As the Qs talk about Michael, an upset Rebecca walks in and confesses all. Tracy is delighted to have been right about her, but after hearing her story, Edward says, “I have liked you from the very start and now I know why.” Tracy correctly assumes Ethan was involved and that they were sleeping together, as Alice jots down notes in the background for her tell all book. Rebecca explains everything and apologizes. Tracy tells her to pack her things, but Monica says not so fast. Rebecca says she will leave tonight, but Edward reminds her she still owes him ten thousand dollars.
At the mansion, Tracy orders Alice around who tells her she’s writing her memoirs and can’t wait for Tracy to read a couple of specific chapters. As Tracy talks about how Rebecca is conning the family, Edward, Rebecca and Nikolas return. Rebecca says the extra time they had in jail gave them a chance to bond and she thanks Tracy for not bailing them out. They all bicker for a bit and Nikolas asks Rebecca to leave with him for a little while. Edward says no, Rebecca says she would love to and Tracy says, “Ooh! Cassadines: 1 - nothing!”
"Ba," "Hum," "Bug," Monica, Edward and then Tracy pipe up as Alice brings a little Christmas tree into the Quartermaine study. Edward says that he can't bear to have a tree without Lila, and Monica remembers that Emily used to help Lila decorate. Alan appears and calls them all whiners and Tracy starts to bicker with him. Monica tells her to stop her imaginary conversations with Alan, so Tracy tries to throw him out. Alan says he won't go anywhere until she tells Monica that he loves her. That's when Spinelli and Maxie arrive and pull a pair of glasses out of Santa's pocket. Edward, Tracy and Alice leave the room in disgust, but Spinelli and Maxie urge Monica to put them on. Monica won't listen, but they put the glasses under the tree anyway. Only Alan remains and he silently urges her to put them on. She wistfully walks over to the tree and puts the glasses on. When she turns around she is shocked to see Alan standing before her. She marvels at the miracle and they only argue for a little while before she tells him how much she has missed him and falls into his arms.
Luke enters the Quartermaine study and faces questions from Edward and Alice. He thought that Tracy would have beaten him home, but Edward says that he probably got drunk and let his wife slip through his fingers. He grumbles that Tracy will be unbearable when she returns and it's all his fault. Alice gives Luke hope that he can win her back, but when Tracy comes through the door she says the opposite. She says that she has the papers to prove it and he is out of this house. She tells Alice to pack Luke up and take his house keys.
At the Quartermaine's Alice, Edward and Monica are plotting against Tracy. Tracy arrives and angrily yells at Monica about changing meeting dates and times. She turns to Edward and says he would have seen what Monica was doing if he wasn't meddling in ELQ business. Then, she turns on Alice and tells her to do her job – which includes fresh ice on the bar. Alice runs to do her bidding. Monica and Edward hurry away. Alan appears and says life without Luke is bleak. She says she is moving on – without Luke! He tells her to go to Luke but she refuses. Later, Luke arrives and Edward asks him to move back in! Luke wonders what is going on. Edward says he was talking with Monica and Alice and they all think this is the right thing to do for Tracy; Luke asks what is really going on. "My daughter is a horrible, wretched woman and losing you has put this on a whole other level," Edward says and offers Luke anything he wants just as long as he makes up with Tracy. Tracy walks in and says she will have Luke arrested! She calls Edward senile and says she doesn't love Luke and is tired of being the back-up wife. Luke is about to leave when Monica, Edward and Alice walk in and beg him to stay. They make Luke comfortable, annoying Tracy. "This could work for you, Wife," Luke says, "because misery loves company!" Alice gives Luke a pedicure and places Edward's slippers on Luke's feet. Edward starts to object but Luke mentions returning to the Haunted Star and he backs off. Luke requests lobster for dinner and Alice hurries to the kitchen. Tracy returns and calls to have the Q jet prepared for a trip to the Dominican Republic – and a quickie divorce!
Tracy is at the Quartermaine bar swigging single malt scotch. Alan appears momentarily and reminds her that she still loves Luke. He disappears as Lulu, Monica, Edward and Alice enter the room. Monica says that she's the Chief-of-Staff now and can't have Tracy and Luke's bickering interfere with her sleep. Tracy announces that Luke doesn't live there anymore, but he appears through the terrace door anyway. He plops down on a massage table in front of Alice and enjoys a deep-tissue massage as the family argues over who is welcome and who isn't. Lulu is, Luke isn't. Luke asks Alice to clear the room so he can speak with his wife.
Over at the Quartermaine house, Edward uses his age-old heart condition to try to get Monica to write him a letter to get him out of jury duty. Monica won't do it. Tracy returns with news that she wasn't able to find Luke and asks how Lulu is doing.
Monica, Edward and Alice have gone to Shadybrook to visit Lulu. She thanks them, but nervously says it's not a good time (because she is starting to see Logan right behind them). She retreats back to her room and the Q's talk to Lainey about it. Lainey tells them about Lulu's hallucinations and assures them that they are doing everything they can.
Monica, Alice and Edward show up with some of Lulu's favorite muffins. Nik leaves so they can visit. They say that Tracy has gone to look for Luke and that they want her home where she belongs soon. In case she loses her mind and doesn't get the chance later, Lulu thanks them for taking her in and apologizes for all the trouble she has caused them. Monica says that she fits right in with their family and they look forward to having her back.
The Quartermaine house is bustling in anticipation of Monica's return. Edward warns Tracy to be on her best behavior, but it doesn't seem to register. Scott shows up and warns them that they will pay for Lulu's part in Logan's death. Alice pipes up and says that Scott is just trying to get back at Mr. Luke. Tracy tells Scott to leave or she'll press charges, and in turn, Scott says that he'll send Lulu to prison. As they are all bickering, Monica walks through the door and smiles because nothing has changed. After Alice threatens to throw Scott out, he leaves. Monica tells her family that she feels like she has walked into a house of morons. She tells them not to walk on eggshells around her and then proceeds to remind them that this is her house - Alan gave it to her.
