Em Stands By Her Man.

Ric summons Skye into his office and she comes right away. She asks if he wants to talk to her about the waterfront property. He asks if Sonny has contacted her and she says that he hasn't, but she does feel the vultures circling. Skye asks him why he seems so agitated, so Ric closes the door. He says that Sonny disappeared after disclosing the closely guarded secret that AZ is insane. Then he tells Skye that his father has been running the NY mob for years. He tells Skye that he plans to nail Sonny and Trevor at the same time. Skye says that she doesn't want to be collateral damage. Ric tells her that her property value is growing limited and that he is her only option. Skye corrects him and says that Luke offered to broker her property and she has a choice to make after all. Ric tells her that he wants to keep his job and he needs a big win. Skye says that she doesn't get how she can profit (if she lets him use her property)? He tells her that when the criminal element is eliminated, she can sell her property to the highest bidder and be squeaky clean. Then he asks her to the ball to seal the deal. Before she can answer, Ric is called away on an emergency.

Luke Gets Involved.

Luke asks Skye to meet him at Metro Court bar. He tells her that he is the perfect person to broker Lorenzo's property on her behalf. She tells him that Ric wants to do the same thing. Luke says that he'll do one better -- for a cut of the profit. He can broker the property AND keep her out of the ensuing mob war.

Daddy Spinelli?

Ric has invited Skye to lunch. As he holds her chair for her, she asks if this is business or social? He suggests that they do a little of both. He starts by saying that he is about to release Alcazar's accounts and asks if she realized that he owned a sizable chunk of the waterfront? Skye smiles as she says that if anyone wants to use the waterfront, they'll have to go through Sonny or her, right? Ric tells her that it turns out that his father is more involved with the Zacchara family than he originally thought and he likely will come to her very soon. He tells her that he'd like to help her, if she'll let him.

Lulu talks Johnny Down.

Skye pays Ric a visit (and she looks fabulous). She asks him how he feels about play dates, namely between Molly and Lila Rea. Ric likes the idea, unless she's using it to soften him up. Skye doesn't like the inference, but admits that there was a time when she would use a child to get to its father, but that was before she had a child of her own. She says that she simply wonders if Molly is feeling isolated and could use a friend. Ric apologizes for suspecting her and Skye says, "It takes a player to know a player" and accepts his apology given their history. He says that he wants to give Molly the childhood he didn't have, just like she does. They talk about both of their divorces for a while and Skye urges Ric not to let Alexis push him out of Molly's life. He appreciates her caring and says that at the moment, he gets Saturdays with his daughter. Skye tells him that she and Lila are free on Saturdays and Ric says that he'll bring the cheese crackers.

Nikolas Is Worried About The Rages

Skye and Ric meet. He asks if Alcazar is dead and she says it doesn't matter what she believes. He wonders exactly what she wants. She tells him it is time to let go of the past so that they stop reliving the same happenings over the over. Ric explains that he isn't living in the past any longer thanks to the drama between Sonny, Kate and Trevor. He doesn't want to be in the middle of the action anymore, he just wants to be a bystander.

Ric returns to Skye; she brings up the custody arrangement and Ric tells her that he'll do anything to keep his child safe! Skye tells Ric to leave Alexis alone because he can't beat her in family court! Trevor arrives and asks Skye to leave. She does. He tells Ric to drop the investigation into Letitia's death! Ric wonders why and Trevor makes a few vague threats about things that effect Trevor effecting Ric. He leaves. Skye returns.

D-I-V-O-R-C-E.

Ric opens his door, expecting to see Trevor again, and he finds Skye. She has a proposition for him and he lets her in. She tells him that all of Lorenzo's assets have been frozen since his disappearance. She says that his bank records are in police custody and she can't transfer any of his money into Lila's trust fund. She tells Ric if he helps her recover the money, she'll share it with him. He says that if she would've cooperated in court, Lorenzo could've been declared dead and Jason would be in jail. She asks why, even though he hated Lorenzo, he's seeking justice in his death. Ric says that he wants Jason in jail. Skye says that hating and trying to destroy people expends too much energy that could be put to better use. Ric tells her that he'll see what he can do about getting the records released.

Leticia's Dead.

Ric is noticeably ruffled when he arrives into his office. He doesn't get a moment to catch his breath when Skye shows up. She asks him what he's so afraid of, and he brushes it off. Skye tells him that the PCPD is still holding Lorenzo's personal affects. Ric says that the little piece of leverage that Lorenzo had against him is still missing if that's what she's asking about. Skye tells him that she doesn't care if he was the one who killed Lorenzo - IF he's even dead, that is. Just then Trevor arrives and apologizes for his son's bad manners as he oozes charm and introduces himself. They talk for a minute about the Lorenzo murder trial and Trevor says that his son blew it. She leaves and Trevor tells Ric that she is a lovely woman. Ric doesn't want to small talk, he tells his father that he's about to find out what it's like to cross him as a grown man, not a ten year-old boy. He says that he'll make Trevor's life miserable if he doesn't lay off him and his daughter. As they argue over Molly, Ric gets a call from Mac about Leticia. When he hangs up, Ric tells Trevor that his client just had an innocent woman murdered. Trevor says that whoever Zacchara's attorney is would have a field day if such ridiculous charges where ever brought against him.

Sonny is One Persuasive Guy.

Outside of the courtroom, Sonny warns Skye that she owes him for holding off on Lorenzo until he brought her baby back. He threatens that she is technically an accessory for opening the door to Jason in the first place. She says that she could suddenly come up with a "crisis of conscience" and say that she saw Jason kill Alcazar. Sonny says that she better not have struck a deal with Ric. He seethes, "Don't see me so much as a threat, just see me as a better business option." He warns Skye that if she throws in with Ric, she'll end up with a knife in her back. He tells her to make her choice, and fast!

Skye is put back on the stand and Diane is able to get her to say that there was no blood or any kind of disturbance in her home the night that Lorenzo disappeared. She also says that Lorenzo disappeared often in order to avoid the dangerous people who he was involved with. Diane asks if Skye has seen any evidence that would prove -- beyond a reasonable doubt -- that Lorenzo is dead. "No," Skye says. Ric isn't pleased. Next, Diane starts to "establish a pattern" by getting Skye to tell the jury about the time that Lorenzo found a woman to act like Sonny's dead wife Lilly. She asks if it's plausible that Lorenzo set up his own death and framed Jason. Skye is allowed to answer, "Knowing Lorenzo, it's not only plausible, but it's entirely possible." Next it's Ric's turn. He makes Skye recall that her relationship with Lorenzo was complicated and that he was a difficult man. He reminds her that Lorenzo had just taken her baby away from her and suggests that perhaps she was the person who let the killer in. Next, Ric calls Amelia to the stand. He wants to know about the night of Jason's transfer when she was caught up in the shootout between Jason and a gunman. "All I know is the defendant saved my life," Amelia says. She is also able to communicate that Jason was acting in self defense. Ric points out that the only reason she was shot at in the first place is because Jason is a mob hetman.
