Emily's Dead!

Johnny finds Lulu, alone, in the cave. He angrily asks where Logan is; Lulu informs him that she is just fine. To make Lulu see just how dangerous he is, Johnny tells her about his father and all the terrible things he has seen - from Zacchara killing his mother to the killings of his mother's family, whom Johnny was staying with at the time. Lulu can't believe it. He swears he'll protect Lulu but isn't sure he will be able to kill his father. Lulu tells Johnny about Laura's difficulties and they bond over their parents. As they talk, Logan returns. Annoyed, he asks Johnny why he is with Lulu instead of looking for his dad.

Still in the barn, Nadine asks Spinelli how he got involved with Jason. A few minutes later Johnny, Lulu and Logan arrive, looking for Elizabeth. Spinelli gives them the bad news about Emily. Lulu breaks down. Logan offers to take her back to the main house. Nadine thinks that is a bad idea. Spinelli goes in to Spinelli-speak, annoying Logan. Nadine defends him. Lulu turns to Johnny and realizes he has a cut on his hand.

Love Hurts.

AZ is trying to convince Johnny to shoot Lulu in the courtyard. Johnny spins around and places the barrel of the gun against his father's chest. He says, "This is for my mother," and then squeezes the trigger. But there is no bullet! AZ looks at his son and says, "Uh-oh!" He pulls out his own gun. He says that Maria was a fool for choosing a kid over him. He tells Johnny that he should've died instead of Maria and Johnny says that he should pay, not Lulu. AZ says that he can have the girl until the son comes up. Then, he'll kill her and they can both go home. After AZ leaves, Johnny assures Lulu that he'll keep her safe. Just then, Logan comes in and asks her what she's doing there?

Leyla!

Logan and Scott are worried that Luke doesn't look great. Tracy is holding Luke's hand and telling him to take a nap. He says that's kind of hard to do with a lunatic in the house. Emily comes in to check on Luke, but she'd clearly rather be checking in on Nik. Em lamely takes his pulse and says that he should keep still - and then leaves. Nik, Sam and Lucky come in looking for Emily and Lucky can tell that Luke isn't well. Tracy tells him about the heart attack and Logan asks Sam if she knows where Lulu is. Sam tells him that she's in the barn, so he takes off. Lucky wants to get Patrick to take care of Luke, but Luke tells him to "lose the fear, son." Lucky sits with Luke and tries to comfort him. Luke says that he has a lot of reasons to hang onto this life. (The best part of this scenario? Luke has his hand lovingly resting on Lucky's.)

Logan brings Lulu to Luke's room and Luke quickly assures her that he'll be okay. Lucky tells Sam that he's going to see if he can help anyone and Sam tells him that he needs back up. After they leave, Luke has a hard time catching his breath, but says all he needs is a big tumbler of scotch. Tracy orders Scott to go find some booze, so he and Logan leave. Lulu thanks Logan for bringing her to her father.

Lucky (Finally!) Learns the Truth.

Luke has collapsed in the foyer and Anthony Zacchara is bent over him pondering if he should finish the job or let nature take its course. He feels cheated by the pleasure of killing Luke himself, then he worries that Luke might be faking it. So he kicks him in the back. Then he bends down to Luke's ear and says that a heart attack looks excruciating! He whispers to Luke that he'll lose control of his bodily functions and will be humiliated. Then he leaves. Thankfully, Logan comes along and finds Luke on the floor. He tries to get Luke up, but can't. Scott comes along and tells Luke that he's not going to die on his watch. He picks him up and, with Logan's help, moves him so they can find a doctor.

Scott and Logan are able to get Luke back to the room where Tracy is and she thinks he's drunk. Emily appears and when she hears of Luke's condition, asks Tracy if she happens to have Edward's heart meds in her purse. Tracy says that she does! Scott goes to the main staircase to see where her purse landed after her fall. Emily is in ER mode and tells Logan to go look for the portable defibrillator.

Emily and Tracy are talking to Luke. Em tells him that he needs to lie still or he could trigger another heart attack. Scott comes back in with Tracy's purse. They put a nitro pill under Luke's tongue and Tracy says that he will not make her a widow! Scott returns with the defib and seems mad that Luke's heart is back to a normal rhythm and doesn't get a shock. Em makes Logan and Scott leave the room so Luke won't be upset and then Em tells Tracy she needs to leave, too. Outside the door, Scott tells Logan that he wouldn’t know what to do with himself if he didn't have Luke to despise and insult.

Sonny Gives In.

In the ballroom, Georgie is worried about Maxi and Coop and Logan are trying to calm her down. She tells them to go after her sister and Logan asks why he should get himself killed for her? "You were a coward in Iraq and you're just as big of a coward now!" Coop shouts. Georgie turns and leaves them and after she's gone, Nik goes off on Logan. "Forget Anthony Zacchara, you're the one. whose crazy aren't you?" Logan asks his seething host.

The Dastardly DA doesn't seem so Dastardly.

Logan is getting antsy. He asks Coop how badly he's hurt because they need to go out and look for Lulu. Coop says that he has a splitting headache. Maxi says that Lulu doesn’t need a hero; she's just out after her man of the day. Logan tells Maxi to shut up and that Lulu just feels sorry for Johnny. Maxi spits that if he was bald and fat she wouldn't be risking her life to be with him.
