Luke and Ethan board the Haunted Star to see that business is booming. They run into Tracy who is less than thrilled to see Luke and who has a new dealer, Link, and new bartender, Evan, who resemble Luke and Ethan. Luke and Ethan try to explain where they’ve been, but Tracy doesn’t want to hear it. As Tracy orders them out, Luke grabs his wife and kisses her.
Luke tries to wrap his mind around the recent events and asks for more information about Valentin. Helena warns he will destroy all of them and for once they are on the same side, but Luke just laughs. Lulu and Ethan come in to rescue Luke, but once they get the cuffs off, Helena begs Luke not to leave her. Lulu and Ethan don’t know why Luke would take her with them, but Luke helps her out of bed because she is their ticket out of there.
As Mischa tries to help the Spencers and Helena out of the house, the men with guns stop them. One of the guards takes Helena back to her room and Luke and Ethan get the upper hand on the rest of the guards. Nikolas then shows up.
Luke thanks Mischa for her help, but wonders why she didn’t call Nikolas in the first place. She explains it away and he then tells Ethan and Lulu about Valentin.
In Greece, Lulu and Ethan talk to Mischa who tells them Helena is desperately ill and getting weaker by the day. She says she is just a nurse for hire, but thinks she is in over her head. She tells them Luke is definitely being held prisoner, but can’t be sure he is still alive.
Luke wakes up chained to a chair in Helena’s bedroom and accuses her of setting him up. She assures him she is gravely ill and that Mikos had another illegitimate son named Valentin. He was rejected at birth and has been biding his time while seething with resentment, but now he is ready to strike. She urgently tells him Valentin must be stopped before he annihilates everyone they love.
As Luke tries to free himself, a mystery person unlocks his cell and walks away. Luke opens the door and cautiously leaves as a mysterious figure appears.
Luke finds Helena in her bed and asks what’s going on. She breathlessly tells him to be watchful and he grabs her hands feeling how cold they are. She says, “Danger. Cassadine.” Luke checks her weak pulse and feels her forehead and realizes she’s not faking it. She tells him both their families are in danger because someone wants revenge and then someone knocks Luke out.
Jason lurks in the hallway, as Elizabeth and Lucky learn Jake might have a skull fracture and they have to run some tests. Liz tells Lucky to go be with Jake and she’ll call her grandmother. Lucky leaves and Jason finds Elizabeth alone. She fills him in and Jason holds her as she cries. They discuss how scared they are for their son and the doctor comes in to tell Liz Lucky is waiting for them in the office to find out the test results. Elizabeth tells Jason she will let him know what happens and leaves with the doctor.
At the Haunted Star, Tracy looks over the books and bemoans the fact they aren’t making any profits. Luke tells her about the card game he’s putting together when Holly calls. She tells him she’s in trouble, but she’s really getting a massage. Luke is disbelieving, but she tells him to hurry before it’s too late. Tracy grabs the phone and tells Holly to make her distress calls to some other sucker and hangs up. Luke and Tracy argue about Holly and he assures her he isn’t leaving her for anyone else, but wonders why she is determined to shove him out the door.
