On The Same Page?

Johnny shows up and they decide to cut cards over who gets the big room. The jackal selects a jack, but Johnny picks an ace. Lulu explains that 'their' new room will be big enough and explains to Spinelli that Johnny has nowhere else to live for the moment. Spinelli doesn't like the sound of the arrangement at all.

Tracy Kicks Luke Out.

Jason starts the day by giving Spinelli a boatload of assignments to take care of. Before Spinelli has a chance to explain, Maxie comes downstairs and bids them both a good morning. Jason won't hear any kind of explanation, he insists that she can't stay with them and needs to leave right away. He says that he doesn't want what happened with Jake to happen to her. He tells her that Mac is right and no one's offspring should be near him.

There's Another Spencer Family Reunion.

Mac is over at Crimson laying down the law. He tells Maxie that she is not to see Spinelli anymore and if she insists, she has to move out and give back the car. Maxie refuses to give up her best friend and says that she'll chalk up her stint with public transportation as a life experience. Mac sadly leaves. Spinelli reminds her that her uncle is right because there is danger associated with being around him. Maxie tells Spinelli that she's not brave, she's selfish and doesn't want to know what kind of person she'd be without him.

Finally, Some Good News!

Spinelli comes rushing into Sonny's house and reports that Jake has been saved. Sonny has some questions and urges Spinelli to speak normally. Claudia attempts to mediate as Spinelli explains why he's come to tell them about Jake. He mentions something about knowing how much Mr. C. would care about the boy's safe return. Sonny tells him to leave. After he's gone, Claudia tells Sonny that she likes Spinelli and what's more, now he can go after the Russians! She flirts with him and says there's a solution to their marriage problem, too. She suggests that they keep 'it' right at home and Sonny looks her up and down. Just then, Max opens the door and Patrick carries Olivia into the room.

Spinelli stops by Crimson to tell Maxie about Jake's safe return. She hugs him and calls him a hero, but Mac shows up and demands that Spinelli take his hands off of his niece. He tells Spinelli that he's wasting his talents by working for Jason and says that if he had a shred of decency, he'd get out of Maxie's life. Spinelli starts to leave, but Maxie insists that he isn't going anywhere.

Nadine's Family Thinks Nik is a Freeloader!

Spinelli comes to Maxie's rescue to help take care of Emma. They marvel over how cute she is and then he takes a call from Jason. He directs him to the nearest property owned by Karpov's organization. When Robin comes out and hears him discussing mob business she politely tells him that's not exactly cradle talk.

Love Is An Illusion!

In the garage, Lulu asks what Johnny's plan really is! He says he is doing whatever he has to do to protect her. She says his actions were crazy because the cop was backing off. Johnny says it doesn't matter because his father has tons of cops on the payroll and he is tired of their duplicity! Lulu says the cop and the punch aren't the problem, Johnny's reaction to the man is! Johnny says he is tired of getting away with everything just because of his father. Lulu says they can fix that. She suggests that they get away from Port Charles and their families so that they can live their own lives. Maxie and Spinelli arrive to help them escape. Maxie doesn't want to help and argues with Lulu about the 'desperation' of their escape. Lulu says they need food, water and clothes from a discount store. Maxie is even more opposed at the thought of shopping at a discount retailer but Spinelli backs up Lulu and Johnny. Lulu says with her out of the picture she'll have Crimson all to herself; Maxie admits that work isn't fun unless she can boss Lulu around a little. She finally agrees to help them, though. Maxie and Spinelli have been gone for a while and Lulu gets worried. Maxie returns with clothes and then Spinelli comes back and says they don't have to leave because the assault was never reported. Maxie is thrilled but Johnny and Lulu aren't.

Anthony Tosses the Bride Away.

Down at the PCPD, Diane reminds Alexis that she wasn't so eager to do her job when Jerry Jacks was the one in the handcuffs. As the women argue, Spinelli comes in and says that he has an alibi for Jason. Alexis allows them five minutes to talk. Spinelli explains that he hacked into Interpol's website and now an agent is telling DA Davis that another of Karpov's rivals burned the warehouse. He assures Jason that he left no trace of his work just in time for Diane and Alexis to come back in and release Jason.

Two Women, Two Children and a Bunch of Russians.

Jason is at home telling Spinelli what Plan B of their retaliation will be. Spinelli blurts out a confession about his dismal failure to avenge Maxie and how Johnny had to save him from the Russians. Jason tells him to stay the person he is and he'll be Maxie's hero. There's a knock at the door and Jason is surprised to see Olivia, who has come to talk about Sonny.

Looks Like Sonny's Engaged. Again.

Also in a perilous situation on the waterfront is Spinelli. Although he's the one in control at the moment, the Russians chuckle and call him a 'mouse' as he squeaks words about a payback for Maxie. Realizing that he can't actually shoot another human being, Spinelli scurries behind some crates where he finds Johnny! Johnny grabs the gun from him and quickly takes control of the situation. After he makes the Russians drop their weapons and leave, Johnny tells Spinelli that he should be glad that he's not a killer.
