Georgie calls Spinelli to meet her so that he can help her with the European travel CD rom. The Jackal doesn't understand why a brainiac such as herself needs help, but he's happy to oblige. They pull their chairs together and soon find a site for an arts program in the Greek Isles. Spinelli blathers on about the Greek Gods and how the Fair Lulu would've started wars back in the day. When he finally shuts up, he notices that Georgie is gone.
Lulu has called Alice to Logan's place. When Alice arrives, Lulu threatens to tell everyone what she does at the boathouse if she doesn't help her gain access into the Q house to get the rest of her things. Alice reluctantly agrees to let Lulu in through the kitchen. After she leaves, Lulu and Logan start to make out when there's a knock at the door. It's Georgie. She is shocked to learn that Lulu has moved in, and she turns to Logan and asks him if he thinks "this" is fair to Lulu. She goes on to say that her sister is a pain, but she doesn't deserve to be dismissed. Lulu asks where this is coming from. Georgie explains that Spinelli is concerned about her and she just came to make sure that her heart isn't about to be smashed. She tells Lulu to proceed with caution, even though it might be too late. Lulu says that she wants to assume that Georgie's heart is in the right place and Georgie leaves. Lulu turns to Logan and asks if he did something to Maxi that she doesn't know about. Logan says that Georgie is Maxi's sister and who knows what she's mad about. Lulu doesn't want anything to ruin their first night together, so she pushes it to the back of her head.
Jason finds Spinelli on the terrace at Kelly's. Before they can start working, Emily rushes up and drags Jason inside to talk. Georgie returns to Spinelli and apologizes for leaving earlier. She admits that she went to Logan's to talk to him about Lulu. She says that she knows that Logan is a jerk, especially compared to someone like him. She explains that if Lulu gets heartbroken, he will be devastated too and that's the last thing she wants. She goes on to say that she does have news, and it's not good. She hates to do it, but she tells Spinelli that Lulu has moved in with Logan. Spinelli jumps up in anger and spews more hateful words than a person on a deadline can type. Georgie assures him that she knows Lulu and Logan's relationship won't last.
At Kelly's, Georgie has just served Coop some food and then meets Spinelli at the counter. He tells her that Darth Lansing the Elder is even more sinister than his son, so she should forget about seeing him earlier at Stone Cold's penthouse. Lulu gets back from her cruise and The Jackal says that the open sea agrees with her. Lulu asks Spinelli if he's been causing problems for Logan and the words "Why don't you ask Logan?" come from behind her. She turns around and she and Logan beam at each other, then move over to a table to talk. Spinelli is seething with rejection and Georgie says that maybe she has some information that can help. Spinelli asks what it is, and Georgie asks him what he would do if he knew something negative about Logan. Spinelli says that he'd use the info to set Lulu free, and Georgie is disheartened. She says that he needs to find someone else, but he says that his heart is spoken for.
Jason shows Trevor the door. Georgie shows up just then and Spinelli rushes to the door to greet her. He rushes her up to his room while Jason warns Trevor, "Nothing had better happen to Georgie and Spinelli."
Upstairs, Georgie tries to get Spinelli call her by her name, instead of 'The Faithful Friend'. He blathers on about how he has never had an impure thought about her and discusses how weird he is - too weird to interface in the real world - with real people! Georgie laughs, "I wouldn't say weird. Just different." She leaves.
The Jackal shows up at Kelly's with a gift for Georgie to thank her for helping him sort through his issues. A box of truffles - even though he admits that he sometimes gets a rash when he eats chocolate. He also offers a computer program that will her prepare for her upcoming year abroad. She is very excited and asks if he'll "navigate" with her. They sit and talk about her plans for Europe and he says it sounds exciting. She asks why he quit school. He explains that after he got caught up in tech support for Jason it ended up being too late to finish his spring quarter. He says that his new job is very financially rewarding and interesting. Georgie tells him that Jason is a hit man and asks if he plans on being a "tech guy for the mob" forever? Spinelli says that even though his granny was good for him, he never really fit in while living in Tennessee. Now, he finally feels accepted for who he is. Georgie tells him that Jason isn't the only person who thinks he's cool. She calls him a "true original" and he gushes and pays her compliments until Maxi barges in and demands Georgie's attention.
As Maxi is whining to Georgie about her pathetic life, Logan comes in and pushes her into the corner to warn her to keep her mouth shut about them sleeping together. George pounces on him and tells him if he keeps manhandling her sister, and Lulu, she'll call Jason Morgan on him!
At Kelly's, Georgie asks Maxi how she can help. Maxi says that she loves Coop, but it looks like she lost him -- and for no good reason! She goes on and admits that she can't stand Logan, but she slept with him. Georgie is immediately confused and asks why Logan would do that when he's into Lulu. Maxi tosses out her theory, "Because he's a disgusting pig and they both deserve each other?" Before Georgie can completely react, Spinelli shows up. Georgie takes him to the counter and serves him fresh waffles on the house (for fixing the toaster oven). As he eats, he gleefully reports that he wants to apologize to Logan so that Lulu won't be mad at him anymore. Georgie ruffles and tells him that Logan is mean to him and doesn't deserve an apology. Spinelli wants to know if she knows something more about Logan.
Digging into another pile of waffles, Spinelli tells Georgie that he's reconsidering his position on carrying firearms. George is stunned and tells him that he's not Jason and he should NOT carry a weapon. She acknowledges that he admires Jason, but challenges Spinelli to think about what Jason is interested in outside of his job? She tells Spinelli that he is bright and curious and is great just the way he is. The Jackal tells her that she has given him much to consider. Then he offers her a bite.
Georgie shows up at Jason's penthouse with a toaster oven from Kelly's that is broken. She tells Spinelli that Mike is heartbroken about it and asks if he can try to fix it. Spinelli says that analog machines aren't exactly his thing, but for her, he'll try. As he gets started, Georgie asks if he's still taking shooting classes. He says that he no longer aspires to the level of other knuckle-scrapers. Georgie says that she is glad to hear that. They talk a little about Lulu and Logan and the dynamic that has brought them together. George contends that Lulu wants to rescue bad-boy Logan the same way that Laura rescued Luke. Spinelli is impressed with Georgie's insights and then spills his fears that Logan may end up dead, and why! After hearing how he ratted to Jason about Logan, she assures Spinelli that Jason won't kill him. He is childishly grateful and hugs her. She is happy to hug back -- until he says he may not lose Lulu after all. Georgie says that Lulu would be nuts to end their friendship. Spinelli is happy that "The Loyal Little Sister" thinks so. Georgie asks him to stop calling her that. Then she asks him if he ratted on Logan because he's truly worried about Lulu or because he was jealous. He admits that he wants Lulu to love him. Georgie tells him that Lulu will follow her heart even if it leads her to destruction and all he can do is pick up the pieces. He compliments her insights and Georgie holds back tears as she says that it's easy when you're "the designated observer." She picks up the toaster and rushes out the door with Spinelli yelling after her that he's sorry if he said something wrong.
