I try to be positive as well and I am a huge huge Danlu shipper. However, I am very dissappointed by the statement that all those mentioned will be involved in Franco's s/l but not Lulu. It makes no sense. Maybe Maxie will be involved due to being with Spinelli and Spinelli is with Jason who Franco is obsessed with. So, could be that Franco is using Maxie to get in with Spin and Jason.

Maxie and Lulu's friendship, like any soap opera friendship, is tentative at best. I don't think any women truly stay friends forever on a soap unless they are related.

That being said, I don't think they will necessarily try to put Maxie with Dante. I have read they are going to try her with JJ's Lucky. I could also maybe see her with Johnny in the future.

Every soap romance has angst. I hope Lulu and Dante's angst is not caused by a 3rd party. If anything I hope it will just be Lulu's struggle with the secret that he's undercover bringing down Sonny and maybe her father.

Anyway, I am hoping they don't make Lulu back into this weak fragile creature who can't think or handle anything. That would totally suck.

Thank you for the advice and that it was done in friendship, I truly appreciate it! But it's hard for me to be more positive where GUZA and his Goons are concerned. As we all know....GUZA doesn't do romance because he doesn't believe it exists! But in the future I'll try not to post negative thoughts and make more of an effort to hope for the best.

Samilu....How's your daughter doing? Better I hope....that flu isn't something to mess around with! Did you see Sami and Rafe last week? Hot! Can't wait for this week....Sami finds out that Sydney is hers and what Nicole has done! That should be some Cat-fight! Looking forward to those scenes! Again I hope your daughter is better and take care.

Natural....That is one of my biggest fears....that Lulu will be written as weak, indecisive, too fragile over the Dante secret, loyalty to Sonny, Luke in the middle storyline crap! GUZA always seems to push her back there. If GUZA doesn't do it right, the fallout could really bite Lulu in the butt! Sorry.....all of this makes me uneasy. GUZA has been known to destroy s/l's, couple's on a whim. This time how about giving Lulu a much needed break.....let the angst be with Spixie and Matt....Jax/Carly with Olivia and Jerk-ny thown in, etc., etc.. LOL!

Missnatural...glad to have you with us! Another voice of reason here! I agree with your thoughts on Maxie...I just don't trust the character and just because Spin's made her a nice girl for the moment, doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. I like the old high school, nasty back and forth garbage to be gone from Lulu and Maxie's story and I hope it stays away, but I still do not trust Maxie around Lulu's pairings!

I agree about the angst factor...soaps are full of that. I do agree though that I'd like to see a break in pattern for Lulu...let's not have everyone and his mother butt into Lulu's romantic life, allow her to be a strong woman who knows her own mind and knows what she wants (none of this..."I don't who to choose...what do I want?" kind of stuff) If Dante's agenda with taking the mob down is the main source of DanLu angst...that's fine. I'd prefer it to not be Lulu's family, Olivia or heaven forbid, Johnny! I just don't like the position knowing about Dante puts Lulu in, considering how people tend to massacre Lulu for her decisions!

There's Lady Jane Jax making a visit, Kristina looks like Keifer hit her (she has a cut lip), the Liz/Nik/Lucky thing and tons of mob stuff. No DanLu or Lulu at all, which upset me. Lulu, I imagine, will get out of the hospital soon. Seems like all there will be for her to do is have Livvy lecture her about keeping quiet (Olivia should listen to herself there...I'm surprised the PC news hasn't done a story on Dante, considering how often she calls her son on the phone and shows up to meetings with Ronnie.) and fret over Luke getting involved to help Sonny out. Johnny's definitely headed for the dark side and it seems Daddy Z's upset his daughter is dead...really?? Those Z's change their behaviors quicker than I change my undies...how many weeks ago was it that Johnny threatened to bash Claudia's head in??? That's my problem with it all. I know people say things in anger they often live to regret.

Olivia is disturbed when Dante and Jerk-ny's partnership becomes more solid. While Olivia loves Jerk-ny, she fears he's getting too sucked in and dragging her son along for a ride. They're heading for an impasse.

Jerk-ny accuses Olivia of wanting to protect Sonny, even after knowing what he is and what he's capable of. Trouble coming for the lovers.

Carly's will bends eventually and she can't keep Jax out of her heart or home. And the family unites once again. But Michael's behavior continues to cause them stress. And Jax works to keep his other secrets from coming to light. But that won't happen.

Especially when Sonny gets news that there is a leak in his organization and with Jerk-ny and Dante getting closer and closer with Claudia's murder, thanks to Jax and others. It's just a matter of time of what explodes first.

The Franco s/l is all tied up with Michael/Sonny/Claudia's murder, because ultimately the guy uses it as a blackmail ploy. But since TPTB wanted to get Franco to interact all over the board, they have him messing with more actors now. He'll be toying with Spinelli, Maxie, Sam's family, etc....just to intermingle, get involved and to intimidate Jason and the people in his life.


Jason has Franco on one end and will be playing a major role in the Michael/Sonny/Carly saga. There is major fallout coming up for Michael and his mental state, after he nearly takes another life! Also, there will be a good story with Jason, Michael and Sonny trying to evade Dante and the FBI.

Here were my two biggest thoughts after watching Friday’s GH:

1. Carly sure has her moxie back now that the writers are done pimping Claudia. She held the hypocrite mirror up to Olivia and for the first time Olivia stopped flapping her gums because she didn’t like what she saw. Then Carly finally called Jax on his selfish ways. He did put Josslyn first and will always put his own child first, but they are all Carly’s children and putting one first is impossible for her. I was so so glad Carly put Jax and his mouth piece Olivia in their place: on the curb.

2. Johnny really doesn’t belong in the mob. He ran around totally flabbergasted that none of the people who hated his sister will throw him or her a pity party. Duh Johnny, they hated her and they aren’t too fond of you either. Did you really think they’d be like, “So sorry we whacked her let me wipe your nose”? Hello? Mobsters here. Furthermore as the grand mobster Johnny professes to be, he should know his fellow criminals aren’t going to admit they killed to anyone let alone her brother. He seemed to think declaring, “she’s my sister” would grant him an all access pass. Again, duh. He has no concept of the world he works in.

And for the record, Claudia isn’t Johnny’s only family. Johnny has a father who was far less manipulative and who actually did put him first in a warped way instead of paying lip service to it like Claudia did. Never thought I’d cheer AZ, but he’s better family than the dark void known as Claudia for Johnny. Plus Johnny had AZ all his life, he had 10 years with Claudia, 8 if you figure that for Johnny’s first two years of life he really wouldn’t remember her. I never did get his attachment to a woman he barely saw most his life. One example of a time she “saved his butt” might have been nice because really how much saving would an 8 year old with a mom need? After Maria died, maybe, but Claudia was gone by then so was Johnny talking about how she literally saved his butt from diaper rash at two perhaps?

Thoughts on GH down the road:

Not loving that Olivia who has Dante at her house daily, has her jaw hanging open every time she sees Dante and talks to Dante in public every chance she gets is going to ride Lulu about keeping her baby’s secret against Lulu’s own father and his best friend. Lulu owes Olivia nothing, but she owes Sonny and her cousins loyalty. Plus if anyone is going to out Dante it’s going to be blabbermouth Olivia who can’t stay away from him.

I will never get why GH starts a great new character, pushes them to the front to write them totally opposite of how they started and keeps laying them on thick until everyone hates them. After doing it to Lulu, Maxie, Claudia and Spinelli so now it’s Olivia’s turn, but I can’t take much more of her standing around with her brows raised when she’s not mouthing off. I actually liked her until she was everywhere blathering about how great mobster Johnny was while saying the mob was awful thank god she saved her son from it. Save yourself Olivia unless your bones are Kevlar.

Sounds like this James Franco thing is another poorly planned story thrown together haphazardly that will be DOA like the toxin.

And why can’t Claudia just be dead with no drama? She was a horrid character just let her fade away instead of continuing to taint the canvas. But the awful Logan got to linger and taint when they should have just let him be dead and gone so Claudia will continue to stick up the joint. The first time Michael starts screaming at the walls and the words Shadybrooke are said I’m done.
