Anna and Noah have gone out to dinner together. As they sit outside on a bench, Noah tells Anna that she might miss the rock star thing. As she's denying it, she looks at Noah and has an epiphany. She says that she thinks she was attracted to Eli because he looked like him, not the other way around.
Eli's Love Child.
Robin timidly approaches Anna's breakfast table at The Metro Court. Anna invites her to sit down and tells her that she's not going to fight with her. Robin apologizes for setting up a kidnapping last night so that Anna could pull out her spy tricks to impress Eli. Anna says it was humiliating, but she knows Robin's intentions were good. She says that Eli only bruised her ego, and she'll be just fine.
After breakfast, Anna and Robin go to GH and find Eli waiting for them. He tells her that he doesn't want to leave town without her and that he wants her in his life. Anna listens to what he has to say as he tells her how amazing she was when she saved him last night. He says that he can handle her being a grandmother, but he can't handle losing her. Just then a woman stomps up next to them and tells Eli that he needs to meet his son. One of his business associates tells her that she'll forfeit child support for this move. Robin whisks the boy over to the lounge as Eli tells Trish that 15 minutes in the back of the bus doesn't make him a father.
Eli Rocks & Anna's Eyes Roll.
Robin and Patrick are backstage at Eli's concert waiting for Anna to show up. Eli arrives and asks where Anna is. Robin reminds him that her mother is too matronly for him these days so why does he care? Anna has appeared and wants to know the same thing. Eli tells her that he is crazy about her and wants a second chance. Anna makes him squirm a little and then says that she will consider it. Eli takes her in his arms and they stroll away together. Max shows up and tells Robin that Sonny's orders for him are to do whatever she wants. Robin is happy to hear it, and then tells him to kidnap Eli. As the music begins, Robin is confident that her plan will restore Anna's ego.
The concert gets underway and Eli thanks a special lady in the audience before he belts out his new song, "What's Victoria's Secret?" Anna looks on and thoroughly enjoys herself. After the song ends, the crowd goes nuts and Eli's hot young girlfriend rushes on the stage and hops into his arms. "This is war," Robin says as Anna's face falls.
Team Anna.
Anna shows up at GH and asks Robin where they are going? Robin says that Eli Love, bruised jaw and all, has sent them backstage passes and they are all going to the concert. Anna would rather stick needles in her eyes. Patrick and Noah are looking on from across the hall. Noah tells Patrick that Anna is much too good for lowlife Eli. Anna walks away, so Robin joins the guys and says that they need to make Eli eat his heart out over what he's missing. Patrick tells Noah to convince Anna to come with them to the concert because she needs the ego boost.
Love Conquers All?
Patrick escorts Eli to GH to have his jaw looked at. Eli is angry and tells Patrick if his jaw is broken he won't be able to finish his tour. After he goes to X-ray, Anna laments that she was so mistaken about Eli and the so-called connection they had. Robin says that idols don't normally live up to our expectations anyway. Anna says that being a grandmother is a beautiful thing and nothing else matters to her. Patrick approaches them and says it looks like Eli might have a hairline fracture.
Anna pages Noah and then explains the situation to him. She wonders if she can count on him to fill in for Eli on stage again in order to protect Patrick from a lawsuit. Noah explains that he loved his time on stage last summer but it wasn't good for him. He says that the rocker life was a fantasy fulfilled and that he ended up back in rehab. Anna takes it all in and tells him that he's a good man. Noah calls himself a "work in progress" and as much as he'd love an encore, he can't risk it. Just then, Patrick finds them and says Eli's jaw is only bruised.
Just then, Eli comes out from the exam room and tries to make up with the group. He tells Patrick that he has no hard feelings and asks Anna to meet him in his hotel room later for dinner. Anna goads him and asks why she just can't come with him now and face the paparazzi with him? Eli explains that he has to live up to his image in public. Noah doesn't want to hear any more, this time he steps forward and punches Eli smack in the jaw.
An Elaborate Plan Unfolds.
Anna and Eli are at Jake's talking about visiting Melbourne together during his Aussie tour. When she finds out it's in the fall, she says she'll meet him in Europe instead and doesn't offer an explanation. Robin and Patrick come in the door and Eli tells them to come join them. "Whoa, are you pregnant?" he says when he finally gets a load of Robin's belly. Anna explains that Robin hid it from him yesterday so she wouldn't come off as a grandma to her rocker beau. Eli tells her that she's an amazing woman and he isn't about to walk away from that "…just because your daughter got herself knocked up." He toasts the happy father-to-be and all is well at Jake's for the moment. Soon, an old friend of Eli's comes in and asks if Anna is his girlfriend. Eli clarifies that his girlfriend is flying in from Australia tomorrow after a bikini photo shoot. He introduces Anna as an old friend who is about to become a grandma. Anna steps aside, but Patrick punches Eli in the face.
