Beer Goggles or True Love?

Luke, Ethan and Tracy show up at GH. When Luke tells Epiphany that he and his young friend need a DNA test she busts out laughing.

Four Men, a Baby and an Embryo.

Tracy finds Luke on The Haunted Star. He's worried about Ethan because he didn't show up for his shift. He explains that the boy laughed in his face when he suggested that they might be father and son. Tracy urges him to just let it go. Luke assumes that she's jealous about his past liaison with Holly but she clarifies that she just doesn't want him to be scammed. Luke thinks that Holly sent Ethan to town not to rob him, but so that he could figure out that he has another son. Tracy respects his theory but says that if Ethan doesn't want to know he has to let him go.

When Ethan gets to his gate he finds Luke there waiting for him. Luke stands and says that he gets why he wouldn't want DNA tests out there in case the feds or someone gets them. He promises the kid that he wouldn't let that happen. Then he admits that he has to find out if he is his father. "You have enough kids with issues, I don't want to join the club," Ethan explains.

Sonny Learns About Carly's Health Risk.

Luke and Tracy are on The Haunted Star discussing how to determine if Ethan is his son. When Ethan returns, Tracy leaves. The first thing the guys do is drink a shot of Scotch. Next, Luke asks Ethan to show him the picture of himself and Robert that he carries in his wallet. Ethan pulls it out and makes fun of their mullets. He answers Luke's questions with the same information as before - only that Holly had a great fondness for him. "She wanted me to meet my son," Luke puts out there. Ethan just laughs at the notion. He says just because he prefers him over Lucky doesn't mean they're related. When Luke suggests a DNA test, Ethan tells him to go to Hell.

At the Risk of Repeating Myself - Boom!

On the Haunted Star, Tracy is only too happy to spew her theory to Luke. She reminds him about what a con artist Holly Sutton is and pointed out that she came to town as soon as she found out that he married a Quartermaine a couple years ago. Luke softly asks why she has to complicate everything. Ethan returns and asks if they're still talking about him. Luke asks if he's heard from Holly and Ethan reminds him that he briefly met the woman years ago. Luke says that they're thinking of calling her to let her know that he has arrived in town safely. Ethan's comments about seeing the lovely English Rose again make Tracy's head spin.

Alexis is Easy Breezy. But Not for Long.

Over at The Haunted Star, Luke has come up with a game to get information out of Ethan. He asks questions and for every answer that he likes, he gives Ethan a greenback. For every answer that he doesn't like, however, he takes one back. He poses several questions about Ethan's background but doesn't get any further than the fact that he was adopted and his birth parents were unknown. Tracy arrives and joins in on the fun. She says that Ethan must be working for Helena because it's too much of a coincidence for her to come to town at the same time. Ethan asks why it's so hard to believe that he just came to town on his own? Luke demands to know what brought him here. "It's simple, you," Ethan says. He says that his adopted father was a good man, but he wants to learn about life from someone like Luke. Just then, Lulu comes in and asks for one of the chairs and Luke asks Ethan to help her get it home.

Once they're alone, Tracy asks Luke if he thinks Ethan is his son. He acknowledges that the kid imitates him and that it's flattering, but that's all. Tracy points out that he was conceived during his marriage to the first Mrs. Spencer and Luke doesn't discount the possibility. He asks Tracy for her theory and she tells him about the photo in Ethan's wallet of him and Robert.

Two Postives and a Big Fat Negative.

"Helena I presume," Ethan says to Helena as she floats onto The Haunted Star. She's impressed that her reputation has preceded her. As Ethan explains how he came to meet Luke, he slips his hand into her pocketbook. She quickly presses a knife to his throat, but Luke comes in and reminds her how much he values a good bartender. Eventually Luke talks her down and introduces Ethan to her. Helena ends up impressed with the boy and his 'instinct for larceny'. The more Ethan and Luke interact, the more Helena is impressed with the similarities between them. In fact, she refers to it as 'delicious'. Luke sends Ethan out back and asks her what's going through her mind. When she references his son, Luke assumes that she's talking about Lucky. "It's quite obvious that Ethan is your son," she tells him. He laughs and calls her the queen of mind games. For her part, Helena loves the idea of Luke straying on Laura twenty odd years ago. Luke wraps his hands around her neck and asks how far she's willing to push this.

Alexis Reveals Rebecca's Scar.

Later Luke runs into Sonny on the docks and asks where his 'beef' is. Sonny says that he left Max and Milo behind so he could do a little mental inventory. Luke says that he knows it was the anniversary of Michael's shooting and he's sorry about that. Sonny thanks him and then asks Luke if he can help him track down Jerry Jacks. Luke thought he was fish food, but Sonny says he's alive and he might have been involved in Michael's shooting. Then he says that he needs to know if his brother or his wife called the shots. Luke empathizes with Sonny's situation and offers to look into it. Sonny says that he'd be sorry if his wife was involved, but he doesn't love her exactly. Luke suggests that Sonny consider letting Claudia live and chalking the whole thing up to a terrible accident. Sonny asks Luke if he could do that?

Ric's Scared for his Life.

Luke and Tracy are commiserating over martinis at The Haunted Star. He tells her about his visit from Lucky and says that he's not sure what happened to the son he was always so close to. He can't help but to draw comparisons to Ethan whom he barely knows but feels more akin to. Tracy tells him that Ethan could be pulling the biggest scam of his life on him and points out the coincidence that he knows Holly Sutton. Ethan comes in and asks why she's so threatened by the guy who once knew 'Luke's English Rose'? While on the subject, Tracy asks what Holly and he talked about when they happened to cross paths. Before Luke can object to their arguing, Lucky rushes in to tell Luke that Helena is back in town!
