Nikolas meets Alexis in her office. He asks about Jerry and Alexis says she just unleashed him on the Zacchara's!
Carly Goes to Diane.
Upstairs Alexis has just shown up for work when Jerry comes in and says that he misses her. She comments that she just left him, but they start to make out anyway. Claudia appears in the doorway and tells them that she can wait. After Alexis jumps behind her desk, Claudia wants to know why the Special Prosecutor is getting away with keeping her brother behind bars. Jerry gets in her face and Claudia spits back. She warns Alexis about who she's cozying up to and then leaves. Alexis asks Jerry to explain what he has to do with the Zaccharas or else she'll ask Claudia. Jerry claims that he kissed Claudia once and that's it. Alexis says that she's not stupid and she can see that they were sparing over something!
Soon after Jerry leaves, Scott shows up in her office to get in her face about Johnny's case. She informs him that the witness interviews say that the fight was fair and some even say that Logan threw the first punch. She asks him why he's pushing prosecution so hard? Scott tells Alexis that her conduct is in question due to the fact that she allowed Ric to release old man Zacchara a little too easily. He says that if Johnny doesn't stay behind bars he might just take his old job (D.A.) back!
Upstairs Anthony is wheeled into Alexis's office. He asks her how her daughter is enjoying her day camp? He asks if she's nervous about having her child so near a lake and reminds her how quickly Kristina can drown. Alexis throws him out and on his way Anthony tells her to ease his worries and he'll ease hers.
Alexis calls Jerry back into her office. He's delighted that their argument from earlier has ended already. She tells him that she just returned from Kristina's camp and found that Anthony has a man watching her. Jerry takes her by the hand and makes a promise, "I'm going to fix this."
Big News All Around.
Alexis goes into the PCPD in order to meet Johnny when he's brought in. Scott shows up and says that the animal that attacked his son should be caged. Trevor and Anthony arrive and the two factions argue over who started the brawl. Scott is confidant that his son will help put Johnny away, but Anthony says that Logan is smart enough to know what really happened. After thinking for a minute, Logan finally speaks. He says that Johnny came after him. Claudia rushes in and as soon as Anthony gets the chance he asks her if Jason died in quarantine?
Will She Do It?
Carly is still laughing at the PCPD as Alexis asks Detective Harper to uncuff Jerry and Jax. Mac says that he will if the brothers promise that they are done fighting. Carly says that they are done, and Jerry loudly says that all he did was have wonderful sex with Alexis and hopes to have it again soon. Fed up, Alexis whistles and yells to everyone in the room that she had sex with Jerry last night.
Diane whisks Alexis into the interrogation room. She tells her that she deserved her night of meaningless sex but does she have to announce it to the world? From Alexis's reaction, Diane can see that it wasn't meaningless to Alexis. As she prods her, Alexis reminds her that she's engaged to her bad boy. Diane clarifies that she and Max have decided otherwise. Alexis pushes Diane out into the main room and tells her to tell Jerry she'll call him later. A few moments later Jerry pushes his way into the room, tells Alexis that he doesn't take orders and pulls her in for a passionate kiss.
The Thirty-Minute Engagement.
Jax has just punched Jerry in Alexis's office. He barely waits for him to get up before he throws another punch. A full-out brawl ensues in spite of Alexis's efforts to break them up. As she reaches for her pepper spray, Detective Harper comes in and takes both guys away in cuffs.
Diane rushes up to Alexis's office and says that they need drinks ASAP. She says that she is engaged but the last thing she wants to do is get married! Alexis tells her to give the ring back, but Diane can't stop looking at it. Alexis spells out the reasons why one shouldn't marry "…the minion of a thug." Diane lists all of Max's attributes but has to admit that she doesn't want to marry anyone.
