Will You Kill For Me?

In his office, Liz tells Jason they can't risk telling anyone else Jake's secret - not even Monica. Just then Epiphany calls to tell Jason about Monica's car accident.

At the hospital, Patrick notices that Robin is nauseated and tries to send her home but she refuses to leave. Claudia and Johnny walk up, giggling. When Robin gets a paper cut and bleeds on her paperwork, Claudia makes a big stink. Patrick sends them all away. She sees Jason arrive and says they'll have business very soon. Jason goes to Robin and tells her to keep her distance from Claudia. Epiphany takes him to Monica's room and says she'll be okay, other than a bump on the head. But, Epiphany says Monica has other problems - like the drinking! He goes inside and Monica says she is ready to talk about things. He asks if he can help and she says she was going to Emily's grave when the accident occurred but she doesn't remember any of it. She brings up the accident with AJ and Jason, beating herself up. Jason turns to go but Monica stops him. "You are my son," she says, "and I love you." Jason works hard to hold back his own tears.

Patrick and Epiphany are working at the nurse's station when a mother and two kids walk in. The woman hands the baby to Patrick while she deals with the toddler. He has no idea what to do with the kiddo; Robin watches, smiling. When the woman takes her kids back, Patrick asks Robin why she didn't help him. She says he was doing fine and walks away laughing. Patrick goes to talk to her before leaving for the night. Robin says if he ever decides to have a part in their baby's life, she'll be happy but that she isn't going to push him. She walks away.

Nik Goes For It.

Cassius tells Epiphany that a guy named Moreau is likely Stan's killer. He's some kind of drug dealer, Cassius explains. Epiphany automatically thinks the worst of her son for coming in contact with such a character and Cassius says that he could've been working undercover, did she ever think of that?

Daddy of the Year?

Scott goes into Logan's room and Epiphany tells him there's no change. Scott says that he wants revenge on who did this to his son and asks if that's wrong. Epiphany says no. She leaves the room and Cassius tells her there may be a lead on who killed Stan.

Manhunt!

Epiphany is back to work and true to her grumpy form. Patrick has come in to get some files to take home with him and Robin snaps at him. Epiphany asks what's wrong with them now!?! Robin says that nothing's wrong with her, in fact, she's having a baby and feeling wonderful. They run into each other later and she asks why he didn't go back to Jake's yet. He says he missed happy hour and is waiting for "desperate hour." He informs her that if she's going to think the worst of him, he's going to live up to it.

Eppiphany Decides to "Go Red."

Epiphany is packing to leave the hospital when Cassius finds her. He tells her that his mother died of a heart attack after they lost everything in Hurricane Katrina. He says that he only saw the pain in her eyes and missed the pain in her heart. He explains that he has noticed the same look in her eye and has tried to warn her.

At Kelly's an organization called "Take Heart" is putting together a luncheon to support the cause of fighting heart disease in women. Monica is there to speak, Bobbie came too and Maxie is a regular member of the club (because of her heart transplant when she was little). The women sit around a table and introduce themselves and their various heart conditions. Within minutes Cassius and Dr. Leo escort Epiphany in the door and the women welcome her. Epiphany says that she doesn't want to join any club and walks out. Monica follows her and says that "Go Red" isn't a club, it's a movement of women who want to put an end to suffering. Epiphany resents the "intervention" and Monica reminds her that they've both had breast cancer and got through it because they were strong. Cassius tells her to go inside and show the Go Red women how strong she still is. She ends up going inside and the women give her a supportive round of applause.

Patrick Starts to Question.

Down the hall in her room, Epiphany is recovering from a heart attack. Cassius comes in and asks how she's doing, but he doesn't get too far before she starts snapping at him. Then she admits that she feels like a failure because as a nurse she should've seen the signs. Liz comes in and sits with her for a while. Epiphany starts talking about Stan and how much she misses him. She tells Liz to go so that she won't see her cry. Liz tells her that they all love and miss her. Liz goes back to work and Cassius returns to see her holding Stan's urn.

Somebody's Watching...

Patrick walks over to Robin at the nurse's station and asks about the sperm donor. They are interrupted by an orderly who has found Epiphany, unconscious, in the locker room. Dr. Leo checks her out and suggests surgery but Epiphany won't listen. She tells everyone to get out but the orderly interrupts, telling Epiphany to listen to her doctors. Dr. Leo and the rest of the staff return to wish Epiphany well in her surgery. She continues her gruff ways, telling them all to get back to work.
