work isn't fun unless she can boss Lulu around a little. She finally agrees to help them, though. Maxie and Spinelli have been gone for a while and Lulu gets worried. Maxie returns with clothes and then Spinelli comes back and says they don't have to leave because the assault was never reported. Maxie is thrilled but Johnny and Lulu aren't.

Carly Vows to Ruin Kate.

Lulu and Johnny are on cloud nine as they pull over the car to check out the stars. Johnny asks where she'd like to go and Lulu says they should just drive until they feel like stopping and stay until they're ready to leave. She says that this is her turn to be a 'real Spencer' and be out on the road with the man she loves. On that note, Johnny pulls her into the back seat but before things get too heated, they get a visit from a cop. He takes a hard line with them about parking on a public road and Lulu gets a little mouthy. The cop decides to put Johnny in handcuffs and no talk of civil rights will get him to change his mind. It's the name 'Zacchara' on Johnny's ID that does the trick. Rather than risk angering Anthony, the cop uncuffs him. Johnny says that it looks like he can do whatever he wants, so he punches the cop in the mouth and he and Lulu drive off.

Anthony Tosses the Bride Away.

Claudia has gone home and told Anthony that her wedding will be tonight. Anthony is pleased and insists on doing this his way at his house. He starts to make arrangements, and Claudia cracks that must mean candles and flowers, right? When Johnny shows up and learns what's going on, he says that he'll leave the family for good if this happens. Claudia softly tells him that this is for him, too. After Anthony leaves them to work it out, Johnny reminds her that Sonny will kill her if he finds out that she indirectly had Michael shot. She doesn't plan to bring that up. He says that she just hopes that Sonny falls in love with her and she wipes tears away as she begs him to stay with her.

Johnny meets Lulu at Jake's and tells her that he walked out on his family. He says that Claudia won't need him anymore because she's about to become Mrs. Sonny Corinthos. Lulu is dumbstruck as he says that his father thinks he wants the power but he wants to get as far away from it as possible.

Sonny and Claudia Agree to Respect One Another.

Lulu and Johnny are over at Jake's talking about what kind of life Johnny could have if he left the family business. When Coleman catches wind of the fact that Johnny can play the piano, he offers to set him up with a keyboard and tip jar over in the corner.

Two Women, Two Children and a Bunch of Russians.

Claudia and Johnny are hanging out at their penthouse recalling some of the fun they've had together there. She tells him that she'll be playing 'wifey' over at Sonny's house before too long. Johnny grows angry as he declares that love is supposed to be about love! Claudia laughs and gives him a big hug for being so idealistic. She promises him a powerful empire to inherit one day, but Johnny wants no part of it.

Anthony has beckoned his children to his chambers. He tells Claudia to go to Sonny and seal the deal, and she agrees. Johnny objects and says that he won't go along with pawning his sister off to gain power! Claudia says this is just a business arrangement and Anthony says that he's proud of her. Suddenly Johnny gets that Claudia is seeking approval and warns her against hoping that Sonny falls for her. After he leaves, Anthony asks if Johnny is right and Claudia replies, "Do I look like a woman who has any romantic illusions to you?"

Johnny is drowning his worries in booze over at Jake's. Lulu comes in and finds out about Claudia and Sonny. She says that Claudia is making her own choices and that he feels guilty about everything, including being a Zacchara. "Maybe it's time I quit," he says as he pops a peanut into his mouth.

Looks Like Sonny's Engaged. Again.

Also in a perilous situation on the waterfront is Spinelli. Although he's the one in control at the moment, the Russians chuckle and call him a 'mouse' as he squeaks words about a payback for Maxie. Realizing that he can't actually shoot another human being, Spinelli scurries behind some crates where he finds Johnny! Johnny grabs the gun from him and quickly takes control of the situation. After he makes the Russians drop their weapons and leave, Johnny tells Spinelli that he should be glad that he's not a killer.
