Lulu deals with a new day as Luke takes off for unknown reasons.

Dillon is at the lake house crying when Georgie finds him. He tries to control himself, but she tells him, "You just lost a baby, it's okay to be angry and upset." The more she talks, the harder he cries. Georgie holds him and says that he has to grieve for the baby he'll never meet.

Dillon is embarrassed that he broke down and cried on Georgie's shoulder. He tells her that he doesn't "get" Lulu and George asked him if he thought Lulu would hop out of bed as if the last couple of weeks didn't happen? They finally lighten up a little and Dillon is been able to get Georgie to tell him what's been going on with her for a change. They are laughing and talking about college and the new professor when Lulu comes in and tells them that if they make one mistake, their life is over. "Now I'm just the girl who had an abortion," she announces.

Lulu comes home to a bittersweet surprise.

At the Q's door, Georgie offers to take Lulu home with her instead of making her face them. She walks into the room and pronounces that "It's over, I've had the abortion. Alright, let's start the screaming now." Dillon asks her if she's okay and Edward sadly says that no one is in the position to question her decision. Tracy says that they don't agree with her decision, but it was her choice to make. Edward proclaims that the matter is concluded and invites Tracy to join him in the living room for a brandy. Lulu is relieved at their (lack of) reaction and Dillon is concerned that she might be in pain. She says that she's numb. He offers to have Cook make her something and Georgie offers to call Lulu's family. "I wish you could call the one person who could tell me that everything is going to be ok." A sad LuLu continues that her mom can't help her now.

Lucky Refuses to Let Liz Leave Him

Lulu insists to Luke she's not going to run away to get an abortion. Luke tries to convince her otherwise stating it's dreadfully stressful around Port Charles but Lulu plans to go through with the abortion that evening. Dillon enters asking if she's still going ahead with it? Lulu snaps that if he's come to scream and yell at her to just leave. But Dillon wants to apologize for being so hurtful to her lately. Dillon offers to accompany her to her "appointment". She declines but thanks him for getting off her case because it makes things much easier. He confides that he is quite relived that she is making this decision because a part of him knows he's not ready to be a father.

At the clinic, Luke tells her there's still time to consider this decision further and if she has doubts, she needs to take more time. Lulu replies that she doesn't and thanks him for all his support but wants to go in the clinic alone. He tries to disagree but she can't go through with this with her dad and asks him to go see Laura tonight. Luke agrees making certain that's what she wants and hugs her goodbye. Lulu walks towards the door as Luke drives off.

Tracy approaches Luke outside wondering where he's been? She demands to know why he's supporting Lulu when there are so many far reaching repercussions with her decision. She asks what Luke is holding out on her? He denies keeping anything a secret. Tracy tries to explain that Lulu will probably regret her decision horribly one day and Luke asks if she's upset about Lulu's or her own decision? Tracy realizes Lulu told Luke about Tracy's own abortion years earlier.

Edward walks in and asks where Lulu is? Dillon explains that nothing has changed and to leave her alone and not to get on her case one last time. Edward tries to understand explaining that he realizes Dillon tried everything he could! Lulu storms in standing up to Edward yet again telling him it's her choice and it's made. Luke joins them and heads out the door with her.

Dillon, Tracy and Edward sit quietly as Lulu's appointment gets closer by the second.

Sonny Threatens Ric's Life

Dillon is in the gardening room tossing things around when Georgie enters. He retorts that Lulu is having an abortion but he doesn't even get a vote. He continues, telling Georgie he should have known this would have happened. He really thought he wanted to be a father but he's feeling hypocritical because the more he thinks about it, the more he's relieved.

Maxi Gets the Upper Hand Over Lucky

Lulu decides to terminate the pregnancy and tells Luke she had to let Dillon know. Edward and Dillon interrupt them asking what her decision is. She stands up and approaches Dillon telling him she's decided to terminate the pregnancy! Dillon, furiously shaking his head calls Lulu a selfish bitch! Luke gets in his face and tells him to back off but Edward starts in on her. Dillon continues telling Lulu that God forbid she gain a little weight or only carry a baby for nine months. He then asks if it's about jealousy over Georgie or maybe, just maybe she's finally getting what she wants "daddy's attention". Lulu responds by smacking him in the face!

She snaps back asking Dillon if he thinks saying horrible things to her would ever make her want to have this baby? Luke threatens for them to back off because he'll take her out of the country to have the procedure if he has to. Lucky storms in and asks why of all times to play father to Lulu would he choose this to help her with? Edward yells that she just has to give the baby to a real family. Luke laughs stating this isn't a real family, it's a pack of wolves with pricey kibble! He stands up for his daughter that she's the one that made this decision for herself as Elizabeth interrupts them and drags Lulu outside.

Sitting down with Lulu Liz asks her if she's certain about her decision. With everything going on and Dillon loving another woman Lulu asks Liz what she'd do if she was in the same position?

Lucky gets in his face and Luke responds back that it must be nice for him to have all the answers and tells him to grow up. He starts talking about what Laura would truly want but Lulu screams at Lucky to stop it!

Nikolas enters offering his opinion and tells everyone he supports Lulu 100% if this is what she's decided. Lucky screams that everyone has lost their mind if they think they're helping Lulu. Nikolas gets in Lucky's face and tells him to get out and take his wife home so Luke and him can handle this. Lucky storms out while Luke tells the rest to leave because Lulu isn't feeling well. Edward starts in on them but at that moment, Lulu passes out in her dad's arms. After regaining her strength, she sits alone with Luke thanking him for all his help against the psycho clan that confronted her today. He assures her she could have taken them on by herself.

Sam and Ric Attend the Mayor's Party

Lulu tries to sort through whether having a baby that isn't wanted will create too many problems in the future for that child. Luke tries to get her to think about what's best for Lulu's life and can't for tell the future. Dillon interrupts them claiming he may have the best answer for everyone involved. A confused Lulu & Luke look on wondering how Dillon can make everything right?! Luke gets in his face and states if working this out means browbeating Lulu to death with this thing, he can get out! Lulu gets in between them telling Luke that she's fine and stands firm to Dillon that if any of his suggestion involves Tracy, Edward or anyone else's opinion to forget it! Luke gives her space and leaves the room.

He tries to explain wondering what if the child grows up and doesn't have the opportunity to hate her for giving the baby up?! A glaring Lulu asks him how that's possible? He replies asking what if the baby thinks she is dead? Lulu freaks at him yelling that no child should grow up with that kind of horrible lie ever! Dillon yells back asking Lulu - what it'll take for her to have the baby then? Which excuse will she come up with next? He talks about how much the baby is as much a part of him as well. Lulu argues that she's trying to stop the child from having any pain in it's life and screams wondering if she's just some incubator for him and obviously doesn't have a say in this at all. Dillon snaps back with a low blow and replies that he would never have even slept with her if she didn't lie to him in the first place.

Luke Tries to Get Lulu to Think For Herself!

Luke talks with Lulu trying to console her and get her head clear. He confronts Dillon and tells him Lulu's pregnancy is solely her decision. But Edward and Alan argue with Luke and offers him money. Luke tells them to go to hell as he holds up one of the defective condoms and threatens a lawsuit! Lulu smiles and relaxes a bit.

Alan grabs the condom away from him and tosses it. Luke tells them to be careful because tonight's news will be very interesting! Lulu chimes in that she agrees that this pregnancy is solely her decision and tells Dillon he just wants to prove to his family that he can be a good father. Edward tells Luke to talk some sense into Lulu and talks about Laura. He snaps that Laura would not want her daughter to abort the child and Luke just glares at him.

Alone with Lulu, he asks what she really wants to do. She confides that she absolutely doesn't want the baby and when she's quiet and alone, abortion is her best option. But then she goes over all the other people like Carly, Emily, Georgie, Dillon and what they all think and most of them wouldn't abort the baby. Luke tells her that's them and their lives but she needs to make the right decision for herself. These people at the end of the day, don't matter because SHE'S the one that has to live with it the rest of her life.

Lulu cries out that she really doesn't know what to do but does know she doesn't want a baby that isn't wanted…. like Luke did (meaning herself) and runs out of the room.

Dillon comes to talk with Luke and tells him he wants to be a father to this baby and it's not just Lulu's decision. He puts down Luke's parenting technique and Luke tells him to stop trying to take low blows because he wants to hear him out. Crying, Dillon begs Luke to let him have the baby…over and over.

Luke meets up with Lulu down at the pier and talks with her. He tells her to stop holding onto the past and any anger she feels because it does her no good. Luke continues, trying to explain that Lulu got caught up in a messy relationship with him and Laura but he survived and he does love Lulu!

He tells her to listen to her heart because she's very capable of making this decision on her own. He promises her that he'll do whatever he can to help her though it. If she chooses to have the baby, he'll be the best grandfather he's capable of being!

Sam and Jason Give It Another Try

Lulu shows up at Carly's again to discuss what she spoke to Dillon about. She tells her that she agreed to have the baby and give the child to Dillon. But she's still not certain that was the best choice thinking that someday a child is going to come back to her and ask why she didn't want them? Carly tries to reassure her but Lulu remains as confused as ever.

Lulu heads back to talk with Dillon. He comforts her explaining that he's reading up on pregnancy and what women go through. But Lulu remains sarcastic and quite hostile about carrying the child. Dillon is confused asking if she wants him to just walk away and leave her alone. At that moment, Edward walks in telling Lulu she is having this child and they need to finalize the agreement! Lulu balks asking what agreement? Edward explains the one where she's going to sign over full custody of the baby to Dillon when it is born. She snaps that she's barely decided to now have this child and Edward wants her to give it away? He hands her the agreement and she asks Dillon if this is what he wants? Dillon takes a softer approach explaining that if she chooses to have him take full custody, he will but he would like to do this with her and figure out a way to do it together.

Luke walks into the Quartermaine home hugging Lulu. Edward immediately jumps in explaining that Lulu has decided to sign over custody. Luke turns to Dillon asking if he's going to let the old croon make all his decisions for him? He demands that they both leave the room so he can be with his daughter. He turns to hold her tight telling her that she doesn't need to feel any pressure and he's back home to see her though this.

Alexis Has Surgery

Back at the house, Dillon walks in on Lulu pouring herself a glass of cola. He tries to tell her that the soda has caffeine in it and Lulu snaps back! She tells him that they can't have this baby but Dillon makes his case replying that families come in all shapes and sizes nowadays. Lulu's phone rings again and there's no one on the other line. She mumbles to herself that

Dillon continues, begging her to have the baby trying to convince her he'll be a great father and although he has a screwed up family, deep down everyone loves each other and – Lulu yells FINE at that moment, interrupting him. Dillon smiles, FINE? You mean you'll have the baby and he hugs a sad Lulu.
