Laura Sheds Light for Lulu.

Lulu goes back to Laura's room and finds her asleep. She talks to her anyway and soon Laura opens her eyes. She smiles and says that she can feel herself getting stronger. Lulu says that she feels herself getting stronger too and they will show everybody how strong they are. Lulu curls up on her mother's lap and Laura says, "May angles on the wings of night watch over you until the morning light."

Laura Speaks to Lulu!

Lulu goes across the hall to tell Laura how scared she is. She says that she sees Logan more than once a day now and that whatever is grounding her to the real world is like a stretched rubber band that is about to snap. She takes Laura's hands in hers and wishes she had someone who could understand. Then she drops her head into her mother's lap and gives way to tears. Laura's hand slowly moves and starts petting Lulu's hair. She tells her daughter that everything will be alright.

Lourdes and Logan. Separated at Birth?

In Manhattan, Lulu is staring out the window when Johnny returns to their apartment from the deli. She says that her brothers are probably frantic with worry by now and that Logan's final words are coming true, she is never going to get over him. Johnny tells her that she needs help and he'll turn himself in if that's what it will take. Lulu panics and promises that she'll be fine as long as they are together. Just then Lourdes comes over and asks Johnny to fix the fuse that she blew in her apartment. Johnny tells her to stay with Lulu and he'll be right back.

Off to Shady Brook.

Lulu has successfully slipped into Laura's room at Shady Brook. She breathlessly tells her mother that she's afraid of what's happening to her mind. She says that she's scared all the time and homesick. She mentions nightmares and wonders if Laura ever had them. Then she backs up and tells Laura everything about Logan's death and how she and Johnny ended up on the run. She asks her mom if she saw Rick Webber after killing him the way she's seeing Logan. "I was afraid of my feelings for Johnny so I hid behind Logan. And that's why he's dead," she cries. She thinks through everything again and it helps her to realize that she truly did just defend herself. She thanks Laura for helping her to relax and see things more clearly and then asks her what she should do.

Outside Laura's door, Scott has arrived and is asking an attendant if he can see the patient. Once he goes inside, he sees that the window is open and tells Laura that she probably could use the fresh air. He sits and tells Laura about the time he spent in the Bahamas with Serena and then came home to find that Lulu is in trouble. He says that Johnny has to pay for what he did to Logan and sadly, Lulu's going to have to pay as well. As he's talking to her, Nik and Lucky arrive and make him leave. Scott says that he wanted Laura to understand that he's just trying to do his job.

Whispered Confession.

Outside of Laura's room, Lulu hears Luke's voice inside, so she waits her turn. Luke is talking about Lucky and Liz's wedding tomorrow, and if their baby is a girl he wants to name her Laura. After Luke leaves, Lulu goes in. She is elated to tell her mother that Scott Baldwin killed Rick Webber. She says it twice, in hopes that Laura would wake up. She says that having the mystery to solve let her hold onto her mother a little longer. Only now all they have is a secret that no one else can know – to protect Luke. And there's another secret that she doesn't know what to do with, Lulu tells her mother. Lucky isn't going to be a father after all, and it's eating her up inside. "I just wish you could tell me what to do," she says. Then Lulu tells her mother about her friendship with Spinelli, Dillon and even Milo. She says that not too long ago she had an imaginary boyfriend and now she has 3 guys falling all over her. Getting back to her dilemma over Lucky's baby, she takes Laura's hand and asks how she kept Nikolas a secret from the family for so long?

Laura gets her third visitor in one day. Scotty! He has something to explain to her. He tells her that Lulu figured out that he was the one who killed Rick Webber. He explains that he did it to protect her. He followed her to the attic that night and Rick was trying to force her to remember things that she didn't want to remember. He ended up whacking him in the head with a candlestick, but didn't mean to kill him. He tells Laura that he never intended for her to take the blame, he was going to get help, but then Luke showed up and found her all hysterical. Scott says that Luke convinced her that she killed Rick and then took her away. He whispers in her hear that he has suffered every day for the pain that he has caused her. "I love you, I love you, I�m always going to love you," Scott tells his first wife.

Tracy shows a softer side.

Lulu pays her mother a visit at Shady Brook. She reports what she and Dillon have found out, so far, about Rick's case. She tells her about the address book they found and the phone numbers that were written on the date that he died. She tells Laura that maybe she can come back to them if the truth comes out.

Get your Kleenex ready.

At the hospital, Robin tells Patrick that she didn't know he was working today. He says that his dad is volunteering at the clinic, so he might as well. Then, she assumes that he doesn't have any Thanksgiving plans. He corrects her by saying that after his shift ends; he's going home to a turkey sandwich and the TV. She has a better idea. She wants him to come spend it with her and her family.

As Lulu, Lucky and Laura are sitting on the couch; Nikolas and Lucky come in bearing gifts. Lucky takes all the credit for picking out good things and Nikolas wants to know where he comes in. “Your credit card!” Lulu smartly points out. They all enjoy the humor. Lucky wants to know where Lesley is and Luke replies that she's spending the night with Bobby so they can have the run of the house. Laura adds that Lesley wanted to give them time for their honeymoon. Nikolas smells turkey. Luke says that Mike makes them every year for the homeless, but this year he brought one over for them.

Laura wants to know what's next. Presents? She likes to see their faces when they open gifts. Lucky goes first. He opens a digital camera – so they can take as many photos as possible of their day together. He prepares to snap a shot of Laura and Lulu but Laura is in a trance. Lulu gets alarmed, but Luke tells them that this happens on and off. He tells them to just give her a minute, she'll be back. They have time to exchange really uncomfortable, worried looks, and then she joins them again. She isn't herself but you can see her try to “catch up”. Nikolas makes light of it, and hands a gift to his sister. Laura interrupts and asks Luke to call a doctor. She wants to know how much time she has left.

**PAUSE FOR A LOCAL BREAKING NEWS STORY. (It was only about 2 minutes.)**

Patrick has come to the Spencer's and talks to Laura. He tells the family the news is not good, and she is relapsing. She has very little time and advises her to go back to Shady Brooke. Luke shakes his hand and tells him they can take it from here. After Patrick leaves, Nikolas tries to hand out more gifts. Laura stops him because she feels that their Christmas celebration needs to end early, based on what Patrick just explained to them. Not wanting to accept the reality of the situation, Nikolas says it smells like the turkey is done, and suggests that they go eat.

Laura stops him. “No, no honey. Dr. Drake feels that it would be best for me to go back to Shady Brooke now, while I'm still able to….get there by myself. Um. I'd like to go now.” Lulu asks how she can say that? Laura tells them that it's going to be alright, but Lulu screams that nothing is ever going to be alright! How can she just give up and leave?
