Bobbie comes to the scene out front of the Metro Court to sit with Luke. Luke tells her that when Mr. Craig learns that the code isn't right, he's likely to kill all the hostages. Meanwhile, Georgie is lamenting about how awful she has been to Maxi lately. She tells Dillon that she'll never forgive herself if something happens to her. Bobbie convinces Georgie to come back to Kelly's with her, and Dillon declines to come along.
Bobby stops by to see Jason on her way to the fundraiser. She's really worried about Carly and how vulnerable she's feeling toward Sonny. Jason assures her that he's taking Carly to get her divorce tonight. Bobby thinks the divorce is only a formality, she wants Sonny to back off and let Carly be happy with Jax. Jason wants to stay out of it. Bobbie suggests that Carly needs a reminder of what life with Sonny really was like.
Bobbie stops by Kelly's and is surprised to see Scotty there. They are happy to see each other, and she asks what he's doing back in town. She soon realizes that he's come back to learn more about Laura's recent "comeback". Scott grumbles that he heard that Bobbie's "good for nothing" brother married Laura again. Bobbie agrees to fill him in. LS49 is a one time thing, she explains, so they realized that they wouldn't have long with her. She explains how they all tried to protect Laura from the fact that she killed Rick Weber, but she figured it out for herself. Scottie wants to know what Laura was like when she was back. Bobbie gushed at how she was exactly the same as ever.
At the Metro Court, people are starting to arrive. Bobbie is dressed and gorgeous and wonders why Carly isn't ready yet. They talk about Carly's feelings about Sonny and Jax and what she should do. Bobbie asks her if she really wants to divorce Sonny, or is she playing hard to get? Finally, Carly says something out loud that we've not heard her say yet. "If Sonny came to me from an honest place and said he wanted me back, I'd go."
The words "16 hours earlier" come up on the screen over a beaming Nikolas, Emily and Spencer getting off the elevator at the hospital. Mike, Bobbie, Lucky, Lulu and Elizabeth are gathered to meet them and are so happy to see that Spencer has returned safe and sound. Bobbie says that a doctor will come check him out to make sure he's okay. After they go off for the exam, Lucky and Liz talk about how relieved they are to see Spencer. Then Liz tells Lucky that his proposal last night was beautiful. He tells her that he knows she needs time to think about it; he just wanted her to know how he felt before the baby was born.
Alfred is delighted to welcome young Spencer and Master Cassadine home. Lulu has come along, too. Alfred expresses his regrets that he didn't see Colleen for what she was. Norma, the first nanny, is upstairs drawing a bath. When Lulu and Nik are alone, she fills him in on the fact that Lucky proposed to Liz already. And that Liz wasn't wearing the ring today. Nik is worried that Lucky will take pills if rejected. Lucky has come and over heard. Before they can say much, Mike, Bobbie and even Elizabeth have arrived for the party. Nikolas makes a speech to thank his family for their support. He announces that they had Spencer baptized while they were at the cathedral in Russia. He presents Spencer Alexi Michlovich Cassadine and then expresses his undying gratitude to Spencer's Godmother --Emily. Emily is crying with joy and Nik tells her that nothing will tear them apart again. They all raise their glass…"To Family!"
At the hospital, Bobbie runs into Liz and tells her to have a fabulous evening tonight with Lucky. Liz curtly clarifies that tonight's dinner is just a dinner, not a reconciliation. Bobbie tells Liz that she doesn't want to put any pressure on her, but she hopes that Lucky can find some peace. Liz says that wants the same thing for him, just not necessarily with her.
Bobby finds Liz at the nurses' desk and asks what Miss Snead is being an "equal opportunity pain in the butt" over. Liz explains about her confrontation with Sam. Bobby says that she can empathize with Sam. She explains that once she was the bad girl from the wrong side of the tracks who's in love with a guy that spends time with a beautiful girl. (This is Bobby's history. Years ago she loved Scotty Baldwin, who ended up marrying Laura!) Bobby explains that Sam has some insecurities; that's all.
By the tree, Bobby and Lulu talk about Laura and how Christmas was her favorite time of the year. Lulu says she is starting to figure out why her dad always bails during the holidays. For him, Christmas is synonymous with Laura. She is truly an angel to him. Bobby tells Lulu that even though Luke says Christmas is cheesy, when they were little kids he always had a gift for her. Bobby goes on to say that Luke left a gift for Lulu with her. She pulls a box out of her pocket and gives it to her. It is Laura's engagement ring. Lulu cries and says it's a symbol of their love – why should she have it? Bobby tells Lulu that she is a symbol of their love too.
Jax has made Carly and the boys a standard Australian breakfast of steak and eggs. Michael loves it and wants to eat this way every day after Jax becomes his step-dad. After breakfast, Carly starts to work on the seating chart for the wedding reception. She's concerned that the wedding planner won't know who gets along with whom. Bobby comes over with the wedding gown and Carly pushes Jax out the door so he won't see it.
