On the docks, Maxie tells Lucky she didn’t see anything the night of Claudia’s disappearance, but Lucky doesn’t believe her. He won't push her, but warns she might be subpoenaed and then she will have to tell the truth.
Spinelli visits Maxie at work who is busy with the photo exhibit, but lets him know she hired him and Sam to work security so they can spend time together. Spinelli tries to back out because of his job for Jason, but Maxie says this is important to her. Maxie wants him to make her a priority and to support her career. He assures her he does support her and that she can count on him.
Live and Let Live.
Johnny and Maxie sit on a bench on the docks and talk about losing their sisters. Johnny tells her no one can know what she saw in regards to Sonny. Maxie assures him she hasn’t told anyone, but Johnny warns her to be careful around Jason and Sonny.
Lucky meets Maxie on the docks and asks if she saw Sonny the night Claudia vanished.
Moving On.
At Crimson, a blonde again Maxie confides in Lulu that Spinelli has been needy for her attention since their non-wedding, as Spinelli walks in with flowers for her. Maxie loves them, but says Kate won’t allow them in the office. Maxie walks away and Lulu tells Spinelli Maxie is stressed over an art show Kate is setting up with a reclusive artist. Spinelli sadly knows Maxie’s career is her priority and their love is less so.
It’s Done.
From her car, Maxie sees blood on Sonny’s shirt when he opens the gate to his place.
Maxie runs into Johnny at the hospital and asks about Lulu. He fills her in and she tells him Sonny had blood all over his shirt.
Get the Body!
Near her car, a brunette Maxie makes a call to get Kate’s pool fixed and when it starts to rain, she runs back into her car.
As Maxie waits for the pool guy, she sees Sonny drive up and open the gate to his place. As Sonny runs back to his car, she sees the blood on his shirt.
The Wife He Deserves.
Luke and Tracy enter and Tracy wants to leave as soon as possible, but Luke thinks they’ll miss all the good stuff if they do. Across the room Dominic talks to Robin (who says he reminds her of Sonny) and Patrick. Maxie then waves him over to find out what his intentions are towards Lulu. Lulu walks in and says he doesn’t have to answer that, but Dominic tells her she’s awfully hard to ignore. Dominic tells Maxie how he helped Lulu the night before and that Lulu wanted him. He walks away and Maxie tells Lulu she is in deep. Lulu denies it, but Maxie doesn’t buy her protests.
