Sonny's Got His Hands Full!

Amelia heads to Sonny's, calling her partner to get more dirt on Sam. She learns that Sam was involved with a carjacking ring. Sonny comes out, wondering why she is there. Amelia takes off her shoes, ready to stay put for a while. She kisses Sonny and they make love! Sonny picks up the file on Sam and begins to thumb through it. She tries to take it from him but he keeps looking, wondering what Amelia is up to.

Lucky Arrests Jason.

Amelia is on the set with her assistant, Wes. She says that the ratings for the show continue to climb. Wes asks how she will proceed now? Amelia says that her original plan was to make Sam suffer for what she did to her father, but instead, now she intends to use Sam to build her career. To that end, she intends to make Sam her best friend! Later Carly arrives to the set at the request of Amelia. Amelia wants to know if Jax's brother is truly the man who was responsible for the hostage crisis. She says that "Everyday Heroes" hangs in the balance because if Sam became a hero at the hands of Jax's brother the show will suffer - he needs to have been a monster. Carly, who isn't happy to be anywhere near Amelia, merely says that Mr. Craig is a psychotic man and then leaves.

Amelia finds Sam at work and is pleased to see that she's in a good mood. Sam says that after meeting with a fertility doctor it looks like she could be a mom by this time next year! Amelia says that she wishes that Sam would've consulted her. Sam says that she doesn't need anyone's permission! Amelia tells Sam that her image on the show isn't a mother and that much of her work involves strenuous stunts. Sam says that she won't be actually pregnant, but the child will be hers biologically - in any case, she can still do stunts. Amelia asks if the baby will be Jason's, and Sam says probably not. Amelia, in her best girlfriend voice, tells Sam that they should get busy and get work down before Sam becomes a mother in that case.

Lulu Deals With The Truth

At their home, Sam asks Jason if he would consider using a surrogate since no adoption judge would approve their application. "I can't," he says. Sam begs him to reconsider, saying she won't be whole unless they have his child to raise. "You're not being fair," she exclaims when he doesn't change his mind. With tears in her eyes, Sam calls Jason selfish for not giving her a child and slams out of the apartment. An emotional Sam heads to work and tells Amelia about the blow up with Jason. Amelia reminds Sam that she thinks Jason is the wrong guy for her anyway, asking if she loves Jason or is simply dependant on him.

"Luke Raped Laura."

Sam runs into Amelia at Kelly's and says that she is suddenly free if they want to shoot a scene today. Amelia has already sent the crew home and then asks Sam why she looks so upset. Sam explains what happened in the park and Amelia asks if she enjoys watching Liz and Jason squirm? Sam says that she just wants Jason to come clean about his child, that's all. She wants them to consider their options and possibly raise Jake themselves.

Laura's Custody Hearing Begins.

Nikolas, Emily, Liz and Lucky are at Kelly's talking about the hearing. They are concerned that Lulu may finally learn about Laura's rape. Nikolas says that the record is sealed so the only place that she would hear about it is in the courtroom. Liz says that she could ask Lulu to watch Jake today instead and they all agree that would work - for one day at least. Over at another table, Amelia and Sam are having coffee. Sam says that she has an idea of how she can get Jason to tell her the truth about his baby. She is planning a picnic in the park.

Jerry is Free. For Now.

Amelia has escorted Sam back to the penthouse and then asks Sam why she is allowing Jason to keep his secret from her. Sam defends his position, but admits that it's not comfortable for her. "I want Jason to tell me the truth," she says, and then says that she'll help him file for custody. Amelia asks Sam if she wants to help Jason, or get back at Elizabeth. Sam admits that it's probably a little bit of both. Amelia advises that Sam take a step back and concentrate on the show. Sam says that she doesn't want a lie between her and Jason anymore.

Bye Bye Lorenzo.

Sam hears Amelia giving notice to Brandon - the network guy. Amelia turns to Sam and says that she's had a gun pointed at her head three times already since working near Jason Morgan and she's can't work that way any longer. She leaves in a huff and Brandon tells Sam that she won't have a show if she doesn't find a way to get Amelia back to work. Sam rushes to find Amelia, but it's no use. Amelia says that no one should live with such danger. She says that unless Sam is willing to break up with Jason, they are both in danger. After more arguing, Sam convinces Amelia to stay under the condition that there are no more guns. She is elated and runs off to talk to Jason. Amelia tells her assistant that she wasn't really going to quit, she just wanted to see if Sam was hooked (on being a TV star) or not. And since she is, it will really hurt when it all blows up in her face.

Skye. A Black Widow?

Amelia is rattled as she recognizes Mr. Craig's name as the Metro Court hostage mastermind. He tells her that he has helped her career, then, hasn't he? In the interest of full disclosure, he introduces himself by his real name -- Jerry Jacks. Amelia doesn't understand why he would blow up his own brother's hotel? Jerry tells Sam to fetch a glass of wine for the three of them so he can explain what he needs from them. As she bends down into the wine cabinet, Sam spies a gun that Jason stashes there. Meanwhile, Jerry makes chit chat with Amelia and turns to look at something as he talks. Sam seizes the opportunity to draw her gun on him but Amelia yells "No!" and pushes the gun towards the wall. Craig quickly recovers and takes control of the situation and Sam asks Amelia why she didn't let her shoot? "I can't let you kill another man," Amelia slips.

Back at Jason's penthouse, Jerry is explaining to Sam what a mistake it was to cross him and Spinelli silently comes down stairs and is preparing to whack him with a pool stick. Jerry figures it out, somehow, and tells "The Jackal" to put down the pool cue. Spinelli tells "The Unhinged One" that Stone Cold's reaction will be lethal! Just then Jason comes home and Jerry tells him to come in and hear what's going to happen next. He decides to tell them about his little insurance policy and challenges Jason to guess who he's imitating. He affects a female voice and says, "I'm the person who loves you - no questions asked." Jason's eyes get big as he guesses Emily. Jerry announces that he's right explains that Emily is safe for the moment, but if he dies Jason's "plucky little sister" will end up in Guantánamo Bay because she is now permanently tied to his business practices via bank records. As he walks out the door, Jerry says that he intends on having a happy life and if he doesn’t, Emily will pay the price. After he's gone, Amelia tells Sam that they need to discuss her "personal situation" and then leaves. Spinelli apologizes to Jason for letting him down.
