Jax runs into Carly at The Metro Court and hears her talking about the fabulous dress she's going to wear to the wedding. He can't believe that she would even consider going, but Carly says she isn't going to hide. Jax says that she has an agenda and it can't be good for any of them. Carly insists that she's going, and Sonny and Kate will be lucky if that's the only bad thing that happens on their wedding day.
After Nik leaves, Carly drops in to see Lulu. She digs in on the cookies and ends up telling Lulu about what has transpired with her marriage. She says that she messed up and all she can do now is learn from it and move on.
Maxie Covers Some Ground!
Carly is talking to Marty about a convention coming to The Metro Court in November. Jax comes up from behind her and tells Marty that he'll handle this. He asks Carly why she second guesses his every decision and then says he doesn't want to argue about it. He says that they need to start their divorce proceedings and hopes it can be as painless as possible. He names Alexis as his attorney of choice, but Carly objects to the whole thing. She calmly explains how hurtful it would be to have Alexis rip her apart, given their history. Jax agrees to use someone else, but Carly changes her position and tells him that he has every right to use whomever he wants.
Johnny finds Carly at the bar and she congratulates him on his acquittal. He asks if she's been to Shadybrook lately and Carly says that she's going tomorrow. He asks if she can let Lulu know that he hasn't abandoned her. Carly agrees. Later Maxie finds Carly and asks why she hasn't RSVP'd to the wedding. Carly says that she'd rather stick forks in her eye, that's why. Maxie says that, from one bad girl to another, Carly needs to show up and make both Sonny and Jax regret that they ever left her.
Jason reports to The Metro Court to see why Carly called him. She asks him to escort her to the wedding, but he refuses. He asks why she would even want to go? She says it will make her feel good, that's all. She asks for his support, and all Jason can muster is a monotone, "I'll let you know."

Carly is at work going over design changes in the new spa. Kate arrives and tells her that she used Michael as an excuse to do whatever she wants, but that's all over now. She tells Carly to stay away from 'her husband'. Carly informs her that Sonny isn't her husband just yet. She says that she'll go to Sonny whenever she wants to. Unruffled, Kate tells Carly that her connection with Sonny is far deeper than anything she ever had with him.
Noah Will Never Be Father of the Year.
Over at Jason's office, Carly is beaming as she taunts him with Spinelli's compatibility points. She asks him to guess the only point that they aren't a perfect match on. Jason says that he doesn't care and he won't listen anyway. Carly jubilantly says that they are both stubborn - that's it! She kisses him on the cheek and leaves him to his business.
Max is waiting for Carly at The Metro Court bar. When he sees her, he uses some breath spray and then asks her out. Carly is stunned to hear that he and Diane broke up, and even more stunned to hear that he wants their date to be tonight. He and Carly sit down and order dinner and the conversation keeps going to Diane and Jax. Carly tells Max that they are both miserable and advises him to follow his heart.
Cupid is on Hiatus.
From their table at The Metro Court, Carly is steaming as she tells Maxie and Spinelli to tell her about all the guys they've found for her online. 'Ready to Rock' matches Carly's profile, but Carly isn't thrilled with his description. 'Burn Baby Burn' doesn't sound good either. 'Scottie the Hottie' sounds far too much like Scott Baldwin, so they delete his name from the list.
Carly rushes into Jason's office to tell him that only one man matched up for her on compatibility 24 out of 24 times. Him!
