Hi Ladies,

Today's ep. was a bit of a snorefest, at least for me. I found Aerinha's post much more interesting! Learning that Lulu may become privvy to Dante's identity and perhaps his agenda has worried me, considering how people love to hate Lulu and she's always in these "darned if she does and darned if she doesn't situations! If Lulu's going to be paired with Dante, I suppose this reveal has to be a part of their story, but I just wish it didn't put Lulu in the position she'll be in!

Wholeheartedly agree...to Johnny, she owes absolutely ZERO with what she may learn about Dante! To Sonny/Jason....well, that's different, for the reasons Aerinha mentioned. Keeping mum to them is going to villify her as much as having kept mum is currently having a negative effect on Jax as a character. The guy is literally sitting in a house of cards ready to collapse! Because he's behaving like the step-parent from hell lately, my empathy for him is fading. Will Baby Jax be enough to save CarJax in the end? Who knows? I keep reading that the baby will be born with a heart problem and the baby of the mom Jason and Sam just rescued will end up dying and the mother will donate the baby's heart to CarJax's daughter...not sure if that's true or rumor. Seems like Claudia's going to go freaky (well, more freaky that she already is) and kidnap Carly before exiting the show. I also read that Sonny will "out" Claudia's lies about the Michael shooting at a party he throws in her honor (might be the event that brings the cast together aboard the Haunted Star) when Claudia and Sonny return to PC. From the look on his face today, I already wonder if he doesn't think something is up with Claudia and he's just biding his time! Regardless of how it goes down, Claudia should enjoy her working vacation with Sonny...seems like it's the last one she'll ever take!

supposedly Spinelli not only told Johnny to warn Dante off of Lulu, but declared Lulu needs someone "nice and sweet". Even Spinelli wants to put her at the kiddie table .

Seriously why must LUlu now be on the pathetic train? Johnny was a jerk so now she gets a white picket fence and a couple kids to stagnate with. The mob had no part in their break up it was his loyalty to his stupid sister and him wanting Maxie because he likes women who will boss him around like a baby.

Amen, Aerinha...that really honked me off today. Of course Johnny responded with his usual "I could give two monkeys about Lulu" type of response...though I do agree with his saying she's a big girl and can do as she pleased.

Making Lulu play hard to get with DanLu scenes is getting old and tired now. As I have said before, it would make sense IF they dealt with Johnny hurting her...actually Spin created that opportunity today when he mentioned her getting hurt in the past. Johnny, I can see, could give a light about what he did to her, but if Dante understood she'd been hurt, perhaps he could question her about it and help her work through it, assuring her he's not the jerk Johnny is! But, alas, the writers aren't doing it this way.

Another thing...well two things...that honked me off...Carly and her Jolivia support and Johnny just telling Livvy about Claudia's part in Michael' shooting like he was explaining something he saw on TV. Wasn't this guy tormented by what happened so badly that he could not even look at Lulu??? Isn't he supposed to love Olivia too???

Have some work to catch up on, but I will be back later to see how everyone else reacted to today.

ok...warning...I have only had the opportunity to see the scenes for Dante and Lulu on youtube but...............
Spin...seriously...he needs...I mean really neeeeeeedds to shut up. First off...I can see the handwriting on the wall. Dante is gonna use Spin to nail Sonny.Is it bad news for Spin....sure....bad news for Xena(Maxie) ....yep! It will also ramp up the Lulu hate if she sticks by him. Is it his job....yep....most definately. It is his job to get Sonnster by any means necessary.Secondly....Spin should but the he!! out of Lulu's love life....why oh why must she be painted as this fragile flower!?!?
I think today we saw or at least I saw very clearly that at this point....this flirtation is a game to Dante. Not saying he isn't attracted...but he views their flirtation as something fun with no strings. He isn't a stupid guy and he knows he has absoltely Zero to offer her....he isn't even who she thinks he is. He just likes her cause she makes him smile and she is the only fun aspect to his job at this point.Notice how she left the PH and he went right back to work...no glib comments like....she's warming up to me or anything....he was all about the job. I don't think he has stopped to contemplate his feelings for her at this point. I think he just enjoys her company and likes their banter. Lulu seems to be thawing a bit but like Dante seems to enjoy the verbal sparring. He's fun and makes her smile. Is she gone on him....no....but I think she likes him. Is he gone on her....no but I think he likes her. I have to say though that for me the ice queen thing is getting a bit stale.
A couple of other things stood out to me too:
Dante sure seemed intent on meeting the "infamous" Luke Spencer.
Luke seemed suspicious to me after Lulu walked away with Dante.
It almost seemed to me like the way that scene was written....Lulu looked jealous of Ethan's relationship with her dad.
Johnny....well he pi$$ed me off today, but then again what's new lately. Can't he just sex up Livy and keep his trap shut? I don't think he seems like he could care less about Lulu...I actually think he came off today like he felt he was somehow older, wiser and a bit superior. Did he really refer to Dante and "Little Dom"? Yes, I believe he did. Was that a swipe at Dante....I think so. See I think Johnny is written as the kind of guy who doesn't really care about Lulu but he likes being the object of her devotion....I think down the road he won't like it that he isn't the object of her romantic fantasies anymore....we will see. I do know that had he made that jab to any number of men I know ....he would have gotten knocked on his a$$. I also think he sees himself as superior to Dom......won't it be funny when he finds out that Dom./Dante is a much bigger mob prince than he is.....

Lulu/Dante....I shared what I had----the drugging and her learning about his secret. They too have good stuff when Dante goes balls to the wall in bringing down the Corinthos organization. Dante makes a lot of trouble for them!

Much to his relief, Dante learns that some of his secrets are still undercover!

10/29: Jason decides Claudia must die, with or without Sonny's go ahead.

10/30: Sonny exposes Claudia's deeds to all in attendance on the Haunted Star.
Kristina is shocked by Sonny's dark side.

Hope all are doing well. Haven't watched today's epi...so I can't give any opinion until later. From what I've read I will say this.....WTH is wrong with the writers that they continue to have everybody and his brother giving advice/opinions to/about Lulu and her potential "BF's/lovelife"? And Jerk-ny of all people? Why keep bashing us over the head with the "JOLU SHIP HAS SAILED"........ hey we get it and don't give a crap anymore. Just be fair in writing Lulu and keep her out of this loser's orbit! She's not fragile/weak or stupid for goodness sake! I can smell trouble/hate coming for Lulu again....Dante using Spin...Dante undercover...Lulu finds out doesn't tell.....Sonny/Jason are old friends who have helped her and her family....her loyalty should be them.....on and on and on!!!! The one person she doesn't owe anything to is .....Loser Jerk-ny! This has disaster written all over it! Be back later!

Enjoyed the post immensely! I hope your injury is getting better. I'm still battling with the virus but felt at least half way human today! Been trying to catch up with some work today.

The whole thing with Spin and then dragging Johnny back into Lulu's orbit (even remotely) today was another WTH moment for me! Spin, like Olivia, is a character I started out liking, but he's just gotten so darned annoying! Doesn't everyone use Spin's "talents" at some stage??? I thought the Xena reference for Maxie was cute...didn't Kirsten star in films called Zenon for Disney where she was an alien teen? Not sure if that was the reference or not. Like Lulu's brothers, I agree with WB that it's annoying for every guy around her to place this protective covering around Lulu! Geeze...give it a break!

As I said earlier and WB also commented, the "hard to get" Ice Queen thing with Lulu is getting overdone and if it doesn't stop, it will destroy DanLu...just like overdoing Ethan's scammer, pick pocket character ruined him for me. They didn't have to beat us over the head with the idea that he was a con artist...we got that!

Luke's face when he saw Dante was kind of, "Now who does that kid remind me of???" I thought it was to set up Luke (Like Carly before him) thinking Dominic might be not who he says he is or there's just something about him which is "off"! Ethan is definitely becoming the fair haired boy of the Spencer family and no offense to the actor, but I think it sucks! That whole character has ruined GH history with Luke and Laura.

Johnny....I agree with WB and his superiority. He always saw himself as superior to Logan and is as arrogant as Lulu once said he was! He reeks of it! That's why he acts like a spoiled little boy around Sonny. He knows he's not truly in control there. Johnny always gets a swagger to him when he feels superior and/or in control. He had it with Lulu when she came to visit him in the hospital..."Thanks for stopping by....now leave so I can make time with my new girl!" He may as well have said that! I'd really like to see this guy lose it all...spoiled mob prince always had life by the butt. I was just annoyed that after months and months of seeing him agonize and actually show a wounded conscience with Lulu over what happened with Michael that he just comes out as though he's belching with telling Livvy about Claudia's part in the shooting. Was no big whoop this time! I think his comfort zone is Olivia's age....he still likes being in control and likes his comfort zone/blankie, mind you, which is why he freaked out upon losing her for a bit, but he also doesn't like to do the real work in a relationship...and relationships are work! He can sit back and let Livvy boink him, cook meals for him, and lead him by the nose. Indeed, I cannot wait for him to find out that "Little Dom" isn't so little in the pecking order in the Corinthos/Zacharra organization...Dom will have more clout than you do, Johnny! After Sonny learns the truth about Michael, Sonny may just want anyone named Zacharra dead! Sorry to say it would not bother me if Sonny would line all the Z's up and shoot them himself! Well, dear old dad is good for a laugh occasionally, so he could stay! His offspring? Forgetabout 'em!

Ok I just loved all danlu and dante scenes...Dante confessing he didn't want to mess up the happy life of the man he thought was his dad was very emotional...i could just imagine the boy wanted to have a dad but he decided to pput it to rest...It shows the true anture of Dante. how mauch he is a good man and always was like this. Now him talking to Krystina was great too. he is a really good brother to his younger siblings, he is thre for them even if they don't know the truth. he told her what she needed to hear...What a gentleman too!

Can I say I LOVED kate today and she was right on target when talking to Liv...I find Liv more and more slfish...it's time to let the cat out of the bag , the clock is ticking.

Kate was a amusing with Coleman too and I jsut LOVE their chemistry...Now auntie KAte is going to tell the truth to DAnte...Hum...Interesting..

I missed the DanLu scenes today but I did find a couple of things to my liking and interesting...
Loved Kate calling Olivia on her selfishness....I was glad to see that at least someone doesn't see Livvy as this wonderful long suffering single mom who is the "most honest woman" Johnny Z has ever known. I was beginning to think every one in PC had partaken of the Kool Aid .
Kate was right...it seems as though Livvie is protecting herself...not her son. She likes being the paragon of virtue that gets to spout off to everyone else and tell them how to live their lives the "right" way . Guess that's gonna come to a swift end soon!
Loved the fact that Spinelli stood up to Jason...maybe they are going to man him up going forward...hey....a girl can dream ....right?!
I do wonder though...in reading what Dom/Dante said to Lulu about the man he thinks was his dad...do you guys think it could be possible that he already knows Sonnster is his dad and that is part of the reason he is going after him soooo hard? Wouldn't that be a kicker if Kate or Livvie finally fess up to him and he's like yeah....I know! I've know since I was 18 or something like that. Resentment is a powerful thing.

WB...I liked the idea of Dante already having an inkling who his dad is! That'd be perfect...Livvy will have suffered through the secrets all along when her son already may have known the score! It's come to my mind that he may already have an idea he's Sonny's son...just as it's come to my mind that Sonny may already know about Claudia's part in Michael's shooting, but doesn't have the proof...well, sounds like he has it now! Warm up the broom...."Ding, dong the witch will soon be dead and out of town!!"

Sounds like they are trying to make Kate more likable....I certainly liked her a bit soused and with Coleman at the Spixie reception. First time I did not mind watching her in ages!

Guess no one's popped back in. I cannot sleep, so I'm doing a bit of surfing until I get sleepy. I did see Friday's episode on Soapnet. I might be getting picky here, but a few of the things that happened were really weird moments:


1. When Kate arrived at Olivia's place, where did Johnny go? Does Livvy have a fire escape outside the bedroom? If he was just hiding in the bedroom, then he heard the whole conversation between Kate and Olivia and he would know about Dante now.


2. Did my stuffed up ears hear incorrectly, or did Claudia refer to Puerto Rico as a "city?"


3. How is it that a hospital does not clear out its "Lost and Found" for more than an entire year?


4. What was the point of sticking Dante in the scene with Kristina to discuss her lovelife? I found his advice to her to be very sweet, but really, what was the point of that?


Whatever the writers are ingesting, I'd like some...it'd be better than the meds I've been on lately!

The episode was good...though it seemed to be that they really went over the top to make Jason he!!bent on nailing Claudia, almost like they've made Jax crazy over nailing Sonny...not that I mind Claws finally getting her comeuppance. Cannot wait for that birthday party...might have to call it a deathday party in her case.

The DanLu scenes were very nice. It was a short and sweet group of scenes again, but I do think some mutual interest was established. I just cannot see Dante as being the kind of guy who would use Lulu...not to get to Sonny or Johnny or anyone. He's been shown to have more honor than that. What I am really looking forward to is the scenes which will move toward Lulu finding out who Dante really is...how all of that gets handled will, I think, speak volumes about how the couple is going to be handled and where they are going. I am just unsure why or how Lulu is supposed to get drugged next week. As I have said before, and others have voiced, the only bad part about Lulu becoming privvy to who Dante is would be that it'll put Lulu in tough situation with Sonny, who's pretty much been like an uncle to her. Johnny...stuff him! She owes him nothing. I saw a spoiler which said Lulu would agonize over whether to tell Carly about Dante...to be honest, stuff Carly too! She's been far nicer to Olivia about Johnny than she ever was to Lulu about it.

Kate...liked her scenes today. She was spot on with what she said. I also liked her and Coleman. I wonder what she'll say to Dante about not being able to nail Sonny? It's obvious that I don't think Sonny will go to jail. Someone (the James Franco character coming soon) has it in for Jason though...getting arrested by Dante seems like it'll be the least of Jason's worries. They are really playing this thing up bigtime....wonder how many more creepy montages we'll have to see?

Now, with this birthday party thing for Claudia, I have wondered if Lulu will be there? I'd like her to learn the truth about the shooting. Not that it will make a difference, but I'd just like some of those missing pieces as to why Johnny was behaving like the jerk of the century to be cleared up for her. Since the writers never offer us any continuity, I doubt this will happen. Not sure who is all going to be in attendance. It's said that Johnny's supposed to get shackled up by Sonny's thugs, but he'll be freed by Molly and Morgan of all people. Carly, I do think, is supposed to be at the party, because Claudia freaks out and takes her hostage. So, all will be revealed to Carly. Jax will have some "splaining" to do! I also saw pics of a catfight between Claudia and Olivia at GHH. Should be some party...finally, things are getting interesting.

On that note, I think I'll go back to bed.

There were rumors the popularity of Jolivia had them bringing Kate back for Sonny. However, I tend to think Kate and Coleman are going to be the C list couple Diane and Max were. They seemed about to do a story telling if DiMax were love or just sex given their "Diane uses me for sex" fight right before Max got hit by a car and said he couldn't feel down below. I assume CH getting a prime time show nixed that since Max has been MIA since the carnival until Friday. Bring in Kate/Coleman.

Question: when has Kate ever called herself Connie? If Liv every called her that she'd freak out. Now she's Cousin Connie? And how does she know Dante since they said she went to college and never went home again? Kate, to me, seemed more like the Liv we first met before she stuck her nose in everywhere and became a hypocrite. Now Kate has the discerning eye and spot on advice and Olivia is the self-blinding liar.

The one JoLu scene I want is where Lulu finds out the truth. I hope this isn't another case of her finding out a week later like the Ethan/Rebecca/Nik thing. I hate when she's out of the loop and this is her loop. I hope she gives him the slap I was rooting for when they broke up. I don't want her to say she would have left him, because that gives his behavior a gold star a he was right to hurt her, but I don't want her saying she loved him so much it wouldn't have mattered as it will make her look pathetic since he forgot her so easily. Can she just hit him with a car or shove his sister off a cliff?
