Rebecca Stands Up To Helena.

Ric cautiously steps in to his house as Jerry explains his own role in Michael's shooting. He explains that Jax, and Carly by association, is the only person who matters to him and he can't have his brother lose his wife because of his misdeeds. As such, he's come to town to remove all evidence. He tells Ric that the DVD's were only intended on making Claudia squirm, but now he's come in and ruined everything. Ric asks if that means Claudia didn't have anything to do with Michael's shooting, but Jerry leaves without answering.

Johnny shows up at Ric's door and tells him to stop telling lies about his sister. Ric contends that nothing he is saying is a lie and Johnny threatens to kill him if Sonny hurts his sister. Ric vividly recalls that Johnny and Claudia were very upset at the hospital the night that Michael was shot. Johnny confesses nothing and Ric says that it's all out of their hands now that the DVDs are missing anyway.

Ric's Scared for his Life.

Ric is in his office telling Johnny to hand over the DVD, but Johnny says that it was already gone when he got there. Ric calls a fellow lawyer named Claire in, who assures him that the DVD was logged according to procedure and locked in the safe. After Johnny leaves, Ric urges her to remember everyone who came into his office today and tells her that his life depends on getting the DVD back. Since they are old friends, he tells her about Michael's shooting and what's on the DVD. Slowly, she grasps the situation.

Ric quickly slips into his front door and bolts the door behind him. He turns and finds Jerry sitting in the dark waiting for him.

Helena Appears Like The Wizard of Oz.

Ric jumps Claudia on her way to the hospital and threatens her for getting her hands on the DVD and erasing it. She tells him that Sonny will never believe him, or except him as a brother for that matter. Ric informs her that he's over it, and over her, too! After she leaves, he calls his lawyer.

Ric goes to his lawyer's office and finds Johnny in there going through the drawers. He orders him to hand over the DVD, but Johnny says that it's gone.

Maxie Pays the Piper.

Ric explains to Sonny and Jason that Claudia was so angry when Sonny had Johnny held captive and beaten that she took out a hit on him, but it went horribly wrong when Michael was hit instead. Sonny calmly asks to see proof. Ric hands over Jerry's DVD and explains that Jerry Jacks sent them and has been sending Claudia on a demented treasure hunt even from the grave. Sonny remembers seeing Claudia looking around his house and asks Ric how long he's known. Ric admits to being conflicted and sitting on it for a little while because he likes Claudia. Jason accuses him of lying to cover himself, but Sonny suggests they pop in the DVD and find out. As they get started, Claudia gets home and Sonny tells her that she has great timing. Sonny presses 'play' but the disc is unable to load. Jason tries to throw Ric out for wasting their time, but Ric accuses Claudia of tampering with the disc. She denies it as well as having anything to do with Michael's shooting. As Claudia, Ric and Jason argue over whether it's Claudia or Ric who was involved with Devlin, Sonny interrupts and says that he'll look into it. "If either of them runs away, we'll have our answer," he tells Jason.

Jason is holding a gun at Ric's neck as they look out over the water. Ric nervously says that Sonny doesn't want him dead, but Jason says that he will when he learns that he was involved in Michael's shooting. Then he puts the gun down.

The Truth Comes Out.

When Ric gets to Sonny's, he's curious. Sonny and Jason get in his face about Devlin's offshore accounts and a possible tie to him and Ric just laughs. He says, "The great Jason finally gets one completely wrong." He tells them that he knows who is responsible and Sonny makes him start talking. Ric pauses for a second and tells them that it was Claudia.

Maxie Vows to Make Lulu Pay!

Ric goes to Sonny's house and comes right out and says that he's come to talk about Michael's shooting. He says that he went to the warehouse on the anniversary and found Jason there, who saw his presence as proof that he was involved. He swears on Molly's life that he had nothing to do with it and urges Sonny not to believe what Jason will say to convince him. Sonny asks what he was doing at the warehouse then? Ric softens and says that Michael is his nephew and tells Sonny to figure the rest out.
