Skye Takes The Stand

Skye arrives at the courthouse. Ric tries to get her to admit that she knows more than she has said about Lorenzo's disappearance. She insists she is innocent. They go inside and Diane begins questioning Liz about her marriage to Ric. Elizabeth tells the court that Ric has been set on revenge against Sonny for a long time. Ric objects but the judge allows Diane to continue. Under redirect, Ric gets Liz to admit that she lied to Lucky about sleeping with Jason. Skye is called to the stand. He asks her about the day Lorenzo disappeared and Skye takes him through the chain of events. She explains that they were leaving town because Lorenzo feared for his life and then tells him about the listening devices. Diane questions her about her feelings for Alcazar, and Diane manages to get her to admit that Alcazar had no other relatives and that their daughter stands to inherit if Lorenzo is declared dead. She also gets Skye to lie on the stand about Jason's being at the house (she says he wasn't) and what she heard or didn't hear (a thump in the house). Ric begins questioning Skye about Alcazar's family members who were killed in P.C. and Skye tells the court Lorenzo wouldn't have left town and his daughter behind. Ric's next witness is a criminalist whom he questions about the tape of the "murder" and then plays the tape.

It's OVER.

Jerry asks Skye to meet him at Kelly's. When she shows up, he tells her that he is looking at who (besides Jason) could have killed Lorenzo Alcazar. Skye can't believe that he would do that since it seems like leaving Jason in prison would please him. Before Jerry can say more, Skye takes a call from Edward and has to leave to get to the Q mansion for a meeting of some sort. On his way out the door, Jerry runs into Maxi and Coop and tells him how convenient it is to see that "#3" is now on the PCPD. He comments that could come in very handy one day, and then leaves.

Edward and Monica warmly greet Skye when she arrives and Skye is skeptical. Edward tells her that Lulu is missing and they wonder if she knows where she is. Skye can't believe that they haven't called the police and Monica says that they plan to next. Edward says that he sprung Tracy from Shady Brook on a day pass to help find her. Just then, Tracy, Scott and Lulu come home and everybody starts arguing about Lulu's new curfew, etc. Tracy tells Alice to tell Cook that she'd like lamb chops for dinner and Edward tells her that it's Shady Brook or Lockup. "Don't let Lulu try this again," Tracy says on her way out the door.

Friend or Foe?

Skye goes to see Georgie at Kelly's. Georgie tells Skye that she's working hard to save money so she can spend her junior year at the Sorbonne in Paris. Skye is excited for her, and then she asks how Georgie is feeling about Dillon's move to LA. Georgie sadly says that Dillon moved on long before he left Port Charles and now it's her turn to do the same. Skye says that when you fall in love and it comes to an end, you have to move on with the rest of your life. Skye says that having Lila Rae makes it easier for her because she can't dwell on it. Skye sighs and says that she has no choice but to come up with a new plan.

It's Just Not Sam's Day.

The Quartermaines are still arguing over whether or not Dillon is leaving. Tracy pulls her blonde wig off and proclaims that she needs him. (And, she's arguing with Alan at the same time!) Scott arrives to take her back to Shady Brook. Alice says, "Who wants me to kick his ass and throw it out the door?" Before he takes Tracy, Scott wants to give his two cents worth. He tells Dillon that he was his age he was married to Laura - in fact today is their anniversary. He says that he has no regrets about his marriage to Laura even though he was young, so Dillon should trust his gut. Lulu tells Scott that she would be willing to go someplace and listen to Scott tell her about his anniversary with her mother. Scott is happy to go with her and Monica is quick to point out that Lulu distracted Scott from calling Shady Brook. Edward tells Tracy to go back on her own to Shady Brook, but instead she gets close to Dillon and tells him to stay. Dillon says that it's ironic that his mother is finally reaching out to him just as he doesn't need her anymore. He asks why she suddenly needs him. "I'm afraid you'll never come back," Tracy quietly says. Georgie arrives and tells Dillon that she's really happy for him and that he's going to be wonderful. Dillon turns to his mother and says the he won't be wasting his life, it's a year or two tops. He says that all those years in Europe, the films that he watched were more of a constant for him that his mother was. He says that movies put magic into his childhood and now he has a chance to learn how to make the magic for someone else's life. Edward begs Tracy to make a choice for once that isn't about her.

Edward tells his family that he never once spoke to Alan about the pride he had in his accomplishments. Alan says, "I know father," but only Tracy hears him. Tracy fights back tears as she says that she believes in Dillon 100%, but this is a mistake. Dillon kisses her on the head and says that she wouldn't be his mother if she agreed with him. He turns to Ned and says that he's taking him up on the offer. Ned tells him that they leave tonight. Tracy says that she won't stop him but she's still his mom and she won't say goodbye. "Works for me," Dillon says as he tries to hold back his tears. "I’m not going to say goodbye to any of you. I'm going to remember you just like this. (He holds his fingers in a rectangle as if he's framing the scene.) He and Ned hurry out the door to keep the tears at bay and as soon as they're gone Edward tells Alice to call Shady Brooke to come get Tracy.

Sonny Catches Sam in a Lie.

The Q family makes fun of Tracy's wig and the fact that she escaped Shady Brooke. Edward tells Alice to confiscate all sharp instruments. Tracy says that she wants to talk Dillon out of making the biggest mistake of his life.

Jax to the Rescue.

Ric and Skye are talking in hushed tones in his office. He admits that Lorenzo had a flash drive that could incriminate him, but he didn't kill Lorenzo and she knows it. He says that Sonny and Jason could suddenly decide that she knows too much and that he is the only person left to protect her. He wants her to help him put Jason away once and for all.

Lucky Arrests Jason.

Lucky reports back to Ric and is given the warrant to go arrest Jason for the murder of Alczar. Skye has come by and asks what's going on. Ric tells her that they found evidence and sadly for her, Lorenzo isn't in South America after all. She asks if they found a body, but Ric says that won't be necessary. Lucky leaves and Skye asks Ric where HE was the night Lorenzo went missing. Ric asks her the same question. Then he says that he's confident that Jason is the guy, don't worry. She asks what kind of evidence they have. She tells Ric that by arresting Jason he's hanging her out to dry. She says that Sonny and Jason will think she led the PCPD to them and then they'll come after her.

Laura's Custody Hearing Begins.

Skye goes to the PCPD and asks Ric to help her file a missing persons report for Lorenzo. Ric says that he'd be happy to. He asks if she's gone through his safe yet, and Skye assures him that she hasn't found the incriminating evidence against him but she'll keep looking. A little later, Mac tells Ric that Skye has filed a missing persons report. Ric says that he is glad to hear that because now they can search his place for evidence that may turn up a killer.
