Claudia Makes A Decision.

Claudia goes up to her room and finds Ric lying on her bed. He tells her that she needs to feed him information and make him happy along the way. Claudia dares him to tell Sonny everything already. Ric tells her to get him information and she and he can work, side by side, at the top of the Eastern seaboard's biggest syndicate. She doesn't want to cooperate, but he kisses her and tells her to work fast because his deal won't be on the table for long. After he leaves, she calls her doctor to ask for a prescription for sleeping pills.

A little later Sonny finds Ric in his study. He warns Sonny of an ambush on his men, but Sonny doesn't believe him at first. He follows through and finds out that the ambush was for real. Satisfied that Ric was telling him the truth, he tells Ric to sit in on his meetings from now on and be his liaison.

Now We Know What Ric's Up To.

Ric saunters into Jason's penthouse and announces that they are now partners. Jason makes it clear that he thinks that Sonny bringing Ric into the business was a huge mistake. He asks Ric what kind of leverage he has to make him so smug? Ric tells him that the order has changed and he's nothing but a thug with a gun at this point.

"I can give you information that could be useful in the prosecution of a major crime figure," Ric says as he barges into Rayner's office. He asks Rayner what he can get in exchange for Sonny Corinthos on a silver platter and then scoffs at the offer of immunity and the witness protection program. He asks the FBI to look the other way when he runs the organization. Rayner tells him to hand over the evidence and then they'll talk. Ric hands over a folder.

Ric lets himself into Sonny's house and Claudia asks what she can do for him? Ric tells her to start gathering information about Sonny and Jason for him. "If you don't do what I ask, I'm going to give the DVD to Sonny and let the chips fall where they may," he says.

I Need Help!

At Sonny's Ric says Claudia should hear what he has to say, too! Frustrated at the two of them, Sonny demands to know what is going on as Claudia argues with Ric not to rock the boat. Ric won't back down and tells Sonny he is loyal and useful. He says he is the only one left who knows all of the Zacchara secrets and asks if he is in or out of Sonny's organization. He asks Claudia's opinion, too, making her even more nervous. She says she despises him! In the next breath she says Ric isn't the least bit loyal and Sonny agrees with her. Then, Claudia says Ric can be used to their advantage! Ric is pleased and Sonny is stunned. He agrees to think about Ric's proposition. Ric leaves. Sonny is drinking alone when Claudia comes to him. He asks what is going on between Claudia and Ric. Claudia dances around his question, saying she is using Ric to protect Sonny. She swears she is on Sonny's side; he isn't sure what to believe. Claudia unbuttons a few of his buttons and smiles at him.

Robin's Busted.

"What do you want Ric?" Claudia asks after Ric has barged into her dressing room and made it perfectly clear that he knows all about her involvement in Michael's shooting. Ric toys with her a little about being Michael's mourning uncle or letting Sonny know so she can be killed. Claudia tells him to cut to the chase and blackmail her already. He doesn't want money, but access to power. In addition, he doesn't like how coldly she's treating him. She says that blackmail isn't a turn on! He kisses her and tells her to get dressed for the party.

The Corinthos party has wound down and Sonny feels satisfied that it was a success. When he credits his wife for knowing what she's doing, Ric smugly suggests that he's putting his trust in the wrong place.

Get The Message?

At the mansion Claudia asks if she should move out; Sonny says he isn't asking for a divorce and says their marriage is working for him. Sonny gives Max instructions about the night's security while Claudia gives the bartenders their instructions. She brings up John and he asks what she isn't telling him! Claudia says Johnny is only worried about her because he has always been worried about her; she says she feels the same about him. This doesn't make Sonny feel better. He says he wants her loyalty and honesty and offers his loyalty and honesty in return. Claudia points out that he made up with Jason despite Jason's disloyalty but Sonny won't talk about that. She tries to put barriers between Sonny and Jason, saying Jason can't be trusted. She goes to change and at the top of the stairs asks if Sonny will ever trust her. He says he might but watches her closely when she turns her back. Ric arrives and drinks with Sonny. They chat about jobs and Sonny hints that he might give Ric a job in the organization if Ric agrees to follow orders. Diane and Max arrive. Max chases Diane, trying to search her for weapons. She warns Max to be very careful tonight, especially around Jason. "Don't say much to anyone, especially Jason," she warns. Jason arrives and Max tries to frisk him but Sonny stops Max!

Ric goes to Claudia's room. She tells him to get out but he won't go. He shows her the DVD – which is just like the DVD that Jax found!
