The Trevor Tip Toe.

Leyla talks with Epiphany at the nurses' desk. Epiphany tells her that she doesn't want any drama other than between Doctor and Disease, not doctor and nurses. She warns Leyla not to get hurt by Dr. Drake, but Leyla says that she and Patrick are just having fun. Dr. Lee joins them and says that fun is dead and buried. Then a couple gets off the elevator and starts kissing. Kelly orders them to put their raging hormones on check. Dr. Andy pulls her aside and tells her to cool it! She says that her sex addiction therapy isn't going well and she has 9 whole weeks of abstinence left! Then she notices that he looks tired and asks how his sleeplessness therapy is going. He tells her that he'll help her, if she'll help him. He says that if they both stay clean of their respective vices for 68 more days, maybe they can get together. She says that they can "jump in the sack" and he asks her why she always makes it sound so clinical. After Andy goes to a meeting, Kelly bumps into Dr. Leo on his way to have his wound checked. She tells him that he looks "mighty fine" to her.

Spinelli goes to the hospital and asks Epiphany where Jolene is. Epiphany tells him that she sabotaged the hospital and murder is murder! Spinelli says that since Jolene threw herself in front of a bullet to spare him, he would like to see her as an angel of mercy, rather than an angel of death. Epiphany tells him that Jolene is in a coma. Spinelli is sad because he'd like to know why she saved his life.

Nik comes clean with Emily.

Robin notices that her charts aren't filed yet and wondered why Nikolas' chart is out. Epiphany tells her to take it up with Emily Quartermaine. Robin says that Emily looking at Nikolas' chart is borderline unethical! Then Epiphany yells at Robin for allowing her personal feelings for Drake Jr. to influence her mood at work. A little later, Lainey asks Robin to talk to her about what's bothering her. Robin admits that she misses Patrick. She says that she eats ice cream and cries herself to sleep and wonders if he's feeling anything at all. She says that it would be easier if they stopped loving each other, but they haven't. Lainey says that she admires them for dealing with their differences about being parents and respecting each other's needs.

Scott arrives at the nurses' desk and asks Epiphany for the results of his paternity test. She hands them over and wishes him luck. A little later, Lulu is working her shift at Kelly's when the phone rings. She answers it and Scott says that he's looking for Logan -- it's important. She promises to try to find him.

Logan takes another beating.

Kate reports to Epiphany at the nurses' desk and asks where she can start. Epiphany tells her to change into scrubs and then clean room #23. "I don't clean," Kate says and Emily and Liz's head turn to look at her in unison. Kate says that her talents would be much better used in PR or even as an administrative assistant. Epiphany says that she is one orderly short and Kate fits the bill. Liz tells Kate where the locker room is and Kate thanks her before she heads down the hallway. Next Liz picks up the phone to call the realtor and put a bid on the house.

Kate, dressed in scrubs, takes a used meal tray to Epiphany and asks what she does with it. Epiphany barks at her, and Kate apologizes for not being friendly enough when she was a patient. No matter how hard she tries to butter Epiphany up, she makes things worse, so she just goes back to the meal trays.

Carly's Smackdown.

Kate is on the phone with her assistant as she arrives at the hospital. After she hangs up, she finds Epiphany and tells her that she will be doing community service at the hospital. She asks Eppy for something acceptable, like public relations. Epiphany starts to chuckle and it builds until she is an outright belly laughing.

A long-awaited kiss.

Robin was paged because "Dr. Drake Jr." requested that she scrub in for a surgery. Robin says that Dr. Meroochi would be happy for the opportunity and Epiphany has a fit because she's letting her personal life interfere with a patient's care. Robin finally gives in and goes to scrub in. After the surgery, Robin meets up with Liz and they talk about her breakup. "How do you turn your heart away from the person you're in love with?" Robin says and Liz says she'd like to know that too. Robin asks how things are with her and Lucky and Liz pretty much says that her life is a hideous mess. She ends up telling Robin that she turned to Jason at one point and Robin says that Jason can make a woman feel like the most important person in the world when we wants to. She says that at least Jason's not afraid of commitment (like Patrick is), but she wouldn't want to bring a child into his life.

Goons and Guns.

At the hospital, Emily is getting yelled at by Epiphany for making a mistake. After Epiphany walks away, Liz joins her and they talk about how volatile Nik as been lately. Just then, he arrives and asks Em and Liz if there's any word on Lulu. Emily says that she knows he jumped Logan and asks if he needs to wind down a little. Later on, Georgie walks by and Emily asks exactly what happened between Nikolas and Logan. Georgie says that Nikolas slammed him to the ground and had his fist shoved up against Logan's neck until he was gasping for air.

Father of the Year. (Not).

At the hospital, Emily asks Liz if there's any word on Lulu. Liz says no and she's really worried. Diane shows up at the nurses' desk and asks Epiphany -- in her legalese - to run interference with the press when the cops come to arrest Kate Howard.
