Anna the Groupie!

Sonny is on the phone telling someone that they need to write last night's shipment off as a loss. Amelia barges into his office and wants to talk about a Connie Falconeri. Sonny slams down the phone and wants to know how Amelia found out about Connie. She says that Kate Howard is a major media figure and she's a journalist -- it's her business to disclose it. Sonny gets really close to Amelia and growls that if she goes public with the story, he'll go public with what's been going on between them. He threatens to embellish it so that she'll lose her broadcast license. "You do what you want with Sam, I don't care. But you leave Kate Howard alone," Sonny warns.

A Peak into Jason's Heart.

Sam is at the penthouse working out (She is kickboxing a heavy bag). Maxi arrives with some gowns from the Metro Court boutique that were ordered for her from "Everyday Heroes". Sam tells Maxi that she's quitting the show and Maxi exclaims that the show is the best thing that ever happened to her. Maxi says that she would love having people fall all over themselves to make her a star. Sam says that Amelia only wants revenge. Then, she confides in Maxi that on top of that, Jason has been lying to her for months. Maxi lends her ear and as they talk, Amelia shows up angry, so Maxi hugs Sam and leaves. Amelia asks Sam why she wasn't at work this morning and Sam says, "I'm finished with 'Everyday Heroes' and I'm beyond finished with you."

At Jason's penthouse, Amelia tells Sam that if she quits, her TV career will be over. Sam says that she doesn't care. Then Amelia threatens to create a scandal by telling the press that Sam watched Jake's kidnapping. Sam suggests that Amelia tell the world that Jason is Jake's father, too. Amelia suggests that Sam sounds like she wants to take everyone down with her. As the two women argue, Carly comes in and jokes, "Artistic differences?" Amelia hints that she'll spill the beans about Jake to Carly, so Sam shuts her up by saying that she'll see her at work tomorrow. Amelia is smug as she leaves and then Carly tells Sam to hold onto her job because she's going to be out of a home soon.

Will Dillon Leave PC?

Sam asks Alexis for help. She wants to go see Jason and they won't let her in at Pentonville! Alexis can't help her, though. Alexis asks Sam to let her help, but Sam says she needs to see Jason for personal reasons. Sam is too worried, though and convinces Alexis to try to get her in to see him. Alexis leaves. Later, Amelia arrives, telling Sam to get to work! She is under contract and Amelia expects her to continue working. She threatens to tell the police and Liz and Lucky about Sam's peripheral involvement in Jake's kidnapping. "I expect you at work on time," Amelia says, reminding Sam that her job is the only thing she has left. She leaves. Sam goes to the bar where she runs into Jerry. He asks to join her!

Jason Goes to Prison.

Amelia can't believe that Sam doesn't seem to have a reaction when she tells her that Jake is home. "Who found him?" Sam finally speaks and Amelia says, "You have to ask? Jason of course, with my help." Amelia explains how it happened that they found Jake at Maureen's house. Sam suspects that Amelia set it all up so that she could be the "everyday hero." Amelia says that when the public finds out that Sam McCall stood by and watched the kidnapping with out doing anything, it'll all going to be over for her. She explains how Maureen just assumed that Sam told Jason where to find the baby since she saw the whole thing from behind the bushes. Sam asks how Jason reacted and Amelia reports that he didn't seem to react at all. She says that maybe Sam will finally get what she deserves.

Jason Brings Jake Home.

Amelia and Jason are driving to Maureen's house and Amelia is nervous as they cross the county line because now he has officially jumped bail. "I'm used to it," Jason says as he tries to keep the subject on Maureen. Amelia explains that both times she has called Maureen's house she heard a baby crying in the background. When they arrive, Maureen asks Amelia who the guy is and tries to get rid of them. She insists that she doesn't want to be on the show anymore. As she tries to close the door, a baby cries and she says that it's just the TV. Jason asks, "Where's Jake?" Jason and Amelia go inside and Maureen nervously says that she will not give up the baby! Jason says that she knows as well as anyone that a baby needs its mother. He explains that this baby has a mother, a big brother and a father who want him back. Melinda's hands shake as she says that the baby is upstairs in the master bedroom and Amelia runs up to get him. Maureen is terribly upset as she tells Jason that she wishes she could've saved her own baby from the fire. He assures her that she did the best she could. Amelia comes downstairs and immediately deposits Jake into Jason's arms. As Jason cradles him, Maureen says, "He's your son, isn't he?"

Amelia is driving and Jason and the baby are in the back seat. Amelia says that Elizabeth and Lucky will be thrilled, and then asks Jason if he can forgive Sam for watching the whole thing and doing nothing.

Jason and Amelia Team Up.

Sam and Amelia are on the set arguing about how to handle Maureen. Amelia wants Sam to call her and convince her to allow their taped segment to air. Sam says that the woman has suffered enough already and if she doesn't want to be on the air after losing her child, she shouldn't have to. Amelia tries to slam Sam for suddenly having a conscience, but she sees that Liz and "Detective Spencer" have just shown up. They want to make an on-air appeal about Jake and Sam tells them no! Amelia overrides her and offers an entire hour segment to discuss kidnapping. Sam yells that Amelia just wants to use their pain to drive up the ratings. Liz says that if it works, she doesn't care! Sam jumps up and tells Amelia if she runs the show about Jake, she'll quit. Liz can't believe that Sam would dig her heels in on this and tells her to "go to hell". After Liz and Lucky leave, Sam tells Amelia that she just wanted to jerk her around by doing a segment on Jake. Amelia tells her to grasp the fact that everything isn't about her.

Amelia is working on the set alone. She calls Maureen to make her plea one more time. She says the segment they taped is truly powerful and it could help other people from losing their baby in a fire. A baby cries in the background and Maureen nervously says that she has to go.

Jason goes to Amelia and asks where she was when Jake disappeared. He contends that she hates Sam so much that maybe she is framing her. Amelia says that she doesn't hate Sam badly enough to go to prison. She tells him that she was visiting him in jail when Jake disappeared and then she came straight to the studio and NOT through the park. She proceeds to tell Jason that she was just on the phone with a woman who was recently on the show after losing a baby. She says that she heard a baby on the phone and her remaining children are all older. She says that she needs to call the police right away, but Jason tells her to tell HIM where this woman lives.
