Trevor goes into Anthony's hospital room and finds Johnny there. Patrick comes in with a report on Anthony's test results. He doesn't want to speak in front of Trevor, but Johnny says it's okay. So, Patrick reports that Anthony is paralyzed from the neck down. Then, a team of medics come to move him to a facility for the criminally insane. Suddenly AZ speaks, "I'm paralyzed, not comatose. Let me speak to my son." Johnny orders everyone out of the room. Anthony says, "Secure your position and kill Trevor before he kills you." Johnny simply says goodbye and orders the medics to take his father away.
People are starting to arrive for the wedding. First Leslie opens the door to find Spinelli. He stumps her with, "May I be so bold as to say that your DMV records do not do you justice?" Leslie gives Lulu a strange look and lets Spinelli in. Emily comes down with her coat on and asks Lulu to go up and talk to Liz. When Lulu gets upstairs, Liz asks her to step in for Emily and be her maid of honor. "How can you be such a hypocrite?" Lulu asks. Liz asks her why she is so angry. Lulu asks if she truly loves Lucky and what does she think would happen to him if he found out the truth? Before Elizabeth can say anything Audrey, Leslie and Bobbie show up for a sneak peek at the bride.
Audrey runs into Liz at work, she asks what Ric Lansing was talking to her about. When she learns about Ric's plans to get custody, Audrey says he doesn't deserve that little baby. Liz asks what if it was another man who wanted to be a part of his child's life? What if this man was good and loving and would make an excellent father? Audrey smiles and says she's glad that Liz hasn't ruled out letting Lucky back into her new baby's life.
Liz and Audrey are putting out presents for morning and talking about how excited Cameron will be. He'll have everything he wants, except Lucky. Liz tells her grandmother that she waited for Lucky at Kelly's so that she could invite him to spend Christmas with them. Then, he came in holding hands with Maxi! Audrey didn't like hearing that at all, but Liz explains that maybe they need each other to get over the loss of their baby.
Liz and Audrey are both working the phones at the Nurse's desk trying to find the year's must-have toy for Cameron, a train called "Chuggin' Charlie." It appears that Liz has waited too long and now it's not available. Liz tells her grandmother that she's a horrible mother. Liz asks Epiphany if she knows how to find the toy. She suggests looking at stores in the little towns nearby. Jason is at the hospital; he overhears this and leaves. Just then Lucky comes in and asks if he can escort Liz and Cameron to the hospital party. She tells him not to get Cam's hopes up over the holidays. Lucky promises that he will find the person who shook her faith in him by planting the pills in his desk.
Lucky shows up at Elizabeth's, but Audrey tells him that she's not home. She tells him that Elizabeth doesn't want to see him right now. He sees Cam on the couch, and rushes in and grabs him up in his arms. He tells Cam how much he missed him and says to Audrey that there's something he has to tell Elizabeth, and he's not leaving until she's back.
At Liz's house, Audrey meets her at the door, and says that Lucky called from rehab, and Liz should talk to him. Elizabeth says she needs space right now, and tells her about going to an Al-Anon. Audrey thinks that she went for Lucky, but Liz says that she went to the meeting for support. She says that she went to the meeting for herself, just like Lucky needs to get sober to save himself. Audrey asks, "But who is going to save you?"
Jason walks Elizabeth up to Audrey's door and she thanks him for his help today. Audrey and Cameron hear their voices and open the door. Cameron comes running out to great his mama and she introduces him to Jason. Jason's face liights up at the sight of the boy and he tells him that he hadn't seen him since he was just a little guy. Elizabeth apologizes to her son that she is late tonight, that she had a doctor appointment. She excitedly tells him that he is going to be a big brother, as she looks at Jason with a smile.
Elizabeth goes to her Gram's house and cries. Audrey questions her about what's gone wrong with Lucky? Liz explains about her husband's addiction to the pain killers from his back injury. Audrey tells Liz that she and Cameron can stay as long as they need to. But who's knocking at the door? Lucky, proclaiming that he needs to talk to his wife. Audrey opens the door, scolds him mildly, and tells him to come back tomorrow before she closes the door. Liz cries while Lucky yells through the door.
