Aerinha, I agree with you completely. I find Olivia less endearing knowing that she couldn't even conjure a good lie for her son. She essentially told him, "I slept around so you won't know your patrilineality. Ooops!"

Onlygh - while you may feel younger than your years (which I commend you for, because we are only as old as we feel), the U.S. Census Bureau does classify people between the ages of 35-54 as middle aged.

I don't consider myself middle aged either (I am 43), but when I have students who say, "My grandmother is that age!" when they ask how old I am and I say I'm in my 40's, it's a really rude awakening! I guess even 25-30 is old when you're 12! When you reach 30-40, suddenly, it doesn't feel old to be in that age range any longer!

I'm still bored to tears with GH...some scenes, like "the baby's kicking!" scene with Sonny and Claws make me want to vomit! Lovely scene of that happening, but the sweetness kind of goes out of it to think that child was concieved, not out of love, but out of its mother's scheming to want to keep breathing! I will really be upset if Claudia's child survives and Carly's does not. That will seem very cruel and unfair.

Jolivia...now I know why they get along so well. As someone else said, they are both as hypocritcal as the day is long! When Johnny is with Jason, you still get the impression that this guy is uncertain of what he really wants (Just like when he was with Lulu.) and thinks he can somehow drive himself knee deep into mobdom, but still do what he wants and have a "normal" life...as Jason's telling him, stop thinking about that possibility...you made a deal with the devil, you pay the price, which will ultimately be your life. Jason knows that, Sonny knows that, and Johnny better learn it. He's the heir apparent in the Z dynasty, but it doesn't make him bullet proof. Johnny has this air of feeling as though he's invincible...Mr "Yeah, Whatever!"

As I recall, Lulu never asked him to explain himself or constantly asked where he was...it's called being in a relationship, Johnny. If my husband would suddenly go out somewhere, it'd be human nature for me to ask, "Where were you?" when he got back...I'm sure he'd do the same if I left somewhere and didn't say where I was going. Johnny had his own hang ups about being involved in a business where people like Sal and Lourdes' father got killed and innocent youngsters like Michael got hurt...that was back when Johnny actually had a conscience...they aren't writing him with one anymore. It just became easier for him to make Lulu the fall girl and say she was "pressuring" him to be what he wasn't or feel what he didn't want to feel. It was merely him tranferring that burden to her. A wuss rarely owns up to what he does or takes responsibility for his own actions. Johnny certainly doesn't. Like Claudia, I look at Olivia as an "enabler" for Johnny...she gives him permission to do what he wants, feel what he wants...no explanations needed, no questions asked. When Claudia doesn't enable her brother, then that's when they often get into arguments or have little tiffs. Lulu unknowingly enabled Johnny's behavior by backing off and just letting him do what he wanted. He took advantage of that royally. Seriously, this guy needs to be with someone who will basically rip him a new one, for lack of a better term! He is the epitome of the spoiled "mob prince." Spin's nickname for him fits Johnny. By putting him with Olivia, the writers wanted to put Johnny with the slightly older crowd on GH, which is fine. However, it's just my personal observation, but to me, Johnny seems more naive and immature around Olivia...maybe it's just the age difference.

So, I wonder how Dante will find out who's his daddy? By lurking, he may put two and two together and Mama Olivia is going to have some "splaining" to do! It certainly will stir things up in the Corinthos/Zacharra organization! I wonder who did call the police on Johnny and Jason's ambush this time? Claws? Daddy Z from behind bars? There's a rat in there somewhere!

I am guessing we won't see Lulu until the karaoke thing later this week. I know she was in those scenes. Not only are they making it seem like Jolu never existed, but one would think Lulu's dropped off the face of the earth! My gut feeling is that Spin is going to propose to Maxie at the karaoke event. It'll be interesting to see what she does if that happens.

When I posted the government's age range classification for "middle aged" persons, I didn't proclaim "This will be meaningful to you because...". Only thought I would present it as a fact since it was mentioned by you in a previous post that Olivia has a few years before embarking upon that portion of her life. On the contrary, she has just entered that phase. I guess I could be more politically correct and say middle adulthood, so as not to offend anyone. In addition, I would not presume to know how another person feels, would feel, felt, you get the picture; so, I couldn't begin to answer your question and say why something would be meaningful to you or otherwise.

Disclaimer: It is difficult to respond to other posters thoughts, concerns, questions, etc. where I am unable to linguistically express myself. Ahhh, the limitations of the written word. Being unable to detect the emotional state of a speaker and/or being unable to determine whether another person is being sarcastic or ironic. One of the risks we take in participating in a message board. I'd say I will try to remain indifferent, however, then I wouldn't be able to justify my reasons for being on a message board.

Robert and Anna are coming back, but not together. Look for Robert to hook up with Alexis while Anna becomes a cougar with a hot leading man from another soap who is ready to jump ship!

Kate? She's headed into Scorpio territory too. Mac Scorpio territory. Look for the vet to get more screen time soon.

JoLu are headed back together while Maxie just can't stay away from those mobsters. She'll be spending more time at Jason's penthouse and it ain't to hang with Spinelli.

Nik and Liz fans will finally have something real to celebrate while Lucky takes a trip back to Samland. But not for long because an old pal of Robin's is headed to PC to join the staff at GH. And she's not what you think. She's a "bigger" beauty than anyone will expect. Her friendship with Lucky will lead to something more and Lucky will have to struggle with his feelings about this new love. This is the big socially relevant story on the horizon...the hunk and the fat girl. Will he actually choose her over the sexy PI?

And Carly's love of all things mob will finally come back to haunt her. Literally. Look for her much heralded exit this fall with a good old fashioned "who dunnit" mystery to get the whole town involved. Fingers will point at Robin and her relationship with Patrick will be tested. (This is how Robert, Anna, and Anna's new man all get to PC. This is also the big story that will bring Maxie and Jason together along with Alexis and Robert.)
