Anthony shows up at GH for physical therapy. He toys with Liz and says that as the ex-lover of his business rival she might be useful to him at some point. Liz tells him that her other ex-husband is a PCPD detective who might want to hear about his attitude toward her. If that doesn't work, she'll tell her other ex-husband Ric to call him off. As Anthony starts to taunt her about all of her failed relationships, Trevor gets off the elevator and tells him that Johnny has been found. They leave together.
Johnny Drives to Shady Brook.
Down on the docks, Elizabeth tells Jason that she can feel how isolated he feels. She finally convinces him to open up to her. "I never thought Sonny would turn against me," he says. They sit together and Jason explains how it happened that he took over the business in exchange for the protection of Carly's boys. After hearing the whole story, Liz says that he and Carly made the right decision. He says that deep down, Sonny wants revenge on him. Liz says that Sonny is grieving and he just needs Jason to make things right between them.
Sonny Steps to the Forefront.
At GH, Liz overhears Robin and Jason talk near the nurses' desk. Jason reaches over and touches Robin's belly as she feels the baby kick. Robin says that she never thought she could have a family after learning she was HIV positive. Then she recalls the time she and Jason lived in a cottage with young Michael and how happy they were. Jason tells her that if he had done things differently Michael would be fine right now. Robin tells him to look forward not back because that's exactly what he taught her after Stone died.
Liz finds Jason on the docks and sees it as a sign that it was meant to be. She tells him that she loves him and that she's here if he needs her.
Lourdes and Logan. Separated at Birth?
Robin runs into Jason in the lobby and tells him that she's having a girl. She lists all of the reason that she has to be happy and then realizes that none of it would've happened if it weren't for him. Jason can't help but to lock eyes with Liz.
It's a Girl!
At GH, Liz is ordering labs for Matt. He offers her a chance to blast him for being an egomaniac but Liz says he'll find that out on his own at some point. Robin and Patrick come up to the desk and Liz greets them with, "Big day…dump trucks or dollies?" Liz says that she had a feeling about the baby's sex in both of her pregnancies and Robin admits to having one too. Just then Matt reports that a head trauma is coming in and Patrick needs to scrub in. Robin tells him to go and that she'll be fine.
Wash That Dead Man Right Outta Her Hair.
Liz comes into the room and tells Nikolas that Nadine is falling in love with him. Nik merely grunts in response, so Liz explains that she came out because it's Lulu's birthday and she didn't want him to be alone. He says that he has been so blinded by thoughts of Emily that he didn't even see what was going on with Nadine. He says that Nadine is beautiful and quirky and he is even attracted to her, but if he got involved he'd be using her to get over his grief. Liz reminds him that when she thought Lucky was dead she started her recovery by trusting Jason and then confiding in him. As she starts to say that Emily would want him to love again, Nik says that he doesn't know if he wants to feel anything. He kisses her and thanks her for being his friend, as well as Emily's. Nadine has come back to the doorway and seen the kiss, but rushes away unnoticed.
Monica sees Jason in a Family Way.
Elizabeth has arrived in the lobby to talk to Nik about Lucky. She worries that all of his anger and fear about Lulu might be destructive for him. Nik listens as Liz comments about how breaking up with Sam was horrible timing for Lucky. Nadine waits for Liz to leave and then bombards Nik for sabotaging her efforts with Matt last night. She says that they wouldn't have to keep lying to people like Liz if she could just bust him for smuggling drugs. Nik shakes his head in frustration.
Jason comes upon Liz and her boys having a picnic in the park. Cam rushes over to him for a hug and Liz offers to let Jason hold Jake. He declines. Just then Monica shows up and says that they all make a lovely picture together. Jason excuses himself and Monica ogles Jake and comments about being envious of Audrey for having two such wonderful grandsons.
After Monica leaves, Lucky arrives and is surprised at the picnic Liz has planned for him. She tells him that she thought he could use a reminder of how much the boys love him.
