There's a lot of begging going on.

Skye visits Lorenzo and tells him that she would like Lila Rae to be raised Catholic like her father, and given the Alcazar name. He wants to know what it will cost him. He tells her that won't lie; he is not leaving his business. Skye tells him that she's come to accept that, all she asks is that he doesn't go looking for revenge over Diego's death. He agrees that he for her and Lila, he can hold back. As they hug, his stern face seems to betray his words, however.

Healing Hearts, Minds and Bodies

At General Hospital, Epiphany chastises Liz for being late. She apologizes and takes the case file handed to her and heads out just as Skye enters with a phone to her ear, leaving a message for Alcazar to call. She overhears Monica talking about Jason and his recovery and hears Alan express his fear for the impending danger to Skye's baby. She turns and leaves via the elevator.

At Alcazar's, Skye comes in to see him announcing that the guard let her in. His only response is, “Remind me to fire him.” He looks pained. Skye tells him that she's been trying to reach him, thought that perhaps he needed someone to talk to. His angry response is that he wants to talk to his son, Diego. Skye apologizes for his loss, and although she deems the question ridiculous, she asks Lorenzo if he's alright. He nods and chokes back tears, telling her that Diego is going to be buried in the family plot with the rest of the family, “Murdered in this miserable excuse for a town.” Alcazar is distraught at his failed attempt to protect his loved ones, fearing this is the end of having Skye and his daughter in his life. Skye puts a hand on his arm and tells him that she's more worried about him—that he needs to take steps to protect himself because Jason is alive

At Alcazars, he questions Skye about Jason still being alive. She explains what she overheard and begs him to let it be, but her plea falls on deaf ears. Alcazar blames Jason for Diego's death—it was his girlfriend who shot him. Still Skye beseeches him to not start a war in Deigo's name.

Today the Ladies Steal the Show.

“The baby is coming…right now!"screams Skye.
Robert trying to keep calm says,"It happens a million times a day, how difficult can it be?"

Emily calls Nicolas and tells his voice mail that Colleen needs to go. Colleen can hear Emily's message, but she's not to be bothered at the moment. She is lying next to Nikolas while's zonked out on pills and making out with him!

Kelly gives Elizabeth her sealed paternity test results. Elizabeth takes the envelope outside to read it, but when she's about to open it, a woman in labor comes up to her and needs her help. While Liz is helping to get her to a delivery room, her results fly out of her hand.

While pushing patient meal trays, Maxi runs into Mac. He's concerned about her heart and how it will deal with the strain of her pregnancy. Dr. Lee walks by and he tells her about his daughter's heart history and his concerns. She looks at Maxi curiously and asks “Have you set up that appointment that we talked about?” She offers to see Maxi right now and do a complete workout on the baby.

In Ric's hospital room, Sonny tells Alexis that it's about time she knows what her husband has been up to. Alexis says that she already knows…but then talks about the fact that he set up Jason for attempted murder, but she doubts the charges will stick. Ric doesn't like to hear that, and Alexis asks him to tell her, again, about the “alleged” assault. Ric gets angry because he thinks his case is solid. Sonny tells Alexis that Ric was provoking Jason and that Jason just stood there. Ric said, “Oh, I see, I did this to myself.” Alexis tells Ric that it's his word against Sonny and that he doesn't have a case. She advises him to drop the charges.

The father of the woman in labor rushes in, asking if he can get batteries for his little TV at the gift shop. You see, it's Monday Night Football time and the Cowboys are playing. They are both fans and want to watch the game during labor. Maxi is envious; she says she wants her new little family to be like that.

Oh-uh, guess who comes in Nikolas's bedroom and catches Colleen in bed with him? Helena. “You wretched little witch….get away from my grandson,” she warns.

A patient is gushing over Patrick's stellar record as a surgeon and is about to sign his release forms to go into surgery when he learns that Patrick has been exposed to HIV. He freaks and insists on another surgeon.
Lorenzo is still tied up, but takes control of the situation. He tells Luke and Robert to keep Skye on her feet for a while to let gravity put the baby in place. He orders Robert to boil water and get some clean towels and a knife. Luke wants to find some scotch and Skye reminds him that she is a recovering alcoholic. Luke tells her that the drink is for him, surely she doesn't mind. She minds. They frantically discuss various methods of getting some help, but they had already systematically dismantled the car, phone lines, etc, in order to slow Lorenzo down as he tried to track them down. Lorenzo wants to be untied so he can at least get to his watch and time the contractions. Lorenzo says she needs to be check to see how dilated she is. Robert offers to do it; Luke says the baby will come when it's ready. As Robert holds up his fingers in order to demonstrate to Luke how big a centimeter is. Luke says, “And we need ten of those?” Robert is hilarious as he tries to take a peek at her to see how she's coming along, he said, “Don't think of me as the face across the breakfast table, think of me as Marcus Welby.” Soon Robert runs out the door in search of some kind of “expert.”

“Do you know what happens to dirty little peasants when they try to seduce Cassadine men?” Helena tells Colleen how exactly she killed Alexis's mother years ago over a similar crime. But Emily shows up. Smarty Colleen turns it around and tells her that Helena was trying to smuggle Nikolas in his sleep. Helena tells Emily that she found Colleen in bed with Nikolas and groping him. Nikolas is awake by this time and he tells Emily to call the police. Helena warns that she will get rid of Colleen if Nikolas doesn't. After she storms away, Nikolas says that Colleen probably just saved his life.

At the hospital, Maxi and Mac continue to talk about parenthood. She reminds him that maybe he wasn't ready to be a parent when he met Maxi and Georgie, but he stepped up to the plate, she will too.

Elizabeth tells Kelly that she lost the test results and learns that it'll be a couple days before she can get a copy of the results. Lulu overhears their conversation.

From his hospital bed, Ric doesn't understand why Alexis won't prosecute the case against Jason. Alexis tells him that the way to solve the longstanding problem between he and Jason is to stay away from each other. She tells him to drop the charges for her sake; she doesn't need the stress while she's fighting cancer. “If you care about me and our family, drop the charges.” He reluctantly agrees. Sonny thanks Alexis, tells Ric to feel better and leaves the room.

Patrick explains to Robin that he deals with the fear of AIDS by facing it head on…they continue to debate how to best handle being a doctor/surgeon after having been exposed to AIDS. …Alan comes and tells them that patient died on the table under the care of the other doctor.

Luke is screaming out the door for Scorpio to return. Skye is screaming on the couch alone. Lorenzo is timing her contractions by counting and begging to be cut loose so that he can help. Finally, Skye begs Luke to let Lorenzo help her deliver the child. He agrees on one condition. Luke wants to coach; Lorenzo has to “catch”. Skye is says she knows something is wrong, and is angry that she's delivering in the middle of nowhere.

Outside, Lulu finds Elizabeth looking for something and offers to help. Elizabeth lies and says she's looking for a bracelet. They give up on the bracelet and talk about Lucky and his recovery. Lulu is glad to hear that Elizabeth has visited him. She asks her sister-in-law to not let Maxi weasel her way back into his life.

As Sonny is leaving the hospital, Elizabeth tells him that she accidentally lost the paternity results before she could read them. Sonny wonders if she subconsciously did it on purpose because she doesn't want to find out who the father is. She admits that she's not sure she knows how she wants it to turn out.

“Buck up” Luke tells Skye that she's going to be fine. She emotionally tells Lorenzo to kill Luke in a slow and painful way after she dies. She asks Lorenzo to be a good father since he will be raising the child without a mother. Luke tells her to get angry at the pain, not at him. She yells that she wants her epidural…and her Ivy League doctor…and clean sheets… she screams and screams. (It was pretty funny.)

Nikolas is on the phone asking for a court order to keep Helena away from him. After he hangs up, Emily asks him what he remembers. He remembers very little…the coffee, the pain pills. Emily tells him that there's no way his pain meds should be that strong. He remembers a vivid dream about her and Emily suggests that maybe Helena was telling the truth. What if Colleen was in bed with him?

Alexis is back at home and Ric shows up. He checked himself out of the hospital to come home. He tells her that he wants to sleep on the couch tonight; he's mad at her for not supporting his case against Jason. She tells him to not harass her while she feels this crappy. He tells her she doesn't have cart blanch to act however she wants just because she has cancer. “What about what you've done to me?” she asks, as her eyes pierce him.

On the sofa in the lounge, Robin helps Patrick decide how to deal with patients who balk at the idea of being operated on by him. He tells her how lucky he is to have her in his life. She giggles and kisses him.

“Why would Helena suddenly want to kill you?” Emily asks. Sure, she's like to get her hands on the Cassadine heir, but she wouldn't kill him. Nikolas refuses to believe that Colleen is the one who is lying. Emily tells him that she checked out Colleen's past and that it doesn't look good.

At the hospital, Lulu tells Maxi that she thinks she is faking her pregnancy. At that moment, Dr. Lee tells walks up and tells Maxi that the blood work looks perfectly normal, and that in 7 months she will deliver her baby.
Skye says she can't push, she wants someone to pull. Lorenzo can see the baby's head and Skye is yelling at Luke for always taking off and being a coward and for everything he's ever done… (They're all screaming). After one more giant push the baby comes and gives a sweet little cry.

Ric tells Alexis that they've all made mistakes. They argue about how she's controlling everyone because of her cancer, etc. He says she won't let him get close and that it seems like she can't stand the sight of his face. He tells her that she must see sonny – the one who got away – in his every time she looks at him. She corrects him. “Every time I look at you, I see you having sex with my daughter.”

NEXT ON GH:

Lorenzo announces that they have a little girl.

Ric tries to deny that he slept with Sam.

Sonny is with Elizabeth when she opens her results.

Sonny's a Busy, Busy Guy.

Skye is sitting on the sofa talking to Lorenzo about her impending delivery. As they get ready to go to the clinic to have her labor induced, Luke and Robert make their move. But, Lorenzo seemed ready for them. He pulls his gun quicker than they do. They exchange far too many funny lines for me to capture, suffice it to say that Robert and Luke were beautiful in their banter while trying to distract Alcazar. The end result is that Skye is able to smash a glass vase over his head and down he goes.

Nicolas is playing with his baby when Colleen comes to take him for his bath. She tries to give Nicolas his medicine, but he says he wants to go without. She talks him into it by saying he'll just toss and turn without it, and Alfred is running himself ragged. Nicolas relents and takes his pill, washed down with the drugged coffee that she pours.

Sonny goes to visit Ric at the hospital and Ric tells him not to bother, he won't drop the charges. Sonny tells him he took a big gamble that he would pull Jason off before the job was done. Ric said he thought when push came to shove, the brother connection would come through. He also says that the jury will believe the DA over a mob enforcer. Sonny asked how everyone will feel when Jason tells them that Ric slept with his wife's daughter. Ric doesn't seem ruffled, he says that Jason would never do that to Sam's reputation.

In South America, Robert and Luke have a zonked out Lorenzo tied to a chair. When they try to get outta there, Skye feels badly about hurting Lorenzo. “That was the idea behind hitting him – nice job by the way,” Luke says. Lorenzo wakes up and asks her to think about the baby. Skye tells him that's what she's doing. Just as she, Luke and Robert start to leave, her water breaks.

Bernie tells Emily that they've already run a check on Colleen (for some reason that I missed) and the results are frightening. Two of the last fathers she worked for died while their babies were under her care.

At Windemere, Nicolas is zonked and Colleen strips down to her bra and pants and lays down next to him. She tells him “The rest will come in time” as she snuggles up to him.

Alcazar finds Skye!

Alcazar shows up at Skye's house, and says that he was led right to her by her call to Alan. He says that it's ironic that her love for her family led him straight to his. He asks how the baby is, and she says “Fine.” He says that he was concerned, and it shows that he wants to be an interested father, showing up as he did. She says that if he was really concerned, he wouldn't be here. She asks why he couldn't have just left them alone. He says she should calm down, and that gets her more upset. As they argue, she suddenly has pains in her stomach. He runs over to make a phone call to a doctor, and she gets up, grabs a statue, and hits him over the head. He is knocked down, and as she gets ready to leave, Alcazar gets back up and tells her that he'll do whatever it takes… That they're going to leave together, and that she'll be having the baby where ever he says she will… And that he'll be making all the decisions from now on.

Back at Skye's, Alcazar says that he's got the car packed and is ready to go. Skye says she won't go without a fight, and she says that a fight could harm the baby. He says that he figures she wouldn't take that risk.

Sam asks Jason to come back

At Skye's “hideout”, Skye talks to the maid, and she says that she's pregnant. Skye congratulates her. She asks the maid to bring her some breakfast and makes a phone call.

At the Quartermaine's house, Alan cellphone rigns, and he picks it up and steps outside. It's Skye. She tells him that the baby hasn't been born yet, and that she can't be too long on the phone in case someone traces the call. She quickly gets off the phone.
